Staff are very accomodating, speaks english.. Ambiance is good especially because there is a pool. Beds are comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Good location.
The bathrooms are old and small. Doors have molds. There are lots of mosquitoes so better bring mosquito repellants. Wifi cannot reach rooms, only at reception/dining area.
The hoteI looks like a palace, I liked the design of the hotel, pool, rooms & the restaurant.
The street which leads to the hotel. There is no sink to wash hands at the restaurant.
The staff is extremely kind. They will make you feel so welcome! I stayed two times on my trip. Beautiful located with lots of green around the guesthouse. They allowed my to check in really early (6 am) so I could have some sleep. Thank you!!
Not much really.. Ah yeah, the cold shower. But you better get used to that when you are in beautiful Cambodia.
I have stayed at Bou Savy before. The staff are very friendly and helpful; the rooms are large, clean and comfortable and with free breakfast and wifi it is good value for money.
A warm welcome. Very helpful staff. Good location in a quiet area of town.
great food/service.Missed p/up due to internet problems so was given drop off instead,Much appreciated.
Pool will be great when finished. Jug in room would be good.
All is good.especially is driver Pinot. Thank you give me a nice trip in Angkor Wat
The hotel is nice, it has a lot of vegetation. When you arrive the personal gives you a wet towel and a refresh lassy. Our tuc tuc boy was really nice and friendly.
The bathroom door in our bedroom did not lock and was broken. When we were going to do the check out the post net doesn´t work and we have to pay in cash, but we didn´t have cash, and we have already told them that. We discussed and they spoke out, I didn´t like that. Even they threw me up 1 dollar telling me that it was nothing for them, because they had no change. It was a shame because the rest of the stay was all fine.
location cleanliness breakfast friendliness of the staff extra services
Great value for money, super nice staff. The driver from the guesthouse that came to get me tried setting up a tour, which was perfect for me since I arrived unplanned. Plenty of food for breakfast and good prices on other meals - and delicious. Garden area also wonderful, along with balconies for chilling. Great location. Etc, etc.
Staff gorgeous gardens great location. Beautiful place would stay again
I fell this is the best guest house in my this trip , it is quiet, beautiful and good location, very nice staff.
The staffs are very nice, picked us up from the bus station at 10pm for free and gave us an option to rent tuk-tuk to visit the Angkor tempke which is very convenient. We also arranged ticket to Poipet thru them. Very nice room as well, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast as well.

1) The hotel in in a old house and it is very beautiful 2) Good position 3) enghish speaken staff 4) Gentle staff and very helpful in organizing trip to Angkor Wat
The second day they asked us to change the room to the ground floor and the room was more humid and less clean, but good anyway
This is the best guesthouse I've ever been. I highly recommend it. It's too cheap but everything is good. I love the staff they will make you feel at home.
The overall is perfect to stay at the guesthouse. The owner and the staff is friendly and their well care of the guest welfare
The cleanliness. Found that is a bed bugs in our room. Is advisable the owner can consider to clean the room everyday as a routine activities instead do it upon request.
The staff is great. Very good relationship price-value.
