Friendly staffs and the quick response on my enquiries.
There are mosquitoes at balcony
Everything was excellent: service, swimming pool, bedrooms. Peaceful and quiet place when there is no wedding in the neighborhood...we really appreciated the happy hour for good price cocktails.
Unfortunately one of the days there was a very noisy wedding in the neighborhood but I guess it can happen anywhere in the town! Restaurant can be improved.
Large rooms, large pool, the restaurant staff, breakfast
Nothing "heritage" like, this hotel is recent, not charming despite the large rooms and nice pool area. Slow and instable internet during the day. 170m from the country's busiest road with nothing to see under less than a 10 min tuk tuk ride. Noisy neighbors at least during our stay. Several things not cleaned or repaired in the room. Altogether, for 10% more you get a much better experience at the FCC Angkor.
The two contingent rooms we had were very spacious and cosy.
The quality of the restaurant food was not up to standards.
The staff was amazing from our arrival to the end. They even came twice a day to make the room! Fantastic room, really spacious, confortable balcony. Shower and bath. Nice pool. Good breakfast buffet. Great location from the Angkor Temples and the Tonle Sap.
A little bit far from the Center of Siem Reap, but there is always a tuk-tuk in front of the hotel. It is also possible to get there with a bike, which are also available at the entrance.
breakfast settling the bill
Friendly helpful staff
Very pleasant place to stay friendly staff very clean
Not a lot to do there bar closed around ten waited over half an hour for my food to be served
Nice and big rooms Nice breakfast
The location of the hotel was a bit from the centre Hard for the taxidriver to find the hotel
Everything was good, room, staff and food. Very quiet at night. The room furnish style was attractive. I recommend to hire tuktuk or car from this hotel frontdesk because their drivers were very nice and conscientious.
Not easy for TukTuk driver to find this place.
Large spacious rooms. Good pool and happy hour. Nice restaurant. Lovely staff.
The location The pool The restaurant The concierge The food
The hard beds
Location (quiet off the main street) Service Value price/quality
Restaurant sometimes a bit slow in response and bringing wrong orders
The helpful staff.Beautiful location clean rooms with a Mini bar & WIFI
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Angkor Heritage Boutique Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They handled every question and request with a smile. We stayed in the family room and it was huge with plenty of room for our family of five. I would recommend it to travelers who want to be away from the crowds but close enough that it is only a short yuk yuk ride to restaurants and markets.
Whilst the first room we were shown was filthy on the ground floor the room we actually took was spotless
The website shows the dining room tables set for dinner using table cloths etc this is false and as this is seen as you enter it is very disappointing also there are table runners on the coffee tables in the entrance these are filthy would be better without them. Suggest you update website with photos to reflect how things actually are. Also stated room rate should have been $300 p.n o way is that a true reflection
Family room (2 rooms, each with balcony) was very spacious and bigger than most hotel rooms.
The hotel was in a local area so there were dogs and roosters that were very vocal during the night, which made it hard to sleep, but added to the experience.
everything is perfect.... good room, good food, and great staffs If we have a chance for go back to Siem reap again, we will definitely choose this hotel!!!!!
The staff, they helped us with what to do and arrange bus ticket when wanting to leave for phnom phen. Really friendly! Our room was awsome with a cute balcony, and happy hour in the bar makes it cheap to buy coctails. Amazing breakfast with a noodle and egg station, you choose they make:)
Nothing bad to say really
very nice , middle size hotel, located ca 7-10 minutes from the city center ( which is an advantage in fact), very convinient, not expensive and easy way to get to the city by tuk tuk. Competent and fiendly personnel, good breakfasts, very nice and clean swimming pool. We highly recommed stay at this hotel. Greetings for all staff and our tuk-tuk driver, Mr. Nay :)
pool was nice ok food but we only eat there twice eco hotel bathroom bed deco friendly staff everything is just $3 tuk tuk away friendly tuk tuk drivers always available
neighbourhood with loud pets and bit of contractions of locals building their houses menu was basic
The hotel and its facilities were good, even if maybe not the best value for the money.
The staff tried (and sometimes achieved) to rip us off on every occasion, from overpriced basic services (laundry) to exorbitant prices for tuk tuks. We asked the reception for an official Angkor guide and we got a fake guide (a friend of theirs, he wasn't on the official Angkor list). He couldn't speak english and they asked us to be paid for it in cash and off-the-books. We asked to book a bus to Phnom Penh and got an inferior service to what requested and a price inflated by more than a third (they didn't ask for a service charge, just told us that the ticked costed more). The list does not end here, I am not going to this hotel again and if you do please do not rely on their info.
loved the hotel's location and look. Very helpful staff. Easy accessibility to transport and tours
A bit of a mosquito problem that should be addressed though the staff was very particular about providing coils to help.
