Staff was extremely helpful with reservations and arranging for drivers. Very hospitable.

The staff were very helpful from arrival to departure. We had a lovely meal in the Thai restaurant. The colonial style was something different and felt quite luxurious sitting in the bar after dinner where Mojito cocktails were 650 Kenyan Schillings. Also we always felt safe on our surroundings. We got caught out in the Thai restaurant buying their bottled water which was over 1000 schillings/bottle but the rest of it was good value so overall it didn't matter and we just laughed about it. The only other thing to be wary of is the airport shuttle because they charge $50USD. The official airport taxis that greet you at arrivals are only $20USD and perfectly safe and legitimate so I wouldn't book through the hotel and just do it when you arrive.

The staff is very kind, the location is good to visit the city center.

Have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff are welcoming and the rooms and facilites are excellent.

The bars and restaurants have recently introduced an additional charge of 28% to all food and beverages, This is a mixture of Tax and obligatory service charge. This is not acceptable and is not the practice at other Nairobi hotels.

Dropping/pick point in front of hotel is more inconvenient, because of parked car there.

The hotel was a welcome comfort after spending majority of 2 weeks camping and was everything we could have hoped for in terms of great service and mod cons.

The only thing I would mark the hotel down for is the quality of some of the food as it was below the standard I would expect for a hotel of that calibre.

The location of the hotel is blighted by the appalling traffic in Nairobi and when combined with the lack of secure parking make this hotel unsuitable

liked everything about the hotel. Rooms and facilities were excellent.

The friendliness of the staff. The ambiance and atmosphere was very professional and pleasant. The business centre and front office were both knowledgable and helpful to find solution to issues. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The swimming pool heated allowing a nice evening swim after a long day of meetings at the UN. I fully enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Great Choice!

the checking out process too slow. U can easily miss ur flight which will ruin any good times you may have had .

I booked a massage for an hour but lastedonly 45 minutes One could not relax as it was very noisy
