The beautiful buffet breakfast and gorgeous pool was just a bonus on this clean, friendly and well located hotel
Excellent and very caring staff
Great place to end your holliday, great breakfast, frendly staf
Staff friendly and competent. Beautiful breakfast. Nice location. Clean.
Garden setting, pool, friendly staff, quiet rooms.
Could do with some brighter bedside lamps in bedroom as lights were quite dim.
Everything is great! The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful! Location is good and definitely need to try the massage near this hotel - "Devatara SPA",highly recommended too !
Staff is very attentive. We left at 5AM to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat and they prepared a lovely breakfast box for us. We asked them to bring us a small knife at mid night and they gave us a really big one from the kitchen lol… The tuk tuk guys in front of the hotel are also cute. The two pools are lovely with great garden view. Food is surprisingly awesome, even better than some restaurants in the Pub Street.
The bathroom in Room 024 is nice but doesn't have any towel rack, so we had to throw all our towels and clothes on a seem-to-be-useless cough in our room.
I love everything about this hotel: spacious and quiet room, great location, very nice and attentive staff, delicious food in the restaurant, cool pool. Special thanks to Mr. Thorn Ve, who helped and shipped my sons sleeping toys, that we forgot when leaving hotel in the morning, back home. I cannot thank enough! Thank you! We had the best time staying in this hotel!
The staff were fabulous We loved this hotel
Very friendly staff Great environment
Showerhead was not high enough
Everything, the staff is great, the room is so nice and the internet is good.
Pool Room size Buffet breakfast
Restaurant food Repetitive music in main areas
Hotel has two pools, staff is very friendly. Position is close to Night market.
Walls between are to thin. Everything from the next room can be heard, even a normal conversation.
Staff were very friendly & super polite!! Couldn't be more helpful. Swimming pool was lovely & the outdoor bathroom/shower area was really nice (although really clean maybe the toilets in the rooms could be upgraded a little ) . Very central location - you can walk to the centre in minutes. Perfect for a short stay for a group of friends.
Some of the food in the breakfast room wasn't fully covered over & because it's outside flies tended to come in.
Nice hotel but a bit big to call itself boutique! In a quiet sreet, sovery peaceful. Nice big rooms. 2 good sized pools. Good value for money and near the action!
My room was pretty dark during the day but good for sleeping at night. There's a lot of building work going on around as of mid July. Not generally too noisy though and obviously no fault of the hotel's!
The staff were always so friendly and welcoming. The two pools were clean and lovely to sit and relax by. Although very close to the hustle and bustle of the city and night market (easy tuktuk ride in), you still felt like you were at a resort far away from the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious, as well! :)
The staff was really friendly and very helpful. The pool was great and the breakfast fantastic. All in all, it's definitely one of the best places to stay in Siem Reap.
There was no mosquito net, not even a hook for a traveller's own.
Staff was very friendly and helpful; breakfast was varied; rooms were beautiful, clean and well-maintained; good food at the restaurant
Wifi signal weak at times on mobile devices (but good with computers); a 15-minute walk to the old market, which can be hot on some days, but otherwise well-situated.
The staff here are outstanding, the hotel is beautiful and the pools are brilliant. Amazing massage aswell though a little pricey.
Wasn't that impressed with the food at the hotel and the beds were a little firm for my liking!
Staff were superb and the place itself was like a mini paradise.
We like the worker, the room and the pool.
The swimming pool!
There's one staff who deals privately with hotel guests enticing to dine and watch a cultural show.
Nice pool area which was generally very quiet and relaxing. Spacious room but several issues as below. Staff very friendly for the most part. Relatively good location down a quiet lane way with the main restaurant/market area within easy walking distance.
One incident with a particular staff member on check-in where he insisted on recommendating a restaurant and apsara dance show. We felt quite pressured to accept this and eventually agreed to as it was relatively cheap but after we agreed he informed us that we should pay him directly rather than putting it on the hotel bill. This made us slightly skeptical and reviews for the show online were quite poor. We ended up not going and the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths considering he acted in such an unprofessional way. Once again I would reiterate that the majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. In addition, one of the pillows in the room as well as several cushions and a towel were badly stained. The room itself, the bathroom in particular, was quite rundown. On check-in there was no hairdryer in the room (this was rectified without us having to ask the next day following cleaning) however the one supplied was dangerous to say the least with wires and tape holding it together. Overall, not up to the standards of similarly priced places in south east Asia but not a terrible stay either.
Everything is perfect.....
