Staff spoke really good english, always wanting to help where they can. They co-ordinated our transfer for us. Location is not far from the beaches. Restaurant is great - good selection of seafood. Nice place to sit and have a quiet drink. Plenty of tuk-tuks out the front. No lift, so had to walk a set of stairs, which was fine. Pool could have been a bit cleaner. Don't order noodles for breakfast - it is the 2 min packet noodles :)

The most strongpoints of the hotel are certainly the staff (reliable, reasonable, helpful), the owners of the hotel (professionals, with positive attitude and human approach) and cuisine (especially the seafood). The location of the hotel is very good as well, near the Ochheuetal and Serendipity beaches. This was second best hotel we had a chance to stay in during our trip in Cambodia. The breakfast should be included in room price. But on the other hand full english breakfast (or any other) is being offered for very reasonable price.

I thought that this place was really nice to stay at, only a little walk to the beach and the pool is very nice. Must get the hot chocolate, was fabulous! If you can try and get a room on the second or thrid floor as there isn't any privacy on the bottom floor as you are right on poolside.

Location was great. It was close to the beach and . Management and staff were all very accommodating and helpful. Do not miss the fresh seafood for dinner. It was great.and fresh every night. I would definitely stay in Coolabah again. Communicatios in Englinh was difficult at times, but there was always someone to help.

The staff where really friendly, they very helpful and made your stay really welcome, iv been travelling for 4months and they have been the friendliest iv come across. The room was lovely and clean and just enjoyed staying there, also there is security at night there also. Just at the time we where there there was building work going on but it was not annoying and all cleared away in the evening time.

Staff nice and helpful, space age shower cubicle and sink :) Vastly over priced for the area, and all common areas quite 'tired' and in need of a make over and some tlc! The rooms balcony was shared between 4 rooms and overlooking a corridor.....hmmm

Clean hotel, good restaurant, friendly staff, excellent service. Price is a little more than other hotels in the area. Some hotels in this are are right on the beach and are less than half the price. Also a lot of bugs flying around the hotel too. Even though the staff allowed us to charge took took fees onto the room, they did it hesitantly. It would have been nice if they simply did it without complaining or making us feel bad for doing it.

The staff were amazingly helpful. I thought the other reviews were a bit overrated as the room was small & very basic but clean. Booking.com said the room charge waas 40 usd but the hotel charged us 45 usd

The staff at the hotel are incrediby kind and friendly. The breakfasts are huge and very tasty - good to get included in the room price! I had two treatments at the spa during our stay and was disappointed both times. The girl did not seem to care how she acted around customers and finished the treatments earlier than should have been the case. This however is not a fault on the hotel itself!!! One night I was kept awake due to the noise from the next door club but that is a downside to staying in a central location!

The staff and the managers are great and always smiling, answering all our questions and resolving all our problems. The food is excellent the place is quiet even if it is near the busy beaches. A very nice play to stay, especially if you have children (swimming pool, pool tables, games...)

Very good staff and large family room. THe food at the hotel was amazing and the staff very family friendly. Would definately stay there again. Beware of the beach - we found a used syringe in the shallow part near where our children were playing - stick with the hotel pool!

The best feature of this hotel is the quality of its staff and the atmosphere that they create, they are extremely friendly and helpful. A very chilled out place to stay in Sihanoukville although do not expect the best rooms design, they are basic and clean which make you get out and enjoy the town.

Friendly Staff makes the stay much relaxed. I need to comment on their Good command of English. Central Location and easily accessed to beach and supermarts and restaurants. Very Clean Environment. Pool too small. Can get a bit noisy on some nights but it did not bother me.
