Baphuon Villa  

The clean rooms, location very close to the main area like old market, night market and the restaurants, you could rent bicycles for $1/day from Villa and all these markets are 5 min bike ride away, the street it is located is not busy and noise free, hot and cold showers work well, and it is very good value for money.I Will go and stay here again, they will get your laundry, arrange tours and get you tickets for travel, owners speak English and German.Rooms have a/c and small Fridge & tv and good furniture & bed

The host is very friendly and so helpful, the tuk tuk driver he hired for us for our temples tours was excellent. The breakfast is also very tasty and good value for money.

A litle far from the main shops and restaurants but we were there for the temples not the shopping!

Super clean rooms, cleaned daily. Helpful staff (only when needed, no pushy tour sales). Quiet location. When we first arrived here, we thought our tuk-tuk driver had taken us to the wrong address, the hotel looks so beautiful! There is a bit of a walk -15/20 mins into town but it is a beautiful stroll along the river. The decor of the whole place is simple and fresh, not like some of the other hotels we have seen here. I would definitely recommend staying here, it is lovely, really lovely!

Excellent management and staff who are always on hand to help and are genuinely concerned to make your stay at Baphuon Villa as comfortable as possible. Immaculately clean and well-furnished rooms that are exceptional value for money. Everything is in excellent working condition and the wi-fi and cable tv are an added extra bonus. There are plenty of restaurants for all budgets nearby and it's only a 15 minute casual stroll along the river to the town centre or 2 minutes in a tuk tuk. I would definitely recommend this guest house as an excellent place to stay during a trip to Siem Reap.

Friendly staff, I really like it, clean

Everything was comfortable, including the bed and pillows.The hotel is quiet and well run by a caring couple. They arranged a Tuk Tuk driver for us named Vutha who we thought was great, we used him our entire visit to travel to the temples. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Fantastic value!

Nothing. Its a little bit of a walk to the night market, but just get a tuk tuk for $2.00 if you're tired after a long day at the temples. There are restaurants nearby.

The villa went under new management a year ago and it shows. The place was absolutely spotless, the owners and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, the location was great and we wished we had time to stay longer. It's also probably the only place in Cambodia where they speak very good English, German, French and Romanian!

The staff were extremely friendly and seemed to genuinly want to help make your stay a good experience. The hotel was tastfully furnished and the gardens provided a pleasant bonus. The whole place was kept spotlessly clean and i would recommend this as a first rate hotel to enjoy your stay in Siem Reap.

Staff are really nice. Very clean place and have a very good breakfast. Location is good, only 5 minutes to town, Old market, night market/pub street etc,etc by Tuk Tuk...and 15 minutes to Angkor Wat by tuk tuk, can arrange excursion to Lake and other temples outside.

Just a little bit far from the "city center" :15 minutes walking, but with a tuc tuc just 2 minutes. The basic rooms don't have hot water and ac.

We had a wonderful stay at Baphuon Villa. Originally we booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 5 nights. The owner and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was immaculate and we got bottled water each morning. We booked the tuk tuk driver to Angkor Wat with the hotel and the driver was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. We also booked the bus to Bangkok with the hotel as we were quoted the same price as the travel agency and when we asked how long it would take we were given a honest answer unlike the agencies. On our last evening to thank us for our custom the owner brought us cake and lemongrass tea which was delicious and completed our stay. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, not to mention very kind. The hostel is brand new (2 months old I think they said) and in very good condition and very clean! Everything about this place was perfect, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lejos del centro, hay hoteles mejores y mas baratos cerca del centro.

Wij zijn hier 9 dagen gebleven en vonden dit een zeer goed hotel. We voelden ons als familie in dit hotel. Alles is erg schoon en de kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Je spullen zijn er eveneens veilig. Verder ligt de locatie iets uit het centrum wat het juist erg rustig maakt. Een kwartiertje lopen is het naar het centrum en anders met de fiets.

Bon rapport qualité prix au centre ville de SiemRiep, personnels serviable, propriétaire bilingues, y compris Français, à recommander à des voyages affaires ou routardes.

Différence prix entre chambre sans ou avec ac-eau chaude, mais bon, il fait tellement chaud qu' une douche froide ça fait du bien.

Frühstück,war zwar nicht incl.aber bei 10Dollar kann man es auch nicht erwarten. Für 2.50-3.50Dollar bekommt man ein wirklich gutes u.ausreichendes im Hotel. Es war ziemlich ruhig.

L'hotel est très propre, les chambres spacieuses et très bien équipées.L'environnemnent est tres calme car l'hotel est legerement excentré du centre ville (15mn à pied). Aucune mauvaise surprise tant au niveau du prix que des prestations.

Tout. Accueil discret et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner excellent. Chambres propres, location de vélos. Personnel aux petits soins. Une très bonne adresse.

нас забыли встретить.в отеле есть услуга: бесплатная встреча в аэропорту. списывались с отелем несколько раз, отправляли данные рейса для встречи. то они на мои же данные о рейсе в ответ писали, что если нам нужна эта услуга, просят написать номер рейса, наверное не читают письма. то обращаются ко мне, как к мистеру кристофору, с подтверждением встречи... в итоге, они подтвердили, что будут встречать именно нас и ...не встретили. прождали в аэропорту целый час, в итоге мы позвонили в отель сами, те очень нам удивились и через два наших звонка всё таки прислали нам тук-тук, что-то не внятно объясняя. фото не соответствуют действительности. бронировали номер делюкс. на фото два окна (заказывали именно из-за них), в описании указан балкон в номере. на самом деле одно не большое окно и балкон общий в коридоре. за четыре дня ни разу не доложили умывальные принадлежности, а то что полижили в первый день: щетки ужасного качества, вот-вот сломаются, а зубная паста не чистящая. хозяин ходит в образе, будто он к нам приехал, а не мы к нему. до центра пешком 25-30 мрнут.больше здесь не остановимся. в сием реапе за эти деньги можно найти и ближе к центру и симпатичнее.
