Helpful, attentive, friendly staff. The separate private bungalows were cozy yet stylish. The inviting pool. The lush garden. The quiet serenity of the countryside but still very close to the city.
Design and size. Tropical garden. Excellent pool. Very good breakfast. Tasty food in restaurant. Great coffee. Just great place.
Staff quaters to last room are too close. Bathroom windows couldn't be opened. Other windows had no flyscreen.no ceiling fan. No veranda to enjoy garden.
We loved the staff they really made the difference. We have stayed in hotels all over south East Asia but never experienced such a excellent service. Rooms are fantastic and the hotel facilities are in excellent condition. Extremely good value for money.
If I really need to mention something then I would say the breakfast still has room for improvements. But just go for the Asian breakfast the noodles are very tasty.
The location is very good as it is at the middle of rice paddies and in a Cambodian village. Rooms are actually small house in the middle of a very nice garden. Rooms are very large and clean. Swimingpool is large and nice at the middle of the garden, next to the restaurant. The restaurant is open and very typical (nice). It was very good, the food was delicious. Cambodian and western food (good for kids). Being out of Siem Reap center makes the hotel more quite and as they offer a free tuk-tuk service (they even give you a cell phone to contact the driver) it is not a problem at all. The staff is very kind, helpfull, smily and kids friendly (we traveled with our 3 years old boy and 1 year old girl). From the front office, it is possible to organize tours (to temple, to floating villages, cycling tour...) very easily. They can pick you up and drop you at the airport. No problem of comprehension, the staff speaks english correctly. Last but not least, the hotel helps the village by financing a school, so staying in this hotel is good for you but also good for the village.
The only grey (light grey) point is that they didn't have babycot for our daughter. We can hear dog barkling during the night, but it didn't bother us to sleep.
Excellent staffs service & value for money
Room furniture need enhance maintenance as can see some furniture is peeling after only a year in service.
Perfect choice for travellers who are insentive of private and don't mind the distance from down town
Location could be a good for some people but bad for another.
Very nicely decorated. Big room with big bathroom in perfect conditions and super clean. Delicious restaurant, they can cook anything and with superb quality. The personal was very nice and friendly. The pool in very relaxing. The free tuk-tuk to the city center and airport (about 20-30 minutes drive), they give you a cellphone so you can keep in touch and arrange pickups. Angkor temples tours are organized from the hotel, about 45 minutes drive. They support an education center for children in the countryside by the hotel, its a hotel with social conscience.
Everything was perfect. But, some of the ingredients for the cooking class can not be obtained in our home country.
Value added services: fee tuktuk drop off and picm up, lending of mobile phone to call them, cozy, hassle free, quiet, and more.
Great staff ， extreme well arrangement of transportation ， very comfortable enviroment
Shower hot water sometimes a bit weak
The hotel is not close to the downtown, but provide free TUKTUK to go to the city centre. It's so convenient and value for money. The staff is so kind and helpful, always waiting for my group at city center to pick us up. They are so great. I recommend Bunwin to anyone who would visit Siem Reap!
Nothing is going be complained.
The room was well Hopusekept, Clean, spacious and although the location is a bit far off the Siem reap Town, the villa is set in a quiet serene padi field. The Staffs provide you will a cell phone for on call Free Tuk Tuk service as and when you need it to and fro the Villa.
Nothing to complain about!
Very nice place !! Great staff always trying to help! I ll recomend to everyone !
Only one thing sometimes: internet didnt work very well
Bungalows: very clean, very cosy Staff: helpful and friendly Service: great!! (free Tuk-Tuk-Service, free Massage) All in all a great place to relax after temple tours
The staff is excellent. We had no complaints with the service or the property. The pool is great. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
What we didn't like and that aint the fault of the property is the surrounding. The property close by played music all through the day. It's in the country side and the neighbours are noisy. The location aint that good, its 10- 15 min tuk tuk ride to the main market. Even though there is free tuktuk service available, its simply inconvenient to go back n forth.
- the location with rural surroundings - separated villa
- dim lighting in the room
We loved the cooking class, the swimming pool, the friendly and polite staff, the countryside surroundings, free tuk tuk service, food (hamburger so good!), welcome flowers in bathtub, the spacious, tall and individual villa room. We should have stayed longer.
Water supply stopped twice during our stay, but they fixed it within 1 hour. Plants and trees around the pool could have been better maintained.
Perfect service, transportation service to town, spacious and extremely clean rooms
Lovely, lovely place to stay. Beautiful design, the single bungalows were really cool, very large, with high ceilings and comfortable bed. Big, nicely tiled, very clean bathroom. Very comfortable! Great value for the price, nicer design than other places throughout VN. The pool was a nice extra bonus too. The staff was absolutely wonderful - courteous, professional, kind and attentive. We arranged tours to Angkor through the hotel; the same tuktuk driver took us on all of those & he was especially nice, very humble & accommodating (even our sunset detour request for one more look at Bayoun). The hotel food was also very good, better than many meals we had elsewhere, good tom yum soups, and breakfast was pretty big. Highly recommend, very nice place. A ways from town, but the free shuttle service & cell phone (so you can call the hotel and arrange pickup) makes it all very easy.
The music from the property next door was one setback - but we were there during Buddha birthday and King's birthday holidays. So that probably contributed to the extra celebration.
Laid back, cozy and private
Tuc tuc drivers from town have difficulty finding it
The feeling of being in an oasis, the lovely food and polite service.
I have no complaints
Everything was SUPERB.
Nothing about the hotel itself, one minor disappointment was that the hotel sold us bus tickets worth 3.5 USD each for 6 USD.
