The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, 2 minutes from Pub street. We were picked up at the airport as promised.

Location is good

1. There is construction opposite to the hotel, dustry and noisey 2. Temprature at lobby was too hot 3. Strange smell in the room, no view at all 4. Room is very small and dark and facility is very old 5. Breakfast is so so.

I lived in the room n302 and often there was no wi-fi inside. I was to leave the room with notebook and use wi-fi in coridor. It's not a trouble, but - inconvenient.

Bought a bus to Phnom-Penh for 12$ (double the price for normal bus - in any travel agency) which turned out to be the worst bus I've seen so far in Cambodia. Hotel didn't want to refund my ticket after I turned down that questionable transport. I had to take a pricey private taxi in order to keep on schedule. Slow internet.

Free tuktuk service provided and the staff were very helpful in offering us fair good price to Angkor Wat and any tourist places. The location was so stunning like everything we wanted was in one pod. If you're a tourist, this hotel is the best.

The room wasn't ready at all when we came back at the check-in time inspite of that the staff letted us into the messy used room. Besides the floor was quite dirty and a few ants were crawling.

Very dirty bathroom - hairs in the bath, dirty towels and just teriible dirty toilet.It was disgusting! Not for this price! Breakfast poor and not tasty.

Its location is perfect. So close to night market and pub street where all nightlife and shopping can be done. Room is big and well appointed.

The hotel staff was helpful but didn't feel quite personal compare to my previous stay in Siem Reap.

It was near the markets and in the city. Obviously, this facilitated shopping and taking meals.

The location is very convenient , it is close to everything like pub strreet , night maket , shops and supermarkets all within walking distance.The buffet breakfast is very good and there is a large variety of food to choose from.The room is quite spacious and well appointed.

Good breakfast, small balcony but nice, friendly staff and great location...centrally located but quiet. We would stay here again when in Siem Reap. Excellent roof top- would be great for dining or bar. Pool was small but good enough to cool down...

Milk and yoghurt should be kept cold at breakfast, especially in this heat. Coffee could have been better...

Quiet oasis I a neon city!

the complementary breakfast. the kindness of the staff. the position. the tidiness of the hotel.

the wi fi connection in the room was basically absent, even though you could use the PCs in the lobby.

staf was polite and helpfull.breckfest excilent and but swiming pool on the roof very little.

Room very big and clean. We had 3 queen beds nicely spaced out (stay 3 adults) and still plenty of space. Bath room very clean with good amenities. Cabled TV offers many channels including some foreign language channels. Breakfast reasonably good with varieties. Very near to Night Market street and Pub street.

To have no problem in a well designed comfortable clean hotel well located for a good price.

The room was very clean with shiny wooden flooring. Good amenities were provided including shower gel, soup, shampoo, shower cap, razor, toothbrush, tea and coffee packs with water heater, bath robes, many TV channels, WiFi, etc like a good business hotel in Tokyo. My daughter and I stayed in Delux Twin. Beds were large and comfortable. Air conditioner controller on the wall allowed temperature setting, which we appreciated very much. Buffe style breakfast was excellent with the menu changed everyday. We stayed 6 nights but we never got tired of having breakfast at the hotel.
