Food could be better, in particular the breakfast buffet.
Very nice resort. Close enough to both the airport and the city center. The kids enjoyed the pool. We liked the room and the service standard. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall highly recommended.
Nothing, every little thing was great.
All the staff are simply amazing. Every person from the hotel staff took great care of us, they were all very kind, thoughtful and considerate. We had the best time.
The laundry service is bad, its expensive and bad!
The pool bar is the most great restaurant and the staff team.
Should have switched the aircondition prior to the arrival. It was so hot in the room even i arrived night time.
Service was very poor. Staff couldn't communicate. Phones were not working. Food was very very sad. Wifi for today's days and age very slow. Closer to airport but far from main city centre.
Rooms and pool
Breakfast buffet not the best variety for western tastes, but quality and presentation of food very good.
Pool side cabana club rooms, Friendly and professional Staff, Good Location.
We loved the rooms and the bathrooms and the staff who helped us book our fantastic hot air ballooning.
Customer service was nonexistent. Upon arrival after a long days of travel my partner and I were surprised to learn we had to pay US$100 each to attend a gala new year's dinner event at the hotel. This was not included in the original quotation on booking.com! After querying this we were rather rudely told by staff "No Dinner No room".
The room was reasonable - just about what you would expect for a 3-4 star hotel.
As a lone traveller was very difficult to get the attention of staff as they concentrate on bigger parties. The food options were very limited, mostly expensive western food. Local food wasn't too great when they did have the option. Wouldn't stay here again as it is too expensive for the service that is provided! They also didn't pick me up from the airport when I arranged it with them, I was very worried waiting on my own. It is very difficult to get information from the reception as to what is available. There is no first aid service.
Lovely hotel, with beautiful surroundings. There is a service that will take you into town, but you have to figure your own way around from there and they don't pick you up. When I eventually did arrive, the young guy who met with me was very nice and showed me to my room, although he talked too much for how tired I was and he shouted with victory outside of my door when he got a tip.
However, very poor breakfast .....both in room dining and lunch/dinner is shockingly bad. The hotel is unable to prepare the most basic of meals. Most importantly horrendous service from the restaurant staff. The staff are not genuine at all.....
Location is good but most of the hotels in Siam reap are along the main road...so not much of a difference. The highlight was the magnificent Angkor Watt. The hotel organised tour guide and driver were excellent. The spa and service was also good.
The bed gave me a back ache, not sure why but that was the only complaint
The food, the kind and helpful staff
Wifi is poor in the rooms but great in the common areas Small bug was found crawling in the bathtab
The most polite staff I have ever come across Excellent breakfast and dinner
check in time after 2 p.m.
massage facilities were very good and the staff professional. check out time request was met.
wi-fi should have been better. this was the only problem in this hotel. thanks for everything.
a big beautiful hotel with a lovely swimming pool and good staff. free foot-massage was a nice surprise and it was more than an ordinary complimentary massage. breakfast was good. rooms were big and comfortable. location is a bit far from the city center but since they have the shuttles to the city center it is not a problem. free air-port shuttle would be nice but tuk-tuks are really cheap so its nothing to bother about.
For a tourist hotel, I was really disappointed that there were practically no flyers or advertisements for any activities available. And the person at the activity desk had the worst English of any employee there and was no help at all. Also, the prices for additional food / services are comparatively high, for example I paid like 90$ for room and the amazing breakfast for two, but if you want dinner (nothing special), be prepared to pay another 90$. Or go into town and pay 30$. Laundry service would be 2$ across the street, but using room service would cost you 20$. And one other thing that might be a little bothersome to some people was that it is not possible to connect an external source to the TVs.
We had a wonderful stay, there is a really nice pool, an amazing breakfast buffet and amazing rooms! Even though there is some stuff I mention that I didn't like, I would definitely recommend the hotel!
Everything, we had fruit basket on arrival, then we had a complimentary coffee, but it came with a 3 tier plate with sim sum, and cakes etc, it was delicious. We had a complimentary foot massage, that was all before we talk about the lovely room, the air con worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom, had a stand in shower or bath, my friend and I had a fabulous stay for 2 nights, the gentleman on the information desk was so helpful, the breakfast was plentiful, which set us up for the day, The hotel was beautiful. The staff were so helpful, Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay, Julie and Janet
Not a thing
Staff wonderful Beautiful hotel Great location Great Tuk Tuk drivers that serve the hotel great food just a wonderful hotel
Poor selection of food on menu especially for vegetarians. Staff at reception not very efficient or friendly
Service of meals and drinks at the pool side
not in central area
breakfast was good but could be better
Kindness of the Team Price Location Large room Pool
We asked a late check out of 2:p.m. in advance and they agreed .However on check out day, they allowed us to check out only by 1.p.m. Coffe was very bad.
I did not enjoy the breakfast buffet. Food catered for mainly Asian community which left little choice. Wifi connection throughout the stay was poor.
Friendly staff and value for money facilities
Breakfast not a 5 star.
Large room. Free Wi-Fi.
Wifi did not work in my room. Had to go to Lobby to use internet
