Rich Hotel  

I loved everything about Rich Hotel, mind you I am hard to please person but Rich Hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, great staff and owner, great location, clean beds and bathroom. Perfect service provided by the staff, plus very friendly and helpful.

Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and light. Good service and food in the restaurant, albeit with a limited selection for both breakfast and dinner.

The location is about 1.5km from the beginning of the centre of town, so I did quite a lot of walking. I booked a "junior suite" , but it was really only a lrgish room with 1 sofa and a hard sofa / bed in it. The sofa / bed was a strange design, but I actually slept well on it. Given the price, it was fine, and I'd consider staying there again.

Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Room was cleaned every day and in principle the facilities were well maintained. The hotel is only 5 min. Drive or 15 min. Walk from the center and hotel staff will call you a taxi always that will drive you for 1-2 eur to most locations in town. Overall - very good value for the money I paid.

Very friendly staff 24 hours a day, good Internet connection, reasonable pricing.

Breakfasts are rather poor and you are to wait for the food as cooked individually. But you can make an order by a tell call from your room and then just go downstairs to the bar in 15 minutes.

Good little boutique hotel. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Fine price/value. City center is 5-10 minutes taxi drive (2-3 usd).

Great place for the money. Don't let yourself be turned away by the style of the hotel. Rooms are quite basic but comfortable enough. The staff is great and helpful. They have a small bar and low prices! The hotel is not located in the most luxurious area of the city, but you are still within 5-10 minutes walk from the main square.

Staff is wery friendly. Cuisine in the restaurant is wery tasty and not not expensive. There is quite good gym on 3-rd floor, small food shop in 1 minute walk distance.

The heating system works from time to time, as it works by coal boiler. I have to heat by air conditioner, radiators wasn't worm enough. The restaurant is smoking area and there is no ventilation system at all. Smells from the kitchen and smoke from cigarets bothered me, I often eat in the room. Towels in the room are grey and old. They only accept Visa or cash, not MasterCard.

Good location, very clean rooms.

Spacious room (просторный номер). Good and free wifi in the hotel and in the room (хороший и бесплатный вайфай в отеле и в номере). There is a 24/7 supermarket in 3-5 minutes by walk (В 3-5 минутах ходьбы есть круглосуточный супермаркет). Very good, polite and helpful staff (Хороший, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал). Free cable TV (бесплатное кабельное телевидение).

We stayed in November, there was no heating in the room (I mean it does not work). There is a conditioner in the room but it can't heat the room. It was cold in the room all days we stayed. Bathroom has only a shower which is a little bit strange for our room (the room was big and looks like luxe). No hair dryer. No safe. Towels were grey because they are old (initially they were white). Breakfast is a weak (every day you can choose only porridge and one sandwich or omlette and one sandwich). There were old and used slipppers. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel when the city heating systems does not work and the weather could be cold (it usually happens in October-November, April).

очень понравилась отзывчивость персонала отеля, в особенности шеф- повара, которая великолепно готовит разнообразнейшие вкусные блюда и по нашему вкусу могла вносить различные изменения в меню. от всей души благодарю!

Нормальные, чистые номера, недалеко до центра города. Хорошие завтраки и услуги в отеле.

никаких авных негативных моментов не запомнилось

новое хорошее здание, вежливый персонал, чистота, порядок, огороженная территория.

отдельное спасибо повару, готовит изумительно. завтраки шикарные, можно заказать всё что хочешь(даже если этого нет в меню) и как хочешь что создаёт домашнюю атмосферу. Так же рессепшен Байкен мировой мужик, всегда поможет и советом и делом. Удобное расположение. Персонал отзывчивый и приятный.

холодно(правда принесли дополнительный 3-й обогреватель), 3D не работает, с холодной водой плохо, напор то есть то нет, горячий с аристона - если один помылся то на второго горячей воды уже не хватает

Hotel kırgızistan şartlarında gerçekten çok güzel,ayrıca fiyatı da uygun.personelin ilgili ve güleryüzlü oluşu beni memnun etti.

Odalarda türk kanalları yok.sadece trt belgesel var.ptv izleyemedik.maalesef.

расположение гостиницы в центре города, просторные, уютные номера, отзывчивый и исполнительный персонал, завтрак в течение всего дня =)

однообразные завтраки, в номере не было фена, номер довольно плохо отапливался, вид из окна не самый лучший

Дружелюбный персонал, открытость, домашняя атмосфера

Акустика, звуки скотного двора за окном: гуси, куры, лай собак. Отсутствие поблизости банкомата.

хорошее местоположение, внимательный персонал

скудный завтрак, отсутствие шведского стола. в номере не было фена.
