You couldn't beat the price. Mgr can contact Tuk-Tuks for easy transport to temples or airport. I enjoyed living within real community, warts and all. A brand-new massage spa was a short stroll away.

WiFi was spotty. Elevator broken. Amenities were worn down and differed from room to room. No breakfast or coffee service. No telephone in room.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Nice atmosphere and comfortable.

Not many people, including tuk tuk drivers, were familiar with the location. It apparently had a name change, but people didn't realize it.
