i like the mini garden in the guest house,it makes you feel at home. The staffs were very accomodating and helpful.
Food took ages to arrive Brakefast very small Tour options rather expensive and limited
Good value-for-money, location is fine, nice ambiance in garden and good, large and clean rooms with good bathroom.
Staff doesn't seem to pay much attention if they can't make money on you. They were quite persistant in convincing me that renting a bicycle to go to Angkor Wat is not possible and that I should book a tour through them. When I decided to rent a bicycle anyway (which many people did), they didn't pay much attention to me anymore. They promised me my breakfast would be ready for take-out at 5 am so I could take it for sunrise at Angkor Wat, but they didn't, so I ended up buying my breakfast at Angkor Wat.
Philosophy of the guesthouse, enthusiasm of the owner and great tips and hints how to spent our time in Cambodia
The comfortable friendly atmosphere The breakfast was really nice, not overwhelming. The pillows were so comfortable the staff were wonderful The prices of food/drink and accommodation excellent The air conditioner was new and great
Only one towel was replaced whilst I was there No water in the room no glass in the bathroom Only two sheets on the bed, extra bedding would be great
Extremely nice and helpful staff !!! Clean and cozy. Loved the small garden outside!
The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable! The location was fairly convenient to town. The price of the room, drinks, and food were very reasonable. I enjoyed their menu items. I split my stay here and at a resort, but I wish I had stayed here longer! I would definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again.
+The restaurant on site was nice, convenient and delicious. +There have shower tubs (no curtain) and great AC. +Close enough to town, 15 minute walk.
-Staff was hardly ever at the desk and we always had to search for staff. -We requested a bed sheet, towel and ref and had to ask twice until we actually got them in our room. -Complimentary breakfast could be better. -Close enough to town, 15 minute walk.
The staff were amazing. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I also really appreciated being in a place where staff spoke multiple languages. We had an excellent time here and I would recommend it to anyone.
Lovely friendly and conscientious staff. Large room. Excellent breakfast and evening meals available. Good value drinks. Helpful with bookings for trips.
Shower spraying all over bathroom. Full surround screens would be a cheap asset. Lighting in bedroom very dull.
As we spent 4 nights in this place we found the following to it's best features: Friendly and helpful staff, big rooms and a quality feel to the place. Had food in the restaurant on two occasions and it was decent. Also the tuk tuk drivers associated with the guesthouse were friendly and helpful.
First of all the location. Its a good 15 min walk from any point of interest and it's in the far back of a dead end alley with no signs on the main road showing way. Secondly, although the staff was ever friendly it seemed ( at least during our stay in early-mid March) a bit over-staffed. Especially around the tv area in the evenings there would be a crowd of the young guys working there. Like I said, they were all very friendly but I found this to be a bit strange.
Outdoor seating area Helpful staff Clean and secure rooms
Shower wasn't great
Very friendly, happy staff who seemed genuine about wanting you to have a good experience at the hotel and in Siem Reap in general.
A little bit more breakfast would be good; for example being able to choose two things from the list rather than 1. You need a lot of energy to climb all those temple steps!
The philosophy of the guesthouse - providing work and fair salaries to local employees; tranquil location; nice staff; very cozy atmosphere; spacious and clean room; lovely excursions with trustworthy tuktuk drivers; good food
poor breakfast; some communication problems at times
Very friendly stuff
Extremly cheaper locations in the neighborhood
Really friendly place and good guides/drivers
A bit far from town Bathroom could have been cleaner
Very relaxing with good ambience. Walking distance to town.
room is quite ok
location is a bit unconvinient and need to talk a bit to the road. when it rains, road becomes quite muddy
