Very efficient air-conditioning in rooms. Washing machine and ironing facilities in rooms.
Full of mosquitos - difficult to sleep at night.
Location Price Size of rooms Organisation of tours

Laundry machine, giant bedroom size, free airport pick-Up service, nice staffs
Everything was above any expectation in this hotel. Great staff, location, room comfort, food and pool. Would higly recommend to everyone.
Great facilities service department like
No elevator. Below average wifi connection
The family suite was huge, with the central living room as big as a luxury apartment. Our kids loved the space. The pool (right outside out window) was sparkling clean, though we didn't stay in it long as pools in SE Asia are a bit nippy at this time of the year. Hotel staff were good and the breakfast was OK. We didn't stay for dinner as it wasn't particularly bus in the restaurant and we preferred to sample the food down near Pub Street. The tours arranged through the hotel were good value for money, but Siem Reap, being a tourist trap, has plenty of scammers out there waiting to part you from your dollars.
While the hotel is in the French Quarter, there's not much going on the the immediate vicinity, making a trip to Pub Street inevitable. You can walk, but the Cambodian habit of using the footpath as an impromptu carpark can make this a tad frustrating at times.
De hugh sitting- and sleepingroom, the kitchen. The friendliness of the staff
The tough matrass
cold, empty and uninviting apartments, with very hard beds!
Quiet apartment style living with all amenities .(we were in room 103 in the ground floor). A very helpful staff with a nice bfast with varying local menu. Pub street was walking distance !! A small delightful pool helps to cool down.
The room on the top floor should not be offered as an option as Bedroom has no windows with a sloping roof making room claustrophobic.
We got upgraded to a two bedroom suite from a one bedroom suite so the amount of space was fantastic. Everything about our stay here was awesome--the place, location, facilities, etc.
Great hotel, felt like being in home.
Nothing to complain
Size of the room Washing Machine Style of the buildings
No lift Cold pool
We were welcomed warmly by Reception staff were very helpful and explained and showed us the facilities of the hotel. Our two-bedroom suite was ENORMOUS - enough room to play a game of soccer or have a party with dancing! We only spent one night but we enjoyed the hotel very much.
The décor was very sparse, in fact, almost non-existent. Otherwise no negative comments.
As the title, it is located not far away from the modern place in Siem Reap. It spends a little time for you going to the Lucky Mall (one of the largest super market in Siem Reap), Bar Street , Old Market , Night Market and so on. The device in the room is very full, you can wash you cloth and cook because it has gas stove and washing machine inside the room.
The hotel lack the room with a double beds. That is extremely unreasonable if the guest is not a couple.
Best staffs, very accommodating.
The swimming pool is great !
The guide the hotel booked for us for angkor wat. The driver was good though
We loved the hotel... An amazing boutique experience where you can relax after a long day at the temples. The Staff was very nice and always interested in making our stay better
Wifi was too slow and the bed was a little too hard (which I think is common in Cambodia)
Great help and value organising tours. Fantastic location, walking distance to everything in Siem Reap. Large great rooms with a fridge.
No lounge, just hard chairs - not a big deal just no where to relax except bed after a hard day walking the temples.
Comfort Location Atmosphere Staff Pool
Beautiful Chateau setting Lovely and spacious rooms The staff was very service oriented
The location was quiet, yet central, the swimming pool was lovely. The rooms were huge and the staff couldnt do more to help. If I was to ever go back I would definitely go here...
The staff were fantastic, and the rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel is in a central location, and is extremely secure. Would recommend to everyone!
We were a group of friends staying in Siam Reap for the Angkor Wat half Marathon.Lovely hotel and staff, the hotel tuk tuk driver took us to our race at 5.30 a.m. waited and drove us back. Amazing foot massage available poolside or in your room afterwards.Excellent location for the restaurants and evening life of the night market and Pub street , yet not to far from Angkor Wat either.I would highly recommend this hotel.
200 meter of the busy siem reap and close to everything quietness combined with an absolute willingness to please the customer our room was just perfect they also provide right people for angkor visits
breakfast can be improved and the restaurant facility is poorly equipped as a result restaurant is not successful at all
