Wifi-working which is need of time far businessman. 2 hotel is big but managment very poor. 3 confrence room seems to be good I would like to use it in future While check in room key has to be charges 3 times,room number 302 is far off from reception and I had to come at the age of 66. 2.lift giving electric current in butten,expalanation because it is new. 3 room telephone was not working. 4 i am diabetic still chocklate was added in my room bill which i can not eat

Mini bar and room service menu were broad and well priced. The breakfast buffet also had generous choices. The hotel certainly had the overall immediate feel of an upscale hotel. However, I ran into trouble speaking English with staff while ordering food to my room. The toiletry selection was very small - only a half full bottle of shampoo and lotion. The maid came into my rom twice while I was there! She knocked but opened the door at the same time! And from speaking with others, there are very passable options available for far less money.

Friendly staff internet works, but connextion could be faster/easier to establish Price value for money no spa, no gym, no swimming pool small tiny corridors lift was not working fair quality of breakfast: person cooking for guests not at his palce, fair quality of products (tea, pastry, fruits, cheese, hors d'oeuvres) cold floor in the bathroom not enough towels fair quality of bath products (chinese cheap products) staff not qualified (do not know how to answer the questions, who is responsible for what, took me 1 hour and 3 calls to different persons to order a meal to my room) restaurant staff does not know what is in the menu and is very slow frauds: when ordering a meal, staff gave me a teapot for 3 people and put this on a bill at very expensive price!! I was alone in the room and ordered 1 meal and a tea (obliously not 2 litres of tea). Quality of taxi they order at reception is fair (very old cars) laundry quality is fair (inoning was done poorly) but on time air conditioning is not easy to handle, did not manage to turn it on tv is working poorly (only few channels work well) very expensive for what they offer! Will never stay again, unless no other choice

The Hotel is new, they have comfortable rooms, wi-fi for free, spa area to relax with 2 saunas, gym, and pool. I would like to highlight the breakfast as well. The hotel location is good, its quiet as well. Definitely coming back here next time. Not all the staff speaks english, as i expected from my previous stays in other local hotels but you can get anything done through reception who speak good english
