Beautyful gardens and pool, nicely set rooms. Hotel working together with a set of friendly, reliable Tuk-Tuk drivers, offering the standard Angkor Tours at fix, fair prices. Hotel also arranged the pick-up from the Phnom Penh ferry for us which worked out fine.
Though haven seen on the map, that this spot is a bit off the city centre, have underestimated the distances within Siem Reap. No chance to get anywhere really without Tuk-Tuk. The hotel does not offer any restauration, bar, snack in the afternoons, which would have been nice when coming back thirsty and hungry from Angkor temple touring, especially as not so many other restaurants around. When planning some not-so-standard tours out of Siem Reap by car, the hotel only arranges this by their own car, no chance to get a common taxi. This was serviced ok but felt a bit overpriced. Upon check-out a bit of hassle on whether or not we'd have to pay 3% credit card surcharge (which in the end we did not).
Comfortable, clean room. When we arrived at midnight, staff realized we misunderstood bedding number and scrambled to find additional mattress and beddings. They did it so cheerfully and next morning another crew happily served us a great breakfast. We especially enjoyed the Khmer bath--so refreshing--that kids opted for that over the pool. Lastly the place was wonderfully quiet at night due to location tucked in the back streets. Nice to hear bird calls in the morning instead of noise and traffic. Within the hotel, rooms are spread out so seem very secluded.
Loved everything. However, wished fellow travelers do not smoke near eating areas. Frankly they should just step off the grounds or be given a far corner by the pool and away from the main lobby/common area.
These folks were so helpful and accomodating. They allowed us to use a room until late afternoon with no extra charge and then stored our luggage until the evening. The food set-up looks simple but don't let that fool you. The chicken/lemongrass was excellent. Generous breakfasts. We were traveling with adult children but I would recommend this for all ages. The pool was clean and inviting.
a peaceful green oasis, simply stylish bedrooms with delightful use of natural materials throughout, very comfortable bed, generous breakfasts and low key professional service
the fact that we could only stay two nights! We'll be back for more!
beautiful grounds, lovely bungalows, comfortable, and the khmer bath is fabulous after ahot morning at the temples. the staff were super helpful, friendly and cool.
the wi fi only really worked in the dining area.
Very helpful stuff, who has been receive us very well.
Wifi a bit weak from rooms
a simple hotel set out in a gorgeous garden, all the important things taken care of. Great breakfast. I will remember the Khmer shower for life
the neighborhood is not the best, but close to the center and never felt unsafe
This was a lovely little boutique hotel in the middle of Siem Reap. A quick Tuk Tuk ride to Pub street and shops and restaurants. A quiet place with absolutely beautiful gardens. You did not feel like you were in the city but in an oaisis. The property is very well kept. Loved the traditional Khmer bath in the bathroom! Very refreshing after a hot day in the temple or walking at night in the market. The pool is nice and is also surrounded by garden. The food was quite good and breakfast was simple and tasteful. A very quiet place with not too many rooms. Each unit feels like a little cottage. Simple and modern decore. Good air conditioning in the unit and a fan on the balcony helps keep mosquitos down at night. Will definately stay here again. Make sure you have at least 3 days for the temples. I recommend 4 nights.
Nothing I did not like. The wifi was week in the room's but worked.
Staff really nice. Restaurant good. Garden pool and room very pleasant.
No Internet connection in the room.
Nice rustic place but the stir con in our room was warm. There were lizards in the curtains of our room. Our friends room had lizards frolicking on the bed

Location,friendliness of staff comfort
Showers in room were cold
a little idyll. superb, owned by a french business man/charity organiser. the french influence here is considerable, so that means great food, and design style and an easy, sensible, chic vibe (why use the aircon when theres the old ceiling fan uses less energy and does the job with more charm?) theres a very nice pool for the hot days (most are) and the cambodian staff consistently gave some of the best service we've come across anywhere, we miss this most now back in england! it has a great location near the river and the temples. we hope to be back.
dont go if you don't like the french, (we do) they have their own ways and they won't necessarily bother to try to talk english to you!
Rooms with terrace, garden, swimming pool and very good breakfast. Personnel was very helpful to organize tuk tuk, book restaurant, etc.
good location and very beautiful hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Noise in the morning (dogs, then monk). Not a big issue because we needed to get up early. Steps to the room are steep
The location was great, service impeccable. The hotel is an oasis that's within walking distance of Pub Street and the local market. Staff were very knowledgeable, were fluent in several languages, and were able to help us to get the most out of our stay.
No complaints, it's a great find.
I love the garden and the little restaurant, also the swiming pool. The people that work are very nice and noble.
Manque un peu de lumiere dans les chambres.
Good location and beautiful surroundings. Hotel is in the garden with nice summing pool and relaxation area. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
