+The restaurant on site was nice, convenient and delicious. +There have shower tubs (no curtain) and great AC. +Close enough to town, 15 minute walk.

-Staff was hardly ever at the desk and we always had to search for staff. -We requested a bed sheet, towel and ref and had to ask twice until we actually got them in our room. -Complimentary breakfast could be better. -Close enough to town, 15 minute walk.

The staff were amazing. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I also really appreciated being in a place where staff spoke multiple languages. We had an excellent time here and I would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely friendly and conscientious staff. Large room. Excellent breakfast and evening meals available. Good value drinks. Helpful with bookings for trips.

Shower spraying all over bathroom. Full surround screens would be a cheap asset. Lighting in bedroom very dull.

As we spent 4 nights in this place we found the following to it's best features: Friendly and helpful staff, big rooms and a quality feel to the place. Had food in the restaurant on two occasions and it was decent. Also the tuk tuk drivers associated with the guesthouse were friendly and helpful.

First of all the location. Its a good 15 min walk from any point of interest and it's in the far back of a dead end alley with no signs on the main road showing way. Secondly, although the staff was ever friendly it seemed ( at least during our stay in early-mid March) a bit over-staffed. Especially around the tv area in the evenings there would be a crowd of the young guys working there. Like I said, they were all very friendly but I found this to be a bit strange.

Very friendly, happy staff who seemed genuine about wanting you to have a good experience at the hotel and in Siem Reap in general.

A little bit more breakfast would be good; for example being able to choose two things from the list rather than 1. You need a lot of energy to climb all those temple steps!

The philosophy of the guesthouse - providing work and fair salaries to local employees; tranquil location; nice staff; very cozy atmosphere; spacious and clean room; lovely excursions with trustworthy tuktuk drivers; good food

poor breakfast; some communication problems at times

Nice and quiet location (very good alternative to the busy Pub Street area). Friendly and helpful staff. Possibility to organize tours of Angkor area with affiliate tuk-tuk drivers. Possibility of booking buses for Phnom Penh or Kompong Thom. Beautiful garden for relaxing. Nice price. Recommended!

This guesthouse was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. I liked that the bathroom had a bathtub/shower combo. It was so nice to have this instead of getting the floor wet every time we showered. It was a great location too. They did a great job making the grounds beautiful. They also had a couple kittens who were fun to play with.
