It was ideal for visiting Angkor Wat and the town of Siam Reap.
Staff and management were very friendly and dedicated, helpful and smiley. The service was remarkable good. Rooms are very spacious with everything you need, nice big bathroom. Everything was clean and the breakfast buffet was great. We also appreciated the salt water pool and the free foot massage.
Breakfast was excellent.
Pool temperature was too warm.
High recommend, helpful staff
the speed of the internet
Beautiful pool area, lovely staff, comfy beds, big spacious room, fruit and desserts brought to room, big bathroom with deep bath tub, good restaurant for evening meal, free afternoon tea, excellent breakfast with egg and waffle station, delicious!
I'd booked a room with balcony, was given a room with no balcony, when I asked I was given the option of moving to another room with balcony but overlooking noisy construction site! I opted to stay where I was which was lovely but not what I'd booked/paid for.
We had a wonderful time at the Angkor Miracle Reflection Club. The stafsf are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is excellent . Execllent service is provided . The swimming pool is very good , my daughter went to swim every day .
the room was nice, bed was good. enough and stable air-condition. the hot water supply not stable at night. free wifi provided through the hotel. but very slow at night.
Excellent location, staff, spa, structure, breakfast, and price.
Great facilities. Swimming pool area. Large rooms with view on the pool. Great choice for breakfast. Great value for the money.
Location on the "strip" far from city center. Somewhat impersonnel.
Good location, clean rooms and very friendly staff. I will go again!
Value for money & friendly staff, room so clean & comfort .
Wifi cannot access & check in & preparing so slow .
The facilities, the huge swimming pool, the nice gym, the breakfast
The fact that the wifi signal was not as stable as we would have liked it to be
I decided to stay there because it has the service from airport, and a little away from the city center.
They let me waiting in the airport for more than 20 min, and thought I was 4 people... I had to wait for 40 min to have my bedroom. I requested a taxi for the next day by email but I had to talk to 3 different people to finally arrange it. The worst wifi ever, and to complete, somebody came in to my room while I was in the shower just to deliver a piece of candy not requested. Really?? 5 stars?? Don`t deserve it...
It was very near from the airport. All staffs were very friendly. Swiming pool was amazing.
Only one restraunt. Our room was ill kept. Bath room was dirty.
The resort is very nice, staff friendly, facilities good. A little out of the way but we didn't mind that. $4 tuk tuk ride to bar street and the night market. Travel services to Angkor Wat and other area destinations easily made through the front desk.
I don't want to sound too negative as both my wife and I did enjoy our stay... However, there are some things I think future travelers should know. 1. while the breakfast buffet has a lot of selection I've certainly had better buffets at other resorts. I've never had a breakfast buffet where NO bacon is offered. ham and sausages are offered on alternate days. the ham was okay, the sausages were terrible. My wife is Asian and she found the Asian food pretty bland. 2. make sure you get a room over looking the inside of the hotel (pool view room). too much construction noise at 6am on the exterior rooms and many, many more bugs! we were upgraded after the 1st night but were charged for the upgrade. 3. had to get our room key reprogramed 2 or the 3 nights we were there because it refused to work which was a pain at 1am in the morning. 4. don't bother lightening up the "do not disturb" sign. we had the front desk calling us and management knocking on our door asking if everything was okay? kind of defeats the point of the "do not disturb" sign.
Nice facilities. Staff very nice and always helpful, excellent room. Fantastic and cheap massage.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, airport transfer was smooth to and from the hotel. Wish we had longer to enjoy the facilities.
Nice pool, good location, friendly staff, pretty good breakfast.
No internet in our room for 4 days...which made our stay difficult. Hotel arranged for us an 'English speaking guide'.. He was very nice, but didn't really speak much English. Hotel charged a lot for him. I would recommend others not to use the hotel for this.
We stayed here three nights and absolutely loved it!! A beautiful hotel with a fantastic salt water swimming pool. We were surprised by the standard of the hotel for the price. It is really cheap for a great 5 star hotel. Friendly staff. We were worried about the hotel being too far from town, but it wasn't far at all, just a short tuk tuk ride. We were really impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Food is average and water was expensive. Wifi not great in the rooms. All of the staff were very friendly but had poor knowledge about tourism attractions, things to do, transport, typical cost of transport etc. This would have been helpful.
Great Value for money. Very close to Angkor Watt and airport. Staff were very helpfull.
Wifi was very bad, breakfast was not great.
Everything. A great hotel with perfect service. Make sure you take advantage of the free afternoon coffee. It's not only tea or coffee but plates of food and cakes.
Beef at the restaurant was seriously tough. They courteously replaced it, but this is a tiny, tiny thing from an outstanding establishment.
Pool Room Staff
The room we got was great with direct access to the pool. Breakfast ok. Ask for bacon at the egg station.
Although we had booked a kingszie bed suite with balcony they tried to sneak us in into a smaller double bed room. Fortunately it had no balcony so we could point to that to get the room we had paid for. The hotel is also far away from everything, but $7 takes you to town, return, so it is just the inconvenience of having to take a tuktuk all the time. No spontaneous walks downtown.
Great staff, conveniently located and is fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
(1) Wifi internet connection is slow in the room. (2) Toilet hand spray connected to the commode should have a regulating valve to reduce the water flow. You make such a great hotel with a poor toilet spray design. Must modify.
