Good location in the heart of Bishkek. Extremely nice and welcoming staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Located at the main street and noisy once you open the windows, but this is the price for central location. From time to time the restaurant kitchen spells its smell all over the hotel

Fantastic location at a reasonable price and excellent staff who are willing to please. Excellent airport transfer service.

The range of breakfast options could be bigger.

Big room, very helpful and nice staff, good breakfast, good restaurant. Free tea and water in the room

The bathroom must be renovated and sanitary ware changed. Shower cabin is terrible, the doors can easily fall when somebody takes shower. Water taps are terrible, should be changed. This is not 4 star hotel!

Everything was good apart from small drawbacks described below

Hard mattresses and synthetic pillows were uncomfortable. It would be better if the hotel had at least a few feather pillows available upon requests of guests having spinal column problems. Shower holder was broken.

Courtesy and helpfulness of staff. City centre location. Low room minibar prices.

The hotel room rate seemed overpriced in comparison with general prices (taxis, restaurants, souvenirs) in Bishkek.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very comfortable to stay there. The rooms were excellent, clean with very modern design and equipment. Internet worked very well.

It would be great to have bath-tub in the bathroom.

Brand new hotel in a good location and great value for money. During the same trip I stayed several nights at the Holiday hotel, which was $200 (in comparison with roughly $130 for Evropa) and have to say Evropa was better. OK - the location of Holiday is slightly better, but Evropa is brand new with way more comfortable beds and nicer rooms.

The internet was a bit slow. Watch out for the hotel's driver. We have asked for the airport transfer and in the middle of the night (had an early AM flight) were driven 130-140 km/h. Traffic lights? Forget about them. Really interesting experience, although I would not like to check out local Bishkek hospitals ;)
