Very new and clean Very nice, helpful staff Tuk-tuk drivers available, regulated by hotel Food good

Distance from centre of city (but the hotel's tuk-tuk drivers made up for it)

The rooms are comfortable an the hotel is situated very close to the main road. Good value for the money, very kind staff, simple but good breakfast.

At check out time they charged us 4 bottles of evian water at 2 dollars each, without advising us about the price at check in time. We are sure that we picked only two bottles from the refrigerator, but I can't swear.

Great value for money. Great room Great bed

The food as well as the staff in the restaurant can't keep up with the rest.

I found the staff to be as excellent in value as is the value of the Bopha Pollen Hotel. On my arrival at the hotel after a long flight from London, Mr Lida was most most courteous and helpful. Later, when circumstances necessitated a phone call to Vietnam to confirm a Visa Application approval, Mr Seyha went out of his way to facilitate the call. I cannot speak too highly of the staff. I am happy to give the Bopha Pollen Hotel my highest recommendation.

Free tuktuk shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Nice receptionist. They let us take a shower at evening after leaving the room in the morning. Big breakfast.

    Nothing in particular.

    - Room is huge - Worth the price - Staffs are all helpful:) - Very clean - Very homy - Pool is nice and relaxing - For me location is perfect as it is close to the "action" byt not too close - Coffee was great! - We requested for early check in coz we were from the midnight bus. The staffs arranged it for us. The were also very understanding to rush us to our rooms coz they know we are tired.

    - Its not part of the hotel but just be careful with the tuktuk drivers. There should be an agreement first before you hop on their tuktuk. The ONE day tour at Angkor Wat that we paid for didnt end up like it. Ask the staffs at the reception to arrange it for you. They are very helpful.

Staff very nice, bit too much sometimes (they stand up and welcome every single person that comes in through the door). They let us use the swimming pool and a clean room's bathroom to have a shower the evening we were leaving (we checked out at 7.00 to go to Angkor and our flight was at 21.40)

Way too polite, everybody stops and stands up to greet you when you come in (good complaint I should say)

Nice, small hotel, with clean comfortable beds, with mini fridge, tea coffee making facility, with toiletries, basket of fruits on arrival day , with welcome passion fruit drink which was awesome. 2 Water bottles supplied daily. Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast good. Hotel has tours with prices for tuk tuk, taxi or coach. We took tuk tuk ,our driver was very good.

Cons for this place : tea coffee not replaced daily, same for toiletries , wifi poor service. 1 day we had no wifi. Breakfast packed for sunrise tour was soo inadequate . We requested breakfast 6.15 am the day we were leaving, served under cooked omelet , had to request many times for coffee just managed to get at 6.35 even though kitchen staff were already there much earlier . We didn't get free drop & pick up from airport as mentioned in the website. Lights in the bathroom not very bright.

Extremy nice staff, very helpful. Great location. You should consider dinner in Sugar Palm restaurant which is just around the corner and truly excellent, however not the cheapest. Its great to take a swim after hours in Angkor Wat! Breakfast was amazing!! (Keep in mind that you need about 30 min for that because it takes time to prepare everything.) We loved it and we would go there again.

Nothing bad about the hotel, but we will use this website to alert you about terrible travel agancy which is on the same street as the hotel. Its called 'L H S Cambodia (tour)', Taphol Village, Svay Dangkom Commune, Siem Reap. We bought a ticket to Vientiane for 55$/person which should have taken us in 1 minivan straight to Vientiane in 18-24 hours. Instead, we changed the bus 4 times, each time it was worse, waited for each one 2-3 hours, we were constantly blackmailed by the driver (he stopped in the middle of nowhere and said that if we do not pay 10$/person he will not drive further until the bus is full again or the new bus driver refused to take us to the bus without paying (we already paid in Siem Reap!!!). Instead of sigtaeeing Vientiane, we were dropped on the street in Pakse (south Laos), after paying 16$ bribes (not to be left in the middle of nowhere like 2 Canadian girls travelling with us, they refused to pay and waited for a bus in the middle of the night). It was the worst experience ever. It made us think different about Cambodians.

Very helpful staff which made all the difference. Also, the location is a bit out of the main Siem Reap area, which means it's a little quieter, less people hustling you, and has some great nearby local food places.

so far the environment of the hotel was nice and comfortable.

I just wonder how many Iron available in the hotel. When we request for the iron, we were told the iron was in used by others and unsure when will be available. The air-cond in the triple room was centralized as the temperature cannot be controlled with the remote.

Free airport pick up, then we were able to book the same fantastic Tuktuk driver for a day at the temples. Hotel packed us breakfast when we went out very early in the morning. 10 min walk from night markets.

Pool area is nice but a little small. Breakfast is great Rooms clean and well presented

Location is a little bit out of the way, however not a problem in a town with plenty of cheap Tuk Tuk's
