The wifi seems to be an ongoing gripe from previous guests and it remains problematic. Of the three days we spent there the wifi worked for about 10 minutes. There is supposed to be a charge for the wifi that I believe should be scrapped as most travellers now expect wifi as standard. The beach boys can be pests. I do realize that everyone needs to make a living but a polite no does not work with these guys and you have to be rudely forceful with them which is not pleasant for anyone.
This hotel was fairly quite when we stayed and that suited us. It seems to cater for mature couples rather than families as there didn't seem to be any entertainment for younger guests. Everything is done to a high standard, the rooms, furniture, garden furniture, restaurants, cleanliness, staff etc. There is a dress code for dinner and casual guest visitors need to be notified to the hotel before arrival due to the security issues. The hotel has a private sun lounge on the beach which protects you from beach traders who pester you constantly on the beach. The manager, Gille, works really hard to make your stay enjoyable and if I were to visit the area again I would book in to this hotel without hesitation.
