Overall comfort and facilities, nice pool and excellent food. There was some noisy building work going on at the time but this is temporary. |

The overall atmosphere was very nice and hotel arranged a wonderful Christmas dinner. The level of service was inconsistent. E.g. it was not possible to have both coffee and tea at breakfast buffet (even though one could choose in between so many dishes). Also we were "accused" of stealing hotel towels, probably because we did not realize we should have left some tip for the hotel cleaning ladies. In the end hotel dropped the towel matter. |

De mate van service gerichtheid van het personeel is echt goed. Het hotel heeft prima kamers die goed worden onderhouden. Daarnaast zijn de overige voorzieningen zoals zwembad en tourdesk goed. |

el hotel esta muy bien. las habitaciones son muy bonitas. pedrilas con vistas a la piscina que es mas bonito. esta un poco apartado del centro de la ciudad. caminando son como 20 minutos. |

Die Bauarbeiten und der Baulärm am Pool führte dazu, dass wir diesen nicht benutzen konnten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist nicht ganz gerechtfertigt, wir hätten für 85 USD/pro Nacht mehr erwartet!!! Die Lage des Hotels ist auch nicht sehr opitmal. |

El personal es increible. He estado en mejores hoteles pero en pocos me he sentido tan a gusto como en este, es decir, que este hotel siendo bueno, pasa a la categoria de muy bueno gracias al trato de su personal. De verdad qeu en pocos sitios he visto un trato como en este hotel. No. hombre, siempre se pueden mejorar cosas pero no hay nada en especial que no me haya gustado. |
