Close proximity to centre, yet still quiet and relaxing. Staff polite and helpful. Lovely courtyard at front.
This was our second stop from several destinations in SE Asia and was really the unforgetable one. The staff was always helpful, location was perfect, food was delicious. Wifi full coverage. We were a group of six and noone had anything to complain after our stay. I hope I will come back some day and will definetely stay in Apsara again.
I needed ironing but didn't manage to get one because it was another guest that was using it for more than 40 min...this is probably not a big deal.
Staff brilliant and location
This hotel was excellent! Everything we needed was taken care of quickly. The location is perfect, the staff is amazing, and it was clean.
- very central, close to pub street - friendly staff - rooms on the first floor are nice - pool
- we had to change the room after the first night - we booked a two bed room but received a double bed during the first night - pretty loud music during the night - rather poor breakfast
waiting the food for beckfast and no baguet!
Quality of the rooms and furniture. Good service. Value for money. The hotel itself is quite beautiful. Location is perfect - close to pub street.
Can get a bit noisy at night from the club nearby.
Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Central location with a short walk to Pub Street and shops and restaurants. Staff organised Tuk Tuks to temples at short notice.
Was a little noisy at night from the nightclubs in Pub Street.
Everything about the hotel! The staffs and tuk tuk drivers are super friendly, helpful, attentive down to the finest details. The room is very spacious and clean. I even have a welcome message for me on the bed made of slivers of banana leaf. The bed, pillow, duvet are very comfortable! The location is strategic as it is just steps away from pub street, old market and night market. Thank you so much for making me feel like home.
Absolutely nothing at all. Everything is just perfect!
Staffs were very attentive.
Thanks to Ty, Phanit and Chenda (reception staff) we had a great stay. Thanks to Borey (guest relation manager) we had very experienced drivers with modern and comfortable 4WD cars for our private transfers to Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville.
We had a booking for a Studio but nowhere in the room description was mentioned that studio rooms only are on ground floor but thanks to Chenda it was possible to move upstairs
Location is just a few minutes walk from the 'pub street' area with bars, shops & restaurants. Hotel is very clean with attention paid to the finer details to make guests feel welcome. Food and drinks very good quality. Hotel will organise trips to Angkor Wat. Very reasonable to take the 'tuk tuk' option.
Location Good staff
Conjested rooms messy Bathroom
Lovely small hotel in great location. In the heart of bars and restaurants, everything within walking distance including river and markets. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. It was nice to have breakfast outside in the courtyard although ordered off a menu it was adequate.
Having to ask for extra tea/coffee at breakfast apart from that nothing.
The staff at the hotel were wonderful. They were committed to making our stay a comfortable and cultural experience. All our tours and transport were efficiently organised. We left the hotel feeling like we were saying goodbye family. Excellent value for money.
Sadly whilst the hotel is conveniently central to shopping and restaurants the noise from the street nightlife was loud and ongoing if sleeping in the front of the hotel. Rooms at the rear and side of the hotel proved to be quieter.
it's in downtown near the night market.and it has it's own restaurant
A little bit noisy before 11pm and early in the morning cause doing the cleaning downstairs and the cock.
Very warm welcome from the hotel staff
Right in the heart of town. Room is spacious but shows wear & tear. Bathroom is adequate and shower is good. Breakfast is good with 4 choices. Our room is on main floor but still quiet. Price is reasonable.
We had a downstairs room at the back with 2 windows, one overlooking the pool and French doors onto a patio facing the side of the next building. The room was bright and clean, nice wet-room. We got 2 bottles of water free everyday, rather than 2 for the entire stay like other hotels. The pool was small but stylish, towels provided. Our room was quiet in terms of street noise (many complain about the rooftop bar that's open until late down the street) but you could hear the kitchens a little- by 11pm it was quiet. Comfy room, good AC. We organised a tuk tuk driver only for the first day and he didn't drive too fast and we had the same driver and a guide for sunrise and the small tour- the guide was very good. Excellent location close to all the action but one street enough away from the noise. Staff were lovely.
Mini bar really was very overpriced, but there's a 7-11 about 10 meters away, which is open 24/7. Breakfast is its let down- I assumed it would be a buffet like every other hotel but it's a set menu with 4 choices. It's fairly limited but what you do get is good quality and tasty. The coffee is GOOD!! They provide a breakfast box for the 5am start for the sunrise trip but it wasn't worth having- slices of bread, one pot of jam and a banana. Just grab some noodles after sunrise.
location, staff, friendliness, felt at home
Noisy sometimes, price seems high for what you get,
Aspara was a slice if paradise in the bustling Siem Reap. Quiet and peaceful after long days if exploring the temples. Staff went above and beyond arranging and organising day trips an night shows for us. The breakfast was great. We also ate at the resturant for lunch and was fantastic as well. You can go past the $2.50 cocktails. Highly recommend staying here as it is a smaller boutique hotel you get peace and quiet but with all the attention to detail that sometimes gets missed at a big hotel! !
Beautiful room with lovely outside terrace. Staff were helpful and laundry service was excellent.
Breakfast was ok, not amazing and unfortunately was only served until 9am. It would have been better if this was available until later. I have no complaints whatsoever about the staff or the room but think approx £50 a night for a room in Cambodia is very expensive. That said we paid similar in Phnom Penh and at the beach and this was by far the better hotel and room.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It's right on the door step to the main area at night (pub street) but couldn't hear any noise once in the hotel room. The food was wonderful.
Nothing everything was great!
Very good location.
Air condition doesn't seems working properly.
The location is very good. Only one min walk from pub street and few min from night markets. The staff is very friendly.
