Very friendly, helpful staff in great location down quiet side street. Nice having their own tuktuk drivers so didn't have to haggle for a fair price.
Staff is working well, and well educated.
Morning coffee is not hot.
The guesthouse is only 20 min by foot from the city center with it's night market and pub street. It was quiet and had a nice outdoor area. Helpful staff!
Something went wrong with my laundry. It came back dirtier than before. I then asked them to wash one dress again and it got completely ruined, they seem to have used some kind of bleach on it. Anyway, maybe they should consider changing the company, that does the washing for them.
Restaurant / Bar area very inviting and comfortable (see photos). Staff very friendly and helpful.
Dorm room smelt musty and damp
1. There were BED BUGS in our beds, which bitted our legs. 2. The bed sheets were extremely DIRTY. 3. The WC STINKED a lot. 4. During all the night there was WATER FALLING next to our window, which disturb us a lot. 5. The owners of the guesthouse were really RUDE. They didn’t want to accept there were bed bugs in our room – which slept 10 people the day before in a room for 6 and this people were coming from an excursion really dirty. I am a dermatologist and I can affirm that the bits were fresh and that the bed bugs were big, so they were there at least for more than one night. 6. After this problem we had to wash all our clothes in hot water because they were in contact with the beds with bed bugs. It was an EXTRA COST of 32 $ which we didn’t expect and we had to pay because the guesthouse didn’t want to admit it was their fault. 7. The location of the guesthouse is FAR AWAY from the city center (25 minutes walking)
Nice garden and common area; staff are helpful
AC is poor. Room has no windows and sometimes smelly. No locker. Some mosquitos.
The staff make this place. They are so helpful and friendly and are professional. The room was spotless and very spacious. The little bar area has a good atmosphere and good food. The little lane is dotted with other guest-houses so it is safe and always a ready supply or Tuk Tuks available. 1 or 2 Dollars to pub street. They picked us up from the airport for free, arranged our tuk tuk to the temples and booked our bus to Phnom Penh. Its High end Budget!! Highly Recommend!!
Girl receiption cambodian
Road in front of hotel
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even picked us up from the bus station when we arrived in Siem Reap, saving us a lot of hassle. They sorted out the trip to see the sunrise over Angkor Wat and visits to the other temples too.
No negative feedback at all.
The bed was large and fairly comfortable. It is in a good location. It was secure. We had a bathroom
The staff didn't seem to acknowledge us and I didn't feel very welcome. They only spoke to us to tell us it was time for us to leave and we needed to pay. Our room had NO curtains so we made our own as there were walkways and other guesthouses who could see into our room! I thought it was pretty expensive for what it was. For that price you may as well have a nice hotel room.
nice atmostphere :D and just 10-15 mins to old market.
wifi only in outdoor area where are many mosquitoes... :(
Friendly staff Nice terrace and garden Warm showers AC in dorm Nice food Big beds in dorm
Laundry costs 2 dollars/kilo (1 dollar in nearest big street) Small breakfast
Globally a good place for a backpacker (I stayed there 9 nights), clean and confortable dorm with nice air con, hot shower, nice staff
no locker in dorm room. Wifi not stable. (but they do fix it quickly most of the time) Slightly overpriced for what you get compared to other guesthouse. (but still cheap compare to western standard)
Staff are incredibility helpful. Exotical place with nice environment.
Good place for stay few nights, great value for money! The location is not far from the downtown, walking distance! There is a lot of tuktuk at the exit... Definitively if I will come back in siem reap I'm going there!!
Perfect for a backpacker as i slept in one dormitory. The garden is really appreciated after a full day of hikking/biking.
Free pickup from airport. Breakfast. Staff very helpful with organizing tours to the temples/floating village. The staff moved us up to 2nd floor per our request. 2nd room upstairs was very comfortable and clean.
1st room on ground floor was not very comfortable and the bathroom drain overflowed.
Tuk tuk driver was cool.
The old blonde lady who works there was rude. She does not know how to deal with costumers. Sometimes they let you on the front desk without and they just don't care. The wifi sucks. I had to use another hostel's wifi. The shower in my room was broken, and They fixed it a day later. Rooms full of Mosquitos. I would recommend to opt for local hostels rather than the ones managed by foreigners.
The location of the guesthouse is really good, it just takes a few minutes by tuk tuk to the very center of Siem Reap. On the first day we "booked" a tuk tuk driver for several days (ask for Yen Yen, he is the best!), he drove us to the temples of Angkor and a stilting village, waited there for us and took us back. The staff was very helpful and nice. The guesthouse has a bar where you can order really good omlettes and smoothies. We could lock in our valuables behind the counter. The rooms were simple but clean and we had enough space. The beds were comfortable and big. The bathrooms were always clean.
The guesthouse ensured us that we would be picked up at the airport but noone showed up. The staff booked a bus to Bangkok for us and said we would be picked up at 8am, but the pick us service came 20minutes early, we were not ready and they just left without us so we had to get to the bus station on our own and almost missed the bus. The service was good but everything took a long time, E.G. they needed almost 30minutes to make a sandwich.
The guy at the reception was a tuktuk driver, he knows alot of them and can hook you up wherever you wanna go so you dont get scammed. The bar has a really nice chillout environment, perfect after a long day at Angkor.
