Hotel and swimming pool,amazing.
Dirt road getting there.
One of the staff was with good service.
Horrible location. Ill equipped Restaurant. Bad bath room.
Lovely staff and very nice accomodations. Very good value for money.
Location not the best, and sometimes noise from karaoke place next door.
Staff was very helpful and friendly! Rooms were moderern and clean. The pool bar is excellent!
In room 301 and most likely 302 and 303 are located directly underneath the rooftop restaurant which has heavy wooden chairs. From 6 am onwards when breakfast starts the moving chairs make a lot of noise when in the room.
the living condition is good and comfortable and there is a swimming pool to be cool in such a hot country. besides, a pingpang for us which is amazing.the breakfast for free is good.
when paying the bill, u have to be careful about the bill, maybe something wrong.
Staff was always gracious and friendly.
The pool area is fantastic and the rooms as well. Loved it!
Comfortable hotel, excellent value for money. We got a very good deal for our stay through booking.com
Breakfast is prepared on demand, but sometimes they ran out of items (e.g. fruits). Location is a bit too far, it would be more convenient to stay closer to town. But it's only US$ 2 to get a tuk tuk to town. We felt that the staff were helpful but pushing a bit too much for us to get the packages/excursions offered by the hotel.
Pool area Size of room Value for money
Location Breakfast Lack of light in room Safe not secured to floor and light enough to pick up.
Everything. Location was a bit out of town, but that was perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly Room was very roomy.
The pool was nice and nicely set out.
The lady on reception was quite abrupt and not particularly friendly. Our room was very basic with a list on arrival for the cost of breakages. It almost felt like a hostel dorm. The breakfast wasn't nice at all with warm orange juice.
The pool sooo great in the evening, nice room, location ok
The staff doesn't work professionally and not friendly
The rooms were nice and the bathroom and balcony bathtub were really nice! Staff friendly.
No lift to reach the higher rooms, so a bit hard to carry your luggage up and down. Hot water wasn't switched on to my room when I arrived, wasn't fixed until the night. Location is a bit far from the centre of Siem Reap, have to take a tuk-tuk for $3 each way.
Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and honest, Rooms were comfortable with nice balconies, Nice lounge area and security in the hotel rooms is great!
For what I paid, I for good value for money. I cannot complain about anything, really!
Fantastic pool, bar and hottub. Great staff and tremendous value for $.
Further away from town than I figured, although only a $2 tuk ride, but the road was brutal.
Big room, pretty bathroom, nice breakfast, loved having room service at no extra charge-it was quite convenient since there were not many restaurants nearby. Many free inclusions like laundry and massage that made up for other negatives. Overall a pleasant stay.
Dusty roads outside of town meant unpleasant tuktuk rides into town, loud music at nearby bar until midnight (I slept with earplugs). But staff were very kind and friendly, and we had the best driver for the temple tours.
Clean room, friendly staff. They have 3 computers for web access and wifi everywhere in the hotel. The pool area is also well-tended and very comfortable (but might be too sunny!) The hotel is not so popular yet and many drivers did not know it. They have a small sign out front. The design and decor is very nice, and a friend said it looks like a Bali resort.
Many of the services listed here on Booking.com just weren't offered. There was nobody there to pick me up at the airport, yet they had asked me what time I was arriving. Likewise there was no free 30-min. massage. They said, "That was the old management." I doubted very much they have free bicycles to offer, so I didn't ask. The breakfast was free, but if you have an appetite for anything besides fresh fruit, the breakfast set choices are very light and not prepared to the standard of the pictures in the inkjet-printed menus. I never ordered any meals there ... so many other restaurants in town to choose from. I was also surprised to be charged $5 for breaking a water glass. That is probably 2-3 days' pay for the hotel staff! (You can check room charges any time during your stay.) They also do not have any free laundry service, and the prices for washing anything start at $1. Nearby laundries will do your laundry for $1 a kilo. I was also disappointed that the in-room phone will only accept calls. It cannot dial out. Calls must be placed at the front desk, but there is no charge for local calls, and the staff will look up numbers for you online. The major problem is the location, and $2 tutktuk rides to go into town (about 10 min. away) quickly add up, making more expensive hotels nearer to the town centre, a better choice. I won't be staying there again. The comments about the next-door karaoke club are accurate, and there is no escape from that noise until late, after 11 or 12:00. The rooms are not very soundproof but the hotel was not really noisy otherwise.
Excellent staff, very professional and helpful. Very good restaurant too. Swimming pool with bar was awesome. Our room was spacious, clean and well-equiped. There is even a bathtub on the balcony. Overall, great place with great staff.
Everything was beyond expectations. We can only recommend this place. Note that it is a bit away from city center but there are always some tuk tuk waiting there. $1 per ride
After staying in a grubby hotel closer to town, we booked this hotel in hopes of a better Siem Reap experience. And we were blown away as both hotels were the same rate. We even extended our stay. This place was fantastic. The pool is lovely and the whole setting was calm and relaxing. The rooms were nice and big and some superior rooms have a bathtub on the balcony. The woman that works there, Nook and her male co-worker (whose name I forgot) were absolutely lovely and you could see that they enjoy their job. When we asked to borrow some bicycles, they were all booked out and Nook organized a free tuk-tuk to town for us (low season). I would definitely come and stay again! There is a karaoke place next door, but it adds to the atmosphere of what East Asia is about. It stops around 11:pm.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but we were there in rainy season and the road to the hotel has pot holes, so the tuk-tuk will be a bit bumpy. But well worth the bumps to stay at the hotel.
Boutique indochine was my favorite hotel out of all the places I stayed during my trip. I arrived to REP with my name on a sign and a Smiling face. The whole staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel itself is simple, quite and clean. The pool and waterfall bathtub easily holds too and is a great plus after a long, hot day. We definitely stay here again.
Staff are great.. they did all they can to help us in our stay there..swimming pool is just amazing.. very nice atmosphere, and on top of that the free welcoming massage which they offer.. it's a great stay we had there.
Nothing actually.. if you are targeting budget hotel, this is the one.
The pool area was great, rooms were large with great bathroom, staff were friendly and helpful
It's a very quiet place with an awesome swimming pool and big rooms. The staff was very friendly.
Quite far from the old quarter and the road was in horrible conditions. Go by tuk-tuk was a bad experience in this road. The breakfast wasn't so good. Just ok.
We loved our stay at Boutique Indochine! The staff couldn't be more helpful! They really treat you like royalty! The breakfast buffet is delicious, the rooms are beautifully decorated (the bathtub is amazing) and the swimmingpool is superb. Good wifi, and free massage and laundry!
It is not centrally located, but it is only a short and cheap drive to the city.
