Breakfast is very very poor. The owner is always there in the evening and the two days we stayed there he was drunk. I had a discussion with him because we wanted to do the check out a bit more late and there was a paper in the room which said that we should pay 5$. I was agree and he told me that it was 5$ per hour, but it wasn't what the paper said. The day we arrived our pillow was very dirty and they had to changed it. When I told him the next day he answered that it wasn't true. The bathroom was very old and it was no clean either. There was a soap wrap stuck on the wall and it was there for the two days we were. Definetly I wouldn't stayed there again even if it was the only hotel in Siem Reap. It has nothing good and it's very expensive for what if offers.
they went out of their way to help me, even when I stupidly missed my bus.
Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room which had good air conditioning.
Location Clean Friendly staff Nice banana pancakes
People smoking indoors. Smell of smoke got in room
Great location and value for your money! This guesthouse is about a five minute walk from pub street, which is very convenient, especially if you don't want to pay a tuk tuk driver to take you there every night. The room is very spacious with AC and a TV. I love how warm and welcoming the staff is every time you come back from your day out.
The bathroom is a little run down, but it was still clean nonetheless.
staff, very good. Location excellent. WiFi excellent
Smoke coming in to the breakfast area needs sorting out. General cleanliness of public areas could be better eg balcony and the front of the property. New bathroom required in room 10 and a fresh paint job throughout would really improve the property.
- Nice and kind a italian owner and native steffes. - Calm and relex place. - Easy to go pupstreet and night market by walk. - Good internet speed. - Can use toilet when get back our bagges at night after check out.
- They do not have a card reader merchine. you should pay w/cash when check out. - They do not have own moter for black out even they are a hotel. - Little durty tolilet, but acceptable for me. - No a refrigerator in a room.
We did not like anything about this place. We changed hotel as soon as we could. The place is a dump.
Nothing worked in the shower. The shower was dirty. We had no water. The sink had no water. The free breakfast was not very good. A cup of coffee and 2 small penkakes without syrup is not a good breakfast. There are many better places you can find in Siem Reap.
Location, quiet environment.
- Very dark room - Breakfasts are misunderstanding (you need to pay more for anything to eat)

Great location great service - friendly and helpful very comfortabled room
Breakfast and some small details should be improved to make even better stay
The location is far enough away from the action for it to be quiet but also only a short walk away so you can enjoy it. Staff were friendly and helpful
We had a great reception and excellent service from the owner. The room met our expectations. It was about a 5 min walk to where all he action was. We had laundry done there and it was a quick efficient service.
Our check out experience was unfortunate. The day before we had paid and established that we could have a quick breakfast at 6.30 then grab a tuk yuk to the airport to make our flight. In the morning neither the cook or the hotel booked tuk tuk turned up. We found another tuk tuk (not easy at 6.45 in the morn) a few minutes down the road we were pulled over by the boy that had been on reception who claimed that we had not paid the hotel tuk tuk for a tour we didn't take... He only let us carry on to the airport after I showed him the receipt written by his boss. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the owner is awesome but the staff might not be too reliable.
Staff very friendly, good localization and clean room.
All the staff were very friendly and they helped me book my tours. If you need a driver to move around, ask for Bunny the tuk tuk driver. My understanding of local lifestyle improved because of him
Aircon not fantastic
The toilet was with shower, but so small, that we had to keep every time all things inclusive toilet paper outside. Otherwise it could be wet. Breakfast could be better.
When we arrived we asked the owner Luca for a reliable tuc tuc driver for 3 days in and around Angkor! Mr "Bunny" was the name! Thanks to him we had the most wonderful experience. Not expensive and he speaks good English! He always has a smile, a genuine, lovely person!
Location is great, less than 5 mins to Pub St on foot. Luca knows his stuff and is full of tips and advice, and gives a big friendly welcome - this was worth more to me than other usual hotel amenities. Room was big and airy, though basic, but at the price, you cannot complain. Bed was good and comfortable, necessary after so much time travelling, but i would have slept anywhere!
Bathroom in my room desperately needs some TLC, but rest was certainly acceptable.
To start with free transport from the airport, the owner and staff really helpful, and always a warm welcome The room was good the air-con almost silent. About 10 minutes walk to pub street and the night life. The hotel has an air of elegance from times gone by. Great value
Room cleaning was not very regular
Huge room with AC. Walking distance to the Market area with restaurants, pubs, shoppings, travel agencies, etc. Extraordinary friendly owner and staff.
Everything was fine for me.
staff was very helpful. room very quite and clean. location 5 min from the night market. we had a great time!
Luca (I think he is the owner) gave us a warm welcome and he is an absolutely funny guy. He took care that we got a tuktuk for the one day and bicycles for the other day and was eager to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend this place
