Great staff. Fine location. Good size rooms. Wouldcrecommend to other travelers. Couldn't accept my MasterCard at checkout. Quite embarassing in front of my boss.

Staff was friendly and the rooms very comfortable. The Internet has always been an issue there. The password allows only one device to be online, and if you forget to log off before switching devices you will probably need to have your password reset by the hotel staff. Other than that small issue, everything else was great.

Ipad´s beim Frühstück auf den Tischen, und manch andere Kleinigkeiten die man gerade in Bishkek nicht unbedingt erwarten würde. In Summe sehr zu empfehlen da wirklich guter Standard kombiniert mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

The staff went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. They also provide free bikes and a Samsung Galaxy tablet in the room for use while you are staying there. Good food for breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location. The view from the restaurant is amazing.
