Apsara Centrepole Hotel  

This hotel is located at a side road off the main 'Old Market' area, and is well situated for most activities. The design of the hotel is beautiful, with a blend of contemporary and French colonial influences. The lobby and meal area is beautifully furnished, and the rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool offers some respite from the heat, and is perfect for a mid-afternoon swim.

Staff speak decent English, but oftentimes couldn't understand simple requests, though it wasn't a big deal. Other than that, it was a truly lovely hotel.

After the first bad impression of cambodian people, the staff of this hotel makes you forget this! Never been in a more friendly hotel then this one!!! The room is verry clean and verry nice! Not far from the bussy street but not much noice. We booked a tuktuk with them, not expensive and verry friendly. We would use the facilities after chek out because of a late flight,...verry good service

Very good hotel in a quiet street close to food stalls, restaurants, shops and lively Pub street. Friendly and helpfull staff, clean room with amenities. Good internet service. Breakfast is plenty,served buffet style or a la carte, depending on the amount of guests. And last but not least, there is a small but very nice swimming pool to enjoy after a hot day at Angkor Wat.

We like everything, the rooms are very well appointed and comfortable, the pool is very agreeable. Breakfast with good products. We will be again another time.

We chose this hotel as our Christmas treat, during our trip in Asia covering 7 weeks. The staff were very warm and welcoming and keen to make our stay very comfortable. The room was lovely and comfortable, the hotel clean airy and tasteful. Swimming pool a delight.

Breakfast is served outside in attractive surroundings, and not noticably noisy considering it is in a fairly busy side road. Only negative we could mention is that I have a wheat intolerance and found I was eating eggs every day (my partners too) in order to satisfy my hunger. I only eat egg once a week normaly. There was a small dish of muesli (which I prefer) which was not enough for a westerners breakfast, and small amount of yoghurt, could do with larger amounts available at self service as often ran out. This is the same in many hotels in Cambodia, not just this one! I'm sure they will figure it out. Alternative Cambodian breakfast, but I eat rice and rice noodles at lunch and dinner, so not for breakfast.

Staff was utmost friendly and helpful, rooms, general areas and facilities crisp and clean, everything brand new! Breakfast fresh, tasteful and nearly served. Even tried the restaurant and found the food to be good and decently priced. Bar serves good and inexpensive juices, shakes and cocktails. In short, I'd recommend this one to all my friends!

If anything was to be said, there currently is some construction activity on new hotels/guesthouses next door and across the street. By the looks of it, will be finished in a month or two, but this gives some noise and dustoff at daytime between 9 and 15/1600... Not that significant though and considering the prime location, it'll be hardly any disturbance during those hours

Gostei muito da localizacao do hotel, perto do night market, bons restaurantes, spas, lavanderia... Fiquei num quarto de frente, dava para ouvir barulho da rua mas nao chegou a incomodar. Fiz a melhor massagem da vida neste hotel, que pode ser no seu proprio quarto ou na piscina. Por apenas U$6.

O ar condicionado apesar de moderno e silencioso quase nao deu conta do tamanho do quarto e do calor de Siem Reap.

对酒店员工的工作态度是满意的。酒店环境是整洁舒适有品位的。对酒店提供的早餐是满意的。虽然不是很丰富，- 但是新鲜、可口、卫生的。价格是合理的。

没有按照我预定的要求提供房间。

酒店环境比较干净，让我愿意脱掉鞋子赤脚踩在地上，打扫也比较及时，酒店的工作人员态度还是不错的，我要兑- 一张100刀的纸币，在几分钟内就给我兑了好多好多1刀和5刀的纸币，让我挺欣慰的，酒店2楼的阳台也挺有- 意思，都是连通的，可以自由行走。地理位置在市中心，出去吃饭买东西非常非常方便

早餐食物的种类相当少，而且吃完添加的速度实在龟速，有时干脆不加，另外赠送的蛋或汤有时候会不过来问我需- 不需要，新来的客人可能会不知道有这些东西。我在房间叫了一杯西瓜汁，给我满面笑容的端上来一杯柠檬汁，在- 这位服务员走之后10秒内立马有另一位服务员拿来账单，让我有点不爽。我们住在B8，二楼沿街那间，晚上相- 当吵，主要是对过的酒吧低音炮，一直会持续到晚上11点多，有一次早上4、5点都在放音乐，让劳累一天的我- 们无法好好休息，B9也住过一晚，早上6点不知名的方向传来类似清真寺念经唱歌的声音，实在让人无法忍受！- 喜欢安静的朋友不要选择这家旅店了

服务员很热情，态度也很好。房间不算新，但也算干净。游泳池虽不大，但水很干净。早餐很丰富，时间也挺长，- 每天都会有两瓶免费的矿泉水。位置很好，穿过马路就是酒吧街，路口就有超市，但酒店很安静。

晚上在酒店的人多了wifi就不是特别好用。洗澡热水不是很好，水很大，也挺热的，但就是两个人住洗澡得间- 隔一段时间，不然第二个人就没有热水，可能因为是用的电热水器之类的用水箱储水吧。但觉得问题不大。

酒店应该是用别墅改的，风格别具一格，位置很好，走路去old market不到5分钟，而且晚上一点也不吵。早餐比较丰富，要吃蛋的朋友记得叫服务员单点。服务员都很谦- 卑，前台的英语也不错，帮我们定了tutu车和去金边的大巴Ibis，给出的旅游建议也很中肯。他家可以提- 供免费tutu接机服务，提前给他们email就行。

房间的水压不是很稳定，洗澡小小的有点负担。

Hotel excelente, quarto ótimo, muito confortável, muito limpo, serviço extremamente atencioso e ambiente muito agradável. Localização perfeita em Siem Reap, ao lado da Pub Street (principal rua de bares e restaurantes). Recomendo fortemente.

唯一的缺點，早餐不夠豐盛，並且人多的時候食物補的不夠積極，而且餐具也會用完，需要客人提醒

酒店地理位置很好，离old market步行5分钟可到达。早餐比较丰盛，就是一个小别墅改成的旅馆。我定的豪华房房间里面和外面的小- 露台均带躺椅和座椅，下午躺在那确实很惬意。服务员很热情。

我定的豪华包间当时价格为400不到，但是房间的布置和感受，性价比一般，尤其是卫生间，虽然大但是比较简- 单。酒店确实有一个游泳池，但是真心是比较小。性价比有待提高。

La douche était toujours bouchée et les mauvaises odeurs de la salle de bain étaient persistentes.

新しいので、清潔感のある点はＧｏｏｄ、一部手直しで工事の騒音があり、 プールサイドでのランチは雰囲気、またカンボジア料理の味、価格は推すめです、

朝食、小奇麗ですが、味に関しては期待は出来ません、 デナーを愉しんでいる宿泊者はいませんでした、

We loved our stay here. The service was excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were really nice and spacious. The breakfast was also good, there were a variety of foods to choose from. Great location- cafes, shops and markets very close!

服务很好，特别是前台的有个女生，很甜美的微笑，而且英语很好，任何服务会及时提供。酒店的人让人觉得很温- 暖，很NICE。地理位置很好，在老市场附近，吃东西，购物极其方便，而且出门右转马路边上就有马萨几。值- 得一体的是，酒店的餐很赞，我们除了第一天外几乎每天都有一餐在酒店用餐，比网上攻略推荐的高棉厨房的餐要- 正点很多，卖相也很好。PS,酒店出门右转的那家BBQ的SHAKE很不错，但是BBQ就一般了。

1.酒店的阳台设计有些不妥，所有房间的凉台是贯通的，感觉有些不安全。半夜睡觉总听着凉台门响，也不知道是不- 是有人推门还是自己幻听。2.通过酒店订车要比私人谈贵，我们定的车酒店收费38美金一天，司机说酒店付他30.赚的还是有点多的呢~ 而且酒店定的车和TUKTUK都不提供水。我们遇上的TUKTUK司机就很不厚道，接机等半天才找到人，每- 次从景点出来都要找好久才能找他，而且中午不情愿送我们回酒店，想省事让我们去景点。忒讨厌了~！

Location was excellent, not far to pub street. Pool was lovely.

Staff were very over the top friendly at times. Slow internet. Poor breakfasts, drinks and coffee.
