Proximity to Riverside core and walking distance to the Royal Palace. We got exactly the room we wanted on two levels with even an extra bed (sleeps five or six with small children). Two 1/2 washrooms. Happy I found this place and that I booked it early. We were three adults. Plenty of other guesthouses and restaurants on same strret.

Some guard was yelling and "tazing" a vagrant for coming too close to the property and staring at him. Remember it's a bar street after all.

Room could use some touch ups. Curtains/door lock were a bit hard to use.. Bathroom was small. A new paint job would help too.

A little bit of France in Asia.

My room was near the top of the stair well, where the external part of the aircon were. When the top of the well window was closed the heat near the top of the well was almost 60°C, rendering the aircons useless. I repot this to the staff but the message did not seem to get thru.. Climb to top of the well myself open the window whicj made things better

Staff friendly and competent, speak good english. Food good and reasonably priced. Good location.

No plastic tag on key to start aircon, took 30 minutes to get one organised. When air was running it was hot. Was fixed fairly promptly, but temperature was just adeqate. Water pressure on 4th floor was low, sometimes no water.

Very nice hotel. We had booked a suite. Very big and nice. Clean room. Excellent breakfast, it cost $5but was worth it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very goof but the price was a little too expensive.

We had a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. Bathroom very small.

Very nice French and Cambodian staff. Good food. Lovely location and good service.

The bedrooms are huge which means that it takes a long time for the room to cool down with the aircon.

Excellent friendly staff at cyclo hotel. Even allowed us to stay until 4pm on our checkout day free of charge. Room clean and large. Excellent location within the city to visit all the sights and shopping. Plenty of bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Would definitely stay here again

A LOt . Fan Broken in room ,Unble to use Slide bolt to lock door ,air conditioning did not work properly,no lift ,various objects in room broken and not working .Attitude of owner , muck more interested in his French Guest , than the visitinging Aussies.

Don't book buses, taxis etc as something is lost in translation.

Avons loue une chambre 22 d us alors aue j en donnais pour 10, Devant notre mecontentement nous avons ete reclasses le lendemain matin. Tout rdt plus cher que dans les autres resto. Je ne le recommanderai pas ni tout ce aui esr tenu pae des compatriotes.

离博物馆、皇宫很近，走路5-6分钟就能到，离中央市场也不远。对游客来说，酒店很方便。

酒店家庭房使用不方便。

Eravamo in 4, la prenotazione non risultava, cosi' ci hanno dato la suite che aveva due bagni minuscoli senza una doccia vera e propria (per farsi la doccia bisognava stare seduti sul vater o incastrarsi tra quello e il lavandino). Inoltre tutti I messaggi mandati dal nostro tour operator sono stati cestinati e la colazione non inclusa costava 5$...

L'accueil en français est très appréciable, ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. De bonnes indications touristiques données par le patron. Chambre avec terrasse appréciable. Restauration de qualité.

La ubicación esta muy bien, y el personal es amable y atento. En el restaurante del hotel se come bien y el desayuno es muy rico.

Para acceder a la habitación hay que subir muchas escaleras y hace mucho calor en esa escalera. La habitación standard es muy sencilla y al menos la nuestra no tenia ventana, aunque con el aire acondicionado podías sobrevivir.

说好接机，在我们初到柬埔寨，刚下飞机的第一个晚上，最需要帮助的时刻，这个宾馆失约了。没有接机。柬埔寨- 此行三家宾馆，这是唯一没有接机的。 之前说接机用突突车，要价8美元。到机场一问，突突车开价才7美元，出租车开价10美元，最后我们9美元成- 交。 在宾馆订了早上7点30去暹粒的车票，说好6点45来接，到7点没人来。问宾馆怎么回事，宾馆的员工居然要- 用我们的手机打电话。国际长途啊……
