Staff most helpful offering sound advice. Large independently owned hotel with spacious reception and foyer.

Failed to provide room as per reservation on first night. Had to escalate to mgt for resolution. Visit spoilt by stomach bug picked up by both of us.

We had to wait for almost an hour for the van to take us to the airport.

Length of time taken for service food to be delivered at the Pronto Cafe, certainly does not live up to its name!

The staff is excellent. The spa is very good and it offers many options for massages.

Nice clean big rooms, breakfast was also very good with international and cambodian food. The noodle soup bar was excellent. Rooms are cleaned,and towels are changed everyday. The concierge was very helpful and they offer convenient and affordable hotel transportation when you want to tour the temples and sites in siem reap. All the staff were very courteous and very professional. Nice clean big salt water pool which was so relaxing specially after spending the day touring the temples.

Poor 1st floor bar area, entertainment and atmosphere not very good.

Hotel was in general spotlessly clean throughout but there was room for improvement in the dining room

Breakfast buffet food was cold (bacon, rice, sausages etc)

I love everything about Angkor Miracle. I can't think of anything bad about this property. Large rooms, super great view, lovely pool, friendly staff. I love everything!!!

Hotel is fairly new with clean facilities including the nice swimming pool and the complimentary b/fast is a big plus with many varieties of food. Service of the staff is top notch especially the concierge captain (sorry, forgot his name) we were extremely satisfied with the assistance from our arrival and check out. Also big thanks to the Filipina singer with her partner at the mezzanine pub, me and wifey had a great time enjoying the music. Booking.com rated this as 5* but actually 4* by standard.

Not recommended to stay in the poolside during night time due to presence of many insects. My children had so many insect bites (mosquitoes) after swimming. Also we forgot to present the discount vouchers in our dinner at the restaurant & at the mezzanine pub and they refused to accept it the next day we told them about this.

I had a truly fabulous time at Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa. The staff were simply brilliant - the most polite and friendly staff on all my travels abroad. They organised everything for me. I would rate then 11/10! The location was so convenient - 10 mins from the airport and town and about 20 mins from Angkor Wat. I have told all my family and friends to stay here on possible trips to Siem Reap. Thank you so much**

Really nice hotel. Good prices. Really like the pool (salt water) perfect to relax after a busy day. The restaurant was excellent, the breakfast was really good and also we ate dinner and lunch and the food was delicious and excellent prices. The staff was really helpful and nice. The rooms were clean. We really like this hotel.

The hotel did not respect my internet reservation and raised the price, which led to an altercation. We were orginally booked for a week but checked out the next day and went to a different hotel.

床上用品很舒适，我们的双床是1张1.8,一张1.2,很实用。早餐丰富，房间落地窗走出去就是游泳池。

白天和晚上（11点后）洗澡水不热，据说是用的太阳能。房间隔音不太好，隔壁洗澡开水声音不小。

干净，实惠，早餐的面非常好吃

前台的一位大堂经理是台湾人，他热情周到而敬业。给予了我这个不会英文又独自旅行的中国人以非常细致的服务- ，还帮我预订了第三天去长途汽车站的免费送客服务，因遇到柬埔寨新年，原大巴公司的免费接送服务停止了。这- 里的房间很舒服，SPA也物超所值。

这里团队旅行团很多，早餐人满为患，很少的服务员，需要完全的自我服务
