nice staff good breakfast
very old dirty and moist and dark room even the air felt dirty.. didn't wanna touch anything there don t know if it was just our room in the last and darkest corner of the hotel. I have stayed in many cheap places in Asia but this was the worst - but very cheap
Convenient location Good Wifi
Some of the room lack of small table and the walking space is too small.
the tuk tuk driver who was recruited by the hotel! he threatened us to leave us on the edge of the road in the middle of the temples of Angkor if we didn't pay an extra fee! we were supposed to move around with him all day long and at 10:30 am he decided it was time to go back to the hotel! reaction of the hotel: oh..ok! sorry! ...
The room looked nice.
When i arrived late in the evening whole spending an hour trying to find my way there they had dubbel-booked me so I had to move to this other hotel. When I finally arrived there the lock didn't work properly. It kind of ruined my Siem Riep experience.
If you get a room in a first floor, the room is with ac and is really nice. Advisor angkor villa is a peacfull place far away from noisy night market. Young tuk tuk driver is cool guy. Go withhim visit temples.
They had a mistake on booking portal. Room with ac costs 7usd only. Owner told us that is a mistake a day before and that room price is 15usd. We made a deal for a 12usd. When we arrived in 3am with a night bus from Laos they didnt have a room for us even we reserved one. We stayed in some other guesthouse nearby for one night, next morning they give us a room. Free breakfast is nothing special / just noodle soup or fried eggs.
Staff is family Room is Good at this price
1st day arrived, they sent me to other guesthouse and did not have notice before. WiFi always can not use
Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Simple room but very clean and comfortable. About a 10 minute walk from the night market and Pub Street so very convenient for eating and drinking. Really good that breakfast was included too!
Don't have any negative things to say.
Hotels TUK TUK driver is very good man, his name is Vutty Kong. Took us to play in siem reap for two days, the attitude is very good,
Hotel was said to pick us up at the station, can wait for us in the 163 station, call the hotel but I did not come. After the hotel has told us that we have not back reservation before the passengers, we have no room, oh my god, we're scheduled three months ago. The front desk girl attitude is also very poor
Pretty average, neither brilliant or bad. Couldnt forgive the double booking though.
They double booked our room out so on the first night we had to be taken to another hotel. Not what you need after travelling for 14 hours from Thailand. Very dissapointed.
The staff was friendly and helpful, arranged day trips to angkor. Free coffee and tea all day, breakfast pretty good.
The Wifi was very unstable, a pretty long walk to the city centre (though manageble).
I loved the charming old building and its design. It was so lovely and characterful. I liked the tea and coffee being always prepared all day. That was a real treat for me. The staff were terrific in true Khmer style.
Free Coffee all day long :) Cheap! Booked TuckTucks over the Hotel have always been very reliable. Don't expect too much for an accommodation with that price level in a touristic place like Angkor Wat.
Water in the room/shower had a rosty smell and thee floor in the room had a pretty poor surface quality (linoleum covered floor)
The location is great- easy to walk to main area but tucked away enough that it is quiet. Shower was hot, fan was very strong (sometimes too strong as the settings are either set to a gale or a gentle breeze, nothing in between). Pretty good Internet, even got it in our room sometimes, and the cable tv was welcome for the occasional night time movie. Breakfast, although limited, is free which is a bonus.
Mosquitoes! There were a lot hanging in the hallways and in our room. We bought heavy duty body spray and also burnt incense in the room. It seemed to work but you could still see them everywhere!
The staff are very friendly and supportive. The breakfast is full of energy-two eggs-good for all the climbing during the day...I wish I used more services available at front desk, such as tuk-tuk, bus ticket...they seem to have a very complete pacakage. Overall it's a pleasant stay, good budget deal.
The water really smells rusty...
Quiet and peaceful location
Not well known to taxi or tuk-tuk drivers
The boys at the desk were a good laugh and it wa nice and cheap
The shower was cold
The first night they set us up in another hotel at a discounted price because they were overbooked. I asked to be picked up at 5am and sure enough someone was there at exactly 5 to pick us up.
Staff well aware of the scams of certain day trips and yet still recommend them to guests.
Nice smells, nice stuff.
There is no hot water. The walls are so slim) Every step in coridor is like near your bed.
We booked 4 rooms, but got only one on arrival. Then we were transferred to another "friend-hotel" where everything was just awful. At the end they wanted to charge us for booking cancelation
Staffs are friendly. Nice and quiet room. reasonable price. Tea and coffee are free and breakfast included.
-There is a pick up service so I sent email I arrive at 16:00 but they didn't understand what time 16:00 is and they came to pick me up at 14:00. So I had to call and wait 1 hour. I recommend you must say time like 4:00pm ,not 16:00. -First night I stayed upstairs and my room was smelled bad, no toilet cover, and mouse running...! I claimed to change the room and I moved downstairs.Second room was very comfortable.
The price for single private room is a little bit cheaper than other guesthouse.
First, they didn't pick me up from bus station as they promised, even I did called them for many times. They said the tuk tuk driver is on the way to pick me up and asked me to wait. I wait for an hour but at the end nobody pick me up. I have to spend own money to ask a tuk tuk fetch me to the guesthouse. In the room I stayed, the bathroom's door can't lock. The TV can't function. I stayed 3 nights but they only did 1 time housekeeping for my room. And what make me really unhappy is a mouse come in my room :( No free tuk tuk to the town, they charged USD1.5 per one way.
Good trip prices, Breakfast OK Free pickup from bus stand. Clean sheets
Rooms dirty cockroach running Refurbishing needed Location could be better
Budget - price includes free bottled water and breakfast Friendly staff
Rusty pipes - all water in the bathroom had a strong stench of rust No hot water
