The position, the piscine, good breakfast, pleasant staff trying really hard to cope with Western tourists who are often very demanding! Excellent value for money. Bed a bit hard. |

They forgot our wake up call and we almost missed our plane. They offered free soft drinks at the pool but refused to open a can of coke light and instead would only give you coke from a 2 litre bottle that was opened days earlier and had no fizz left in it. And ordering breakfast was a night mare. |

good location, clean room the price of local call is high. 30 Cents/minute. (we used the phone at reception to call Siem Reap airport, because our check-in luggage was missed by Bangkok Airway). |

Hôtel confortable Les services se dégradent: l'hôtel permettait il y a un an aux clients d'être attendus à l'aéroport et de surfer sur Internet gratuitement, ce qui n'est plus le cas. Les ordinateurs fonctionnent mal. |
