It "was" good, until.. No matter how fantastic facility of the 5 start hotel, how nice of the people, one weakest link will always ruin the whole beautiful journey. That day, We had wonderful 5 day trip in Seem Reap and was going to check- out then fly back to our country with beautiful memory. Some how the front desk got problem, they couldn’t deal with our credit card. It was that last day, we didn’t have big amount cash as well. And as time past, it only left less then 1 hour for us to get to the airport. We also called back to our country where the card offered, but someone here handed on the phone. The most horrible thing was , one manager who was the highest level at the front desk at that day, he came out from office, tried to use stupid method which had practiced by his staff to solve the problem. Then told us repeatly with very bad altitude: “ It happened when the amount of credit is not enough ” . Hey man! I won’t go for this trip and booking 5 start hotel if my credit is so small! Finally he reached an idea that we should get ATM cashing the money for them in the city center. How smart! It was only less then one hour for us to catch the fly. Now he asked us to get money in town! I told him that’s the problem of the bank. It might still get problem for me to cash the money! The manager insisted we should bring out the money, and repeated: “we cannot let you leave without pay the money! ” very back altitude! We leaved all cash we have to him, and our anger! He treated their guests like thief and bad people! Two staff came with us to town. we were so burst but still do what they ask us to deal with. In the middle of way, one of the staff made phone call back to hotel, and then he told us the card through the bank was worked. The bank just accepted the require and the money was paid. We rushed back to hotel , got our cash, dash to airport, fortunately , we caught out fly. Another suck thing was no one called us in advance to tell the credit card was fine with their bank finally!

Wonderful architecture and gardens, beautiful pool, excellent room and as with other places throughout our stay in Cambodia and Vietnam, the staff were welcoming, kind and informative.

４泊しました。思い立ってから車をチャーターして遺跡や湖に行くようなのんびりした旅でした。そういう旅は- 、ホテルに滞在している時間も長くなります。その点、このホテルは、プールやスパなどホテルの施設が充実し- ています。おかげで思惑どおり、満足度が高く、ゆったりした時間を楽しむことができました。かなり満足度が- 高く、思い出に残るホテルです。
