+ cheap price + good wifi/internet + free coffee (but not good) and breakfast
- old rooms with paper walls - dirty room and bed - fan was not working and nobody able to repair
Staff were very friendly and helpful, wifi is available throughout the place, breakfast is included, and location is great.
Only cold showers, but for the price, you can't be fussy about such little things.
The bathroom doesn't have hot water. The hotel it's a little far from the city center
-Upon arrival, I was informed that the guesthouse had been overbooked and that they would be moving to stay at another guesthouse owned by the same person. After getting to the new guesthouse I was told that the room was still being cleaned and I could check in in two hours even though it was past 12:30 PM which was the official check in time. After returning 2 hours later I was then told that there was a problem and the room that was supposed to be reserved for me was not available. I then had to go out on my own to find another guesthouse spur of the moment. -I also purchased my bus ticket to Sihanoukville through this guesthouse(this was all prior to the room fiasco). On the night I was scheduled to leave I show up at the guesthouse on time to be picked up for the bus station. The guy at the desk simply says, "Bus may have left you," even though I have shown up at the pickup point ahead of time. At this point I voice my frustration and disappointment about the organization and lack of professionalism and then several phone calls are made and I am thrown into the back of a pickup truck and rushed to the bus station to board the bus. This whole place was a nightmare and a serious source of stress during my time in Siem Reap. Choose carefully.
It's in a good location
We made a booking through booking.com and when we arrived they told us they didn't receive our booking and they we're fully booked. They wanted to move us to there sister guest house for the night and then move us back again, after a long 24+ bus ride to arrive, we were over it and ended up walking next door to the Victory Guest house and really enjoyed our stay there!
Location was good, it wasn't on the high street so it was quiet. It was also only a 20 minute cycle to Angkor Watt. rooms were large and cleaned daily.
there was a lot of mold on the walls in the bathroom, and the receptionist had initially told us that she had double booked our room and that we would need to stay somewhere else for one night, we were able to change this as we had arranged for a driver to pick us up at 5am the following morning, but during our 3 stay we heard a number of people being told that they had over booked and that the guests would need to stay at their friends guesthouse.
Friendly staff Free coffee all day Bike rental Room size Location Services like tuk tuks and bus tickets
Nothing really. Good value for money
Quiet place. Friendly staff.
They overbooked us and we had to spend one night in an other guest house (which was actually better). The bed was too Small for 190 cm man.
For that money is absolutely fantastic, nice big clean room, hot shower, nice staff, even with breakfast, free tea all day.definitely worth.
First night they were overbooked, put me in an other hotel
we booked previously, but when we arrived they sad that the hostel was full and they put us in another hostel
The breakfast was very good! The room was big and comfortable and it`s not too far from the centre, 15 minutes walk.
We got a tuk tuk to go to the temples for 12 U$ the tour, before we returned, the driver tried to charge us 12 U$ each, but when I complained he accepted. The room was clean, but when we looked between the beds, it was a bit regretful.
Lady-receptionist is helpful
Staff incharge for night shift is definitely rude..you cant talk to them because they are sleeping and they wont assist on the bus that i have booked from the hostel Itself and he simply sleeps when i was talking to him and asking questions about our booking. I know we are not in a 5star hotel but at least talk to your guest&dont sleep and stall and please provide correct information.
breakfast ok, quiet place
wc bad, so the sink, AC did not work good, no soap/Shampo, only Accept dollar With New Serial number, no table, no coat hanger/closet
Location is pretty good for the city which is close to Angkor Wat. Staff was so kindly, speaks in well English. Provide free breakfast from 7:00-10:00, free tea-coffee for alltime in lobby terrace. Fan works well. Hostel has own tuc-tuc services with good price and very kind drivers.
Wifi wasent work in the room.
+ free airport pick up + clean bed/bathroom + friendly staff
- bicycles 2.5 usd rent/day
The location and hot water was nice.
The room smelled. No choice of breakfast. No signboard by the roadside for the hotel. Didn't provide free return trip to airport and into town but was advertised online.
Close to city centre, free tea and coffee, big room, bike rent or tuk tuk for reasonable price. Nice staff.
Though advertised free tuk tuk service to/from airport they never got back to me before arrival and wanted to charge me upon leaving.
The room was really comfortable and it was nice to have breakfast each day - it was easy to explore the city from here and staff would help with everything. I had a clean room, towels and water every day which was impressive.
Hotel staff is very warm, kind, breakfast is very delicious.
nice staff good breakfast
very old dirty and moist and dark room even the air felt dirty.. didn't wanna touch anything there don t know if it was just our room in the last and darkest corner of the hotel. I have stayed in many cheap places in Asia but this was the worst - but very cheap
Convenient location Good Wifi
Some of the room lack of small table and the walking space is too small.
the tuk tuk driver who was recruited by the hotel! he threatened us to leave us on the edge of the road in the middle of the temples of Angkor if we didn't pay an extra fee! we were supposed to move around with him all day long and at 10:30 am he decided it was time to go back to the hotel! reaction of the hotel: oh..ok! sorry! ...
The room looked nice.
When i arrived late in the evening whole spending an hour trying to find my way there they had dubbel-booked me so I had to move to this other hotel. When I finally arrived there the lock didn't work properly. It kind of ruined my Siem Riep experience.
If you get a room in a first floor, the room is with ac and is really nice. Advisor angkor villa is a peacfull place far away from noisy night market. Young tuk tuk driver is cool guy. Go withhim visit temples.
They had a mistake on booking portal. Room with ac costs 7usd only. Owner told us that is a mistake a day before and that room price is 15usd. We made a deal for a 12usd. When we arrived in 3am with a night bus from Laos they didnt have a room for us even we reserved one. We stayed in some other guesthouse nearby for one night, next morning they give us a room. Free breakfast is nothing special / just noodle soup or fried eggs.
Staff is family Room is Good at this price
1st day arrived, they sent me to other guesthouse and did not have notice before. WiFi always can not use
