    Nice pool. Nice location.

Breakfast is a bit disappointing. Furniture in the room is a bit old. Gym facilities are not enough.

    Internet connection was working well.

It is not what you expected from a 4 star hotel. The staff is a bit rude and it seems they are trying to charge you for all possible things. Any service you request will be charged at least the double of the current local prices. Breakfast was very poor.

Location. Well positioned in centre of town and walking distance to restaurants and markets. Friendly staff, willing to please. Value - this is not a seven star resort/hotel, nor are you charged for staying at one!!

Lack of A/C in reception area.

The central position made it convenient for walking about and for access to restaurants and markets. Good choice at breakfast and the service was good.

The room was a bit noisy and a bit on the small side, there being no room to get out of one side of the bed.

The breakfast, good coffee, lots of choices, continental + Chinese...

Furniture is a bit old, room is a bit smelly, may be due to the hot humid climate, a few mosquitoes around.

One of the best locations in town. It's a 3 minute walk to Night Market Street and Pub street. Room was clean.

Wifi was intermittent. Pool doesn't get any sunshine due to hotel architecture, barely 2 hours a day at best. Gym equipment totally unusable ( literally ). Higher charges for guides/tours/tuk tuk arrangements than other hotels. Average breakfast. Most staff spoke little to no English at all.

We didn't have a good experience with the staff from the hotel at all. The day after I booked the hotel by booking, the manager of the hotel sent me a list of prices of the services they offerd (hotel pick up for 15usd, car service for the temples, English speaking guide for 35usd each) asking of we wanted to have them. I thought it would not be necessary to book them because we didn't want to spend so much money... However, when we reached the airport, there was already a man with our names waiting for us, sent by the hotel (we were never told about this) who took us for free to the hotel (arguing that if we took a taxi or a tuc tuc it would be very dangerous, because two days ago three tourists had died in a tuc tuc) and finally offered us to be our guide for the time we would stay in Siem Reap (not for free of course). I think it is very rude for a serious hotel to send a mail offering prepaid services, and afterwards give some of them all the same for free to sponsor a guide, get us picked up at the airport without notice by a man who what definetly wants is to sell us a guide tour. Besides, after we told the man we would not take the tour, the staff at the hotel persuaded us to hire a tuc tuc, when we had already hired a bike! The sensation that they left us was that the only thing they wanted was that we spent the biggest amount of money we could, not taking into consideration what we really wanted, and worst of all, without any respect for our privacy. I would definetly not return.
