Its pretty close to the center but in a quiet corner. Looks very good and maintaind.

Electricity problems caused our a/c to not work, and it was really hard to stay in the room during the day.

Fabulous little hotel run by a very friendly and helpful crew - everything is nice and we ended up staying longer - simple but good family room with two double beds, hot water and pretty good wifi. Also lovely pool and good selection of food. Balconies all overlook pool and it's quiet and peaceful. Glad we chose air con which cost little or no more and right now it's HOT out there. Room cleaned daily as long as you leave your key with them. Owned by but different from the Downtown Siem Reap Hostel - just around the corner which most TukTuk and taxi driver try to take you to. Worth knowing this when you arrive or indeed when looking around at other reviews. The hostel is a lovely backpackers. This is a peaceful small hotel, perfect for families or anyone:)

    Pool is nice.

Difficult to find. Booking should come with some directions. AC didn't work but still had to pay for it. Shower drain didn't work so bathroom always wet (obviously had not been fixed from previous review that said they complained about it). Tuk Tuk tour of Angkor extremely overpriced when you find out how much the driver actually gets paid. Although the price is common, seems unethical and disrespectful.

    The khmer staff.

The brittish middleman, semi-boss living among the guests with his children and Khmer woman. The pool was either overused or undercleanad, mening dirty discusting water to swim in. Without deacent pool water, 20 USD is way overpriced. With absolutely no check, no controll at all, the brittish boss (but not owner, I do not think so!). Disciplined me and the khmer staff, before even checking in. I arrived with short notice, through, with bags and stuff, the room was empty but uncleaned. We where refused check-in until exactly 14 o clock. Why, the Khmer staff was very friendly, showed great hospitability for 2 hours. So., I decided to order a complete lunch for two plus some beer. The bill was like 1,5 nights for the room. When we had eaten, I asked the Khmer check-in staff, I got two cold beers in my bag, can I, We drink it while waiting fpr the room. yes you can, would you like som ice and glasses? Then,. the a middle aged brittish man arrives. No introduction, he simply disciplined me and my girl. No drinking own drinks in b bar. He got no name, no uniform nothing at all that differentiated him from other guests. I do not reccomend this place to anyone, but do reccomnend the owners to change the acting management. For all custumers I would like to inform. This is absolutely not a brittish owned, runned place, this is for sure a khmer place that uses a middle-aged khmer-marriaged ordinary., non-hotel educated brittish normal bloke as a middle-man in order to disquise the fact that the Khmer owners service sucks

    The room was comfortable.

My room wasn't ready when I got there at 3am so they put me in another, and that process took around 30 min. I had to change room the next morning because they put me in one with aircon and I payed for one with fan, otherwise they would charge me more. Even though it was their fault that my room with fan wasn't clean when I arrived. One night before I left I asked for a late check out because my flight would be at night. The guy told me I had to pay half of the price and I'd probably had to change room again. So the next day before noon when I came back from Angkor Wat another receptionist told me the price for late check out was not half, but the equivalent of one whole day (I would stay another 6 hours only). I thought it was quite disrespectful and I found another place in the next street that charged me fairly for 6h stay... And it even had a much cleaner pool. The place was not actually bad, but I really disliked how inflexible they were from the beginning... Everything I asked them to do they sad not. As a solo traveler I prefer staying in place where I can count on people.

    Nice garden

The air conditioning never worked and did not discount it in the end. Really need's to freshen up a litle. We left after 3 days of AC promisses.

I liked the pool and I thought the room was good if it had a bar fridge it would have been perfect.

The staff WASN'T easy to deal with at the start. I booked a room and they said they didn't have the room, 20 minutes later after me sticking with it they called the right person to get my room sorted. They tired hard to bump me up to a room twice the price. It's good value $13 for a single room with AC but I'm currently in a room for $8 just no pool, other than that it's same same. This $8 room is only 3min walk to Pub Street no need for Tuk Tuk

In the heat of Siem Reap the swimming pool is amazing to have.

The restaurant and staff seemed to be doing backhand work.

Very cheap. Good sevice rendered by affiliated tuktuk driver. Kind employees.

Our room had a weird smell whenever we enter it. The water from the shower seems to be controlled during daytime so I had to inform them that I will use it. Aircon was not functioning well

The location is their biggest asset. Swimming pool is nice. Staff & manager friendly and helpful. Large bathroom with good shower. Bar & restaurant are reasonably priced.

Prices are on the higher end for what it is offered. No breakfast included which is extremely rare in Siem Reap (although room at 39$). Scarce amenities. Bed linen & towels never changed during our 6 nights stay. No fridge, no safe in room. Do not accept credit cards.

The location was amazing, room was very very cheap (16/night for four people...$4 each!!).

Room was not cleaned throughout our 4 night stay. The owner was quite abrupt when we asked questions and on some occasions made us feel quite dumb for asking about the Angkor wat circuits.

Pub street can be reached by foot within 5-10 mins. Cleanliness was ok, but was better in other budget hotels we stayed at during our trip. Value for money is ok, if you're ok with animals in your room.

We had a COCKROACH and a lizard in our room. During night it is very loud, because of the people staying at the hostel bar (until 1.30 am) and dog barking (all night!). We were promised to get a free pick-up from the bus station. When we arrived there late at night, there was no one. At the reception the owner told us that there was someone waiting for us for hours (our bus was late) and almost asked for an apology. We could not enjoy our stay at all, so we decided to book into another hostel. When we told the staff and the owner, he almost shouted at us and was very insulting (we even offered to pay for two nights). Overall a very disappointing stay due to cockroach, noise and unprofessional management.

Friendly helpful staff, beautiful room with lots of hardwood, shower stall with hot water, quiet a/c, pool, good breakfast beside the pool. Marc is very knowledgable and helpful in arranging tours, tickets, etc. tuktuks available for guests excursions, short walk to night market, restaurants, etc.

We could hear people talking from several rooms around us. Internet slow, and often had to re-enter password.
