“ The staff was very friendly and quick to help. We stayed one full week with two young children and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a nice size hotel and the suite we had was more than big enough for us. Our girls didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend. ”

Pretty nice hotel, close to the town center, but pretty quiet and village style, impressive... no strong wireless connection in rooms.

Very beautiful, the room inside and the territory are made with lloveand care. Very friendly staff, smiling facebs. Relaxing atmosfere. The pool is available round the clock , what is important for those ones who spend all day examining temples and takes other excursions. Hotel is located quite close to the Pub street and Old market. We will recommend this hotel. To our friends. No WiFi in the room

I loved this hotel it was 10 mins walking distance from town. Beautiful facilities & friendly staff. The restaurant was ok specially the morning buffet, wasnt excellent but everything else was

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice location in Siem Reap, close to Pub Street and Old Market. A lot of vegetation on hotel territory, very nice pond. Very old bathroom, bad shower. No meat on breakfast, only sausages. Restaurant is 3 times overpriced, average 9-10USD per meal, and a lot of sausages instead of meat. On Pub Street you get better meals for 3-4USD. Swimming pool is located between high trees so the is a sun there only around 1-2 in the afternoon.

The setting was very nicely done with the a very nicely set layout with the water surrounding and the rooms set around the central plaza The woodend atmosphere and local themed decorations used was very elegant and simple, original and portraying very nice boutique feeling about the place. The staff are among the nicest and most helpful people we had met. I wouldn't mind a little TV in the room...but the missing TV was among the main things that my wife loved about the place!!

The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful.Their English was very good. The hotel was so beautiful with a great feel and atmosphere. It felt like a gorgeous relaxing oasis which was a perfect escape from the heat and chaos of the street.

Todo el personal siempre te esta sonriendo. Las instalaciones son hermosas y amplias. No hay ruido en los alrededores. Esta a unos minutos caminando del centro, es decir muy bien ubicado.

La beauté de l hôtel, un petit coin de paradis au milieu de Siem Reap. Le service n' est absolument pas à la hauteur du cadre. Petit déjeuner buffet,le lendemain à la carte, le jour suivant buffet. Pas de connections internet ni Tv dans les chambres. Impossible d organiser une excursion depuis l hôtel.

员工还算不错 入住遭遇浴室惊魂，电热水器因为线路老化起火燃烧，偌大的酒店就一个服务员，裹着浴巾等待二十分钟才有人过- 来查看；半个小时候换好房间，新房间断水，总之好心情因为这个糟糕的酒店荡然无存

O povo Khmer é cordial por natureza, mas o pessoal do staff do hotel é de uma simpatia ímpar. Até agora, no sudeste asiático, não tivemos recepção igual. A administração do hotel é muito cuidadosa em todos os detalhes, desde a chegada até a partida: sempre fomos surpreendidos positivamente. Recomendo até para os mais exigentes. O hotel é maravilhoso. Não tenho nada a reclamar.

Красивый интерьер в виде тропического сада и традиционных домиков Отель нам рекомендовали друзья, которые были там примерно пять лет назад. Видимо, за это время весь вменяемый персонал перешел в новые отели. Кухня очень посредственная. В отель заезжают большие группы туристов (у нас была толпа подростков с родителями - видимо, каникулы...).

неплохой отель недалеко от центра с красивой территорией. очень бедные завтраки, даже с фруктами большие проблемы, хотя на улице даже самая экзотика стоит доллар килограмм.
