Rooms/beds were comfortable; dining room and pool/garden areas were nice; staff was eager to please; food and drinks were good value; free tuktuk to shopping district; packaged tours

Did not live up to previous 4* rating because of the poor quality of renovation; aircon in room could barely regulate room temp to desired level because of 38-39 degrees celsius heat outside; same problem with van provided for package tour

Free tuk tuk transfer to/from airport and transport from the hotel to local destinations of choice. Wonderful service from friendly and helpful staff. Attractive room particularly the large adjoining shower/bath room in addition to the normal toilet/shower facility. The ground floor rooms provide direct access to the attractive and clean swimming pool. The breakfast/restaurant area is adjacent to the swimming pool and provides a nice ambiance for eating at any time of day.

The construction work on the building next door, but it does not continue all day nor is it particularly intrusive. This may be part of the reason for the current attractive prices at this hotel, but don't let it put you off. We really enjoyed our stay.

•There is construction next door that woke me up in the morning. Not a problem if you wake up relatively early. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine Even so, you MUST stay here! We have been on the road for 6 weeks and this was a definite highlight

Wonderful small boutique hotel - large clean rooms and a sparkling swimming pool set in a lovely garden. Friendly staff. Recommend - would stay again.

游泳池，员工很友善，进门一杯橙汁还有冰毛巾真是雪中送炭。还有downtown的接送服务，不错不错

床单有些不干净，浴室下水不是很好

mooi hotel met zwembad, proper kamers en lekker ontbijt

Ze zijn een winkel complex aan het bouwen juist naast het hotel, dus aan het zwembad liggen was met veel lawaai , jammer, en het zal zeker nog een jaar duren tegen dat het afgewerkt is. wij zijn daar geweest in Februari 2013

Buen desayuno y una piscina genial para refrescarse después de visitar los templos. Las habitaciones son amplias con todas las facilidades. La única pega es el ruido de las discotecas en las habitaciones que dan al exterior.

由於起先的房兼電視訊號很糟,我特別要求電視信號一定要良好,因為我要看春晚,他們幫我升等房間,我很滿意,特別是有室外的浴缸.

самое положительное впечатление - каменная ванная, это должны сказать просто "нечто", приятно расслабиться после ангкора. чистая территория. приветливый и улыбчивый персонал. хорошие завтраки по меню с "добавкой". быстрый интернет, халаты и тапки, удобный сейф. отель соотвествует картинкам.

балкон только для курения, маленький и половину его занимает инвертор кондиционера. нам достался с видом на туалет без крыши местной кафешки. это соседнее кафе очень шумное и посещаемое место, постоянно звенит звонок вызова официанта.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Nachtclubdistrict, was bei Ihnen überhaupt nicht angegeben ist u ist von ca 10 Karaokebars umgeben. Laut lauter am lautesten! Schlafen unmöglich.Wissen Sie wie Karaoke auf Koreanisch klingt ???

整体氛围和设计都是十分家庭式和温馨的，酒店员工不多，但都面带微笑，非常亲切，并且对于每个旅客都十分熟- 悉和热情。基本没有怎么准备就来到了吴哥，酒店帮着制订行程，找到了很好的司机和中文导游，整体非常愉快和- 顺利的体验！下次雨季过去玩的话，一定还要选择这家酒店。酒店有很多附加服务，可以免费送到市区和老市场，- 或者帮你送到博物馆，还帮助客人推荐餐厅之类。对于独行客而言，每次玩累了回到酒店都像回家一样。价钱也非- 常合理，绝对物超所值。

Friendly staff, free tuktuk, convenience.

Too noisy during the night. There is an open air disco opposite to the Hotel, from evening till 2 or 3 am, the loud music is killing us. Complained to the hotel staff, they said there is nothing they can do about it. The next morning, they offered 1 hr complimentary massage and changed our rooms to back side of the hotel. They said that it's quiet in the back side. We took their words and didn't move out to another hotel. Guess what? The same noise level at the night again! Would never never recommend the hotel to any one.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and restaurant. We benefit of early check in and 1 tuk tuk ride per day. Excellent value for money.
