Great location,great pool and great breakfast!

The staff require better training, for the money paid I expect a higher standard of service. They should be anticipating your needs not wait for you to locate them and ask to be served. The resort is tired and dusty and the "Bungalows" are not bungalows but 4 rooms located in a block. We enjoyed our stay but it most certainly was not value for money.

Wonderful hotel, best hotel weve ever stayed in and for a very reasonable price compared to the very high standard. Little extras in the rooms and daily little food treats made it extra special. Breakfast excellent and evening meal very good although fairly expensive for the area. We also stayed at the sister hotel further in the city which was equally good and great location.

Quite far away from the city, 10min taxi ride. Swimming pool although great idea, poor visability and wasnt very clean.

Swimming pool: looked very nice on picture but more like a river than a swimming pool where you want to swim. Noise during the night from a neighboring restaurant for wedding parties

Very peaceful and relaxing. Lovely ambience - nice architecture with beautiful wood. Pool lovely never crowded. Food was amazing. Our whole group thought the food at the hotel was better than anywhere else we ate in Siem Reap.

The friendly staff who provided excellent service, and the unique design of the resort which featured a snake shaped pool that meanders around the villas, so that each villa is facing the pool.

The pillows need replacing, they were hard and flattish.

its beautiful setting and decor and its traditional Cambodian style architecture. The staff were very gracious in their approach to everything.The food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay . The Khmer people are such wonderful people, hope they never change.

A fantastic botanical garden looks exactly like a 5-star hotel! Khmer style villas and decorations are lovely. Nice and helpful staff. Thank you for those small gifts you sent me everyday! Satisfying massage. Delicious breakfast.

The internet in room was too slow that I couldn't even do anything with it. I had to go out to the reception area to get better wifi... Due to the fragile electric line in CAM everyday the electricity must be stopped twice. 5 min each time... After a heavy rain you might have to walk in water as paths might be flooded... Anyway, this resort worths the money!

Angkor Village Resort & Spa is a great property. Built and designed thoughtfully mostly in wood, the architecture draws from the traditional Khmer tradition yet addresses all the needs of a present day traveller. Each and evry room is a part of a cottage with balcony that faces the garden and the 200 mtr long winding pool which is absolutely unique. The lush green surrounding and the landscaping transorts one to a tranquil setting and is really refreshing. The staffs are polite, well trained and ready to help. The restaurant has a nice setting. Access to city or Angkor is few minutes tuk tuk ride away. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers who are looking at a holiday at Angkor and experience a very relaxed stay at a hotel that is very different from the tall towers at the centre of a busy metropolis.

The Resort & Spa has 40 typical Khmer houses, each houses has 2 downstairs’ rooms and 2 upstairs’ rooms with a balcony beside the swimming pool, and it has 2 restraints and a nice lobby and a fantastic Spa. We had an unforgettable holiday in there for 4 days. The staffs are very kind and helpful, as we booked the accommodation at booking.com, we inquired the Resort to help us to arrange the tour, they organized 4 days Min van and guide, and Apsara dancing show in their theatre, and airport transfer for us. During our stay, the staffs were friendly and helpful and gave us an excellent impression. We had leisure time in the Resort and relaxed our soul and body. The Resort gave each of us a free toes massage voucher for 30 min, and we enjoyed it after a day’s tour. Finally some of us had a herbal massage, it’s a nice experience. We were permitted to check out at 4pm due to our flight was at 10pm, and after we checked out, they gave us free drink for “leave welcome”. If you want have a pure Khmer tour, this Resort and Spa is your best choice!

the people that worked there were excellent. They would go out of their way to help in anyway they could. We loved the swimming pool. It was almost like a jungle swim. We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you so much.

The main dinning room didn't open until 7:00 pm. We thought that was a little late. The pool could use cleanning on the bottom, the water was clean all the same.

The members of staff were very welcoming and helpful. The gardens magnificent and the rooms very nice. Loved the circular swimming pool. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you Love the folk tales and little cakes on the bed in the evenings! What about some fruits as well!

The breakfast buffet should have a greater variety of foods as well as fruit juices and the bacon should be cooked a little more so it isn't so fatty.

From the start until the end this hotel offers perfect service all the time. From the friendly and warm welcoming until the check out. The staff was always friendly no matter if gardener, reception or service. We met at the hotel with friends who arrived earlier than us and they had been informed immediately upon our arrival. The receptionist took a picture from all of us which were offered to us as a present upon our departure. I thought this was a very nice gesture. Also the spa was a perfect oasis for relaxation. We also liked the arrangement of the cottages aorund the pool which allowed every guest directly access to the pool. The breakfast could offer a little bit more choice. It also didn't really fit to the hotel's standard that you normally had to pay the internet. As we had booked our hotel via booking.com it was included in our price but normally you have to pay very expensive. Moreover the hotel is a little bit outside the city center which doesn't really appears as a problem. With the Tuk Tuk you will be anywere in a minute wherever you want to go. That the hotel took care of the professional packing of the wooden statue we bought was really top class service. On the market were we bought the statue it had been only wraped with newspaper due it wasn't save for transportation. We will come back 100%.

Little annoyance like the shower that would not stay in place and splash the whole place. The room's terrace is really great but they choosed some awful seats specially designed to break your back if you want to sit there !!! Expensive once you add up everything.

Luksusowo wyposażone domki w przepięknym ogrodzie. Nie daleko od świątyń Angkor. Bardzo miły I uczynny personel.
