everything is perfect.... good room, good food, and great staffs If we have a chance for go back to Siem reap again, we will definitely choose this hotel!!!!!
The staff, they helped us with what to do and arrange bus ticket when wanting to leave for phnom phen. Really friendly! Our room was awsome with a cute balcony, and happy hour in the bar makes it cheap to buy coctails. Amazing breakfast with a noodle and egg station, you choose they make:)
Nothing bad to say really
very nice , middle size hotel, located ca 7-10 minutes from the city center ( which is an advantage in fact), very convinient, not expensive and easy way to get to the city by tuk tuk. Competent and fiendly personnel, good breakfasts, very nice and clean swimming pool. We highly recommed stay at this hotel. Greetings for all staff and our tuk-tuk driver, Mr. Nay :)
pool was nice ok food but we only eat there twice eco hotel bathroom bed deco friendly staff everything is just $3 tuk tuk away friendly tuk tuk drivers always available
neighbourhood with loud pets and bit of contractions of locals building their houses menu was basic
The hotel and its facilities were good, even if maybe not the best value for the money.
The staff tried (and sometimes achieved) to rip us off on every occasion, from overpriced basic services (laundry) to exorbitant prices for tuk tuks. We asked the reception for an official Angkor guide and we got a fake guide (a friend of theirs, he wasn't on the official Angkor list). He couldn't speak english and they asked us to be paid for it in cash and off-the-books. We asked to book a bus to Phnom Penh and got an inferior service to what requested and a price inflated by more than a third (they didn't ask for a service charge, just told us that the ticked costed more). The list does not end here, I am not going to this hotel again and if you do please do not rely on their info.
loved the hotel's location and look. Very helpful staff. Easy accessibility to transport and tours
A bit of a mosquito problem that should be addressed though the staff was very particular about providing coils to help.
Customer service was exemplary. Facilities were beautiful and peaceful, a great place to retreat from the heat and hustle.
Wifi connection intermittent in room.
The pool was gorgeous. Clean, large, set in a tropical garden with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The kids loved it. It also had an outside bar. The rooms were well appointed and spacious with balconies overlooking the garden. Showers and bathroom were the nicest in Cambodia. The staff were very pleasant, and you could organise a motto from the hotel to take you to the sights for a set price, and pay for it at the end of your stay. The place was an oasis after spending a hot day out.
Showers were hot at night, but in the morning, they were cold. This would not have mattered if there was a notice to advise guests of the situation, but there was not. I would just have made sure I had showered in comfort in the evening. The property was on the other side of the river, which meant that to eat, you could either go to the hotel restaurant which was quite good, or have to take transport to the pub street area. This was a round trip cost of USD5. In saying that, there was no noise from traffic…as the hotel was up a very quiet lane.
It's really an excellent choice for me not only in terms of the price but the over-all accomodation. Very good staff, great food and the rooms are very clean and spacious.
Our taxi driver had a hard time finding it... they need to put a signage or directional sign in the main road. The room is really clean except for the bath tub - i was about to use it and found that the dirt of the previous occupant is still there. But because of my overall impression, it's easy for me to forgive that.
Swimming pool Spacious rooms
It is located a bit outside center of siem reap
nice small hotel, clean, polite stuff
the breakfast was not very big
The staff was here was really top notch, every single person was friendly, helpful, and attentive and really added to making our stay so wonderful and go so smoothly. Mr. Hear especially went above and beyond in helping us. My friend had to go to the doctor and he not only took us there, but translated and stayed with her, then checked on us later back at the hotel. Thank you Mr. Hear and all the staff, we were sad to say goodbye!
The two connected rooms The structure of the beds Breakfast Arrangement for transportation and tours
Kindly ask you if they could support with your project and quick answer
the people are very nice, always smile
we contacted 3 days before arrived for airport pick up, but no one came, call and waited for over 50 M,(only 15 M drive),
No hot water as heating system was being repaired, however they gave us free treatment at the spa
The staff was excellent. I have never experienced such nice, polite and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and very clean.
The pool was a salt water pool. I didn't have any warm water since there was a problem with one of their water tanks (?).
location, bed, staff, room, garden
pool rooms breakfast
The staffs are most friendly and helpful.on our last day the management allowed us a few hours day room to freshen up before our late night flight,as the check out time was around midday, lovely gesture! There's a big local market 5 min walk away from hotel on the main road, super convenient.
Staff set up soccer game with son and I. We had a great time with them. Made sure all side trips we booked went well. Breakfast was great. Room nice. Pool was perfect temp. Staff by far made this hotel really really great. Value for the money can not be beat given location also.
Location is off main street, but down an alley that is a little difficult for tuc tuc to find.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful garden environment. It is quiet and peaceful if a bit out of the way of town. The rooms are very spacious and each has a balcony with a view of the garden and pool.
At the time we were staying at the hotel their solar system was malfunctioning, so there was no hot water in the whole hotel. I cannot understand why nobody chose to inform us of this until we called on the first morning because we could not get the water to heat up. Something like this should be communicated to guests during the booking process or at the latest on arrival.
Not so far from town, silent. Good ambience. Nice staff. Very spacious rooms. Spacious bathrooms. Tuk tuk provided to town at any time, though they were charged (minimal dollars)
Nothing. Take note that Cambodia is still under developed and with that in mind, I do not have any negatives for the hotel.
