It's actually an appartment where you can manage your cooking, laundry... A big living room, wonderful terrasse where you can enjoy a beer after visiting Angkor. A large bedroom with a clean private bathroom. The swimming pool is very nice. The location is one of the best key point.
An excellent boutique hotel, close to city & attractions. Good quality breakfast, helpful service. It's my second stay & will come back, thank you!
Some guys put slipping sand at entrance, need to be careful with children, but not big deal.
the hotel is perfectly located for wandering into town. The pool was a great way to end the days after touring the temples. Breakfast offered a good variety of food options. Huge room. Rose for Valentine's Day was nice touch.
Beautiful colonial building, lovely pool and gardens.
Some issues with service; ordering food and drinks at the pool. However, once reported the managed went out of his way to rectify this.
size of the room, facilities in room, like washing machine quiet location
Very spacious. Plenty of TV channels. Good pool
The bed was Asian rock hard. Should have some rooms with non Asian beds The seats in the lounge were for show not for sitting in. Tick hard like the bed
We loved the building ,location and ambiance . Breakfast was good and staff helpful.
The fact no comfortable seating in lounge .
Nice, cozy atmosphere. The apartment we stayed in with our kids was massive, 128m2, 2 big rooms, 2 bathrooms, dinining area and kitchen, equiped with washing machine and iron. Clean rooms. Perfect for bigger family or group of friends. Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped to organise tuk tuk for 2 days and minivan to Phnom Penh. Clean pool, drinks and wi-fi by the pool. Location is very good, walking distance from the busy street so it's quiet.
Very simple breakfast but it is just a small 'minus' point.
Room and breakfast.
Settee in the large room would have been nice. Lots of mosquito in the hall.
Very good location, quiet, near river and short walk to shops. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. Pool lovely. Staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms very spacious and well equipped.
No social bar space in hotel but didn't really matter as I was here to work
We liked the location, your personnel, the food and the pool area. The washing machine was very useful.
There were a few mosquitoes in the bedroom.
Excellent staff, lovely breakfast with freshly cooked options, beautiful room and nothing too much trouble. Short walk to Pub Street (10 mins) , but away from the madness of the city.
It'S a very new hotel 2 years old or so. Staff is very helpful. We had very specious bedroom around 30 m2, much bigger living room, kitchen and laundry machine. Forgot to mention a good size balcony. Location is perfect too, just in the middle of the city centre.
location, huge rooms, staff
Sheets had holes in them, Mosquitos in the hallway
The swimming pool and the relaxation it offered. They also accommodated us with our request to stay longer in the room due to our late flight. Breakfasts good.
Comfortable, spacious and within minutes from city centre.
Good location. Great pool , staff are helpful . Food in the restaurant was good. Service was great and overall stay was good.Pick up and drop off was efficient. Rooms were clean , spacious and well equipped.
We had a street facing unit - extremely noisy!! Security Guard's radio is on LOUD!! throughout the night so it becomes very noisy. It carries on for hours. So I recommend units away from the street. Furniture is a bit sparse but ok.Under the beds it is very dusty !! Has not been cleaned for months.
This place was fantastic. Short walk to pub street and the night markets; and it also sits behind a hotel that runs the 'Made in Cambodia' market on the weekends - this was a bonus for us as we wanted to ensure our $$ went to those who make the crafts!! We had a 2 Brm apartment and it was enormous! We had breakfast daily which was lovely and we also ordered room service and ate in the restaurant...all was good value and delicious. Staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful
Only complaint would be lounge chairs weren't comfortable to sit in for long periods of time
Very efficient air-conditioning in rooms. Washing machine and ironing facilities in rooms.
Full of mosquitos - difficult to sleep at night.
Location Price Size of rooms Organisation of tours
There are no lifts Cutlery in kitchen limited - e.g. spoons, forks, but no knives
Laundry machine, giant bedroom size, free airport pick-Up service, nice staffs
Everything was above any expectation in this hotel. Great staff, location, room comfort, food and pool. Would higly recommend to everyone.
Great facilities service department like
No elevator. Below average wifi connection
The family suite was huge, with the central living room as big as a luxury apartment. Our kids loved the space. The pool (right outside out window) was sparkling clean, though we didn't stay in it long as pools in SE Asia are a bit nippy at this time of the year. Hotel staff were good and the breakfast was OK. We didn't stay for dinner as it wasn't particularly bus in the restaurant and we preferred to sample the food down near Pub Street. The tours arranged through the hotel were good value for money, but Siem Reap, being a tourist trap, has plenty of scammers out there waiting to part you from your dollars.
While the hotel is in the French Quarter, there's not much going on the the immediate vicinity, making a trip to Pub Street inevitable. You can walk, but the Cambodian habit of using the footpath as an impromptu carpark can make this a tad frustrating at times.
De hugh sitting- and sleepingroom, the kitchen. The friendliness of the staff
The tough matrass
