quite new, clean rooms, free internet incl. WiFi, laundry, kitchen and fridge allowed to use. not far to city centre by bus or taxi (cheap, 2 or 3 USD). staff not English speaking as promised. only owner, who can be called by phone. never have seen him. breakfast hot (eggs,sausages), coffee, tea, but no jam, honey, cheese, what would not more expensive if you vary it.

Very hospitable place, friendliest staff you will encounter in central asia. the hostel is beautifully furnished and the beds are very cozy. the hot breakfast varies day to day. Depending on your interests, the location is not bad because it is a 15 minute walk to the Tajik embassy from here, and there is a local banya down the street, and a small Dungan restaurant that serves very cheap ($2) meals on the corner! It is possible to self-cater here but no need because of the availability of cheap food in this district. I liked this place so much I came back here after a week away on Lake Issyk-Kol. though its location is far from the city centre, it is not so hard to get there on the cheap minibuses. (there's not much to do in bishkek city anyway).

the hostel is new and the staff is very friendly. Comfortable atmosphere for backpackers, supermarket nearby. good value for money. location is bit hard to find, better arrange for transfer. most of the staff doesn't speak English.

Well run efficient backpackers. Very clean and friendly staff. Staff do not speak English - owner drops in occasionally and is available on phone (he is fluent).
