The whole structure could use some maintenance work. The pool area was a bit run down and the pool itself didn't look super clean.
I emailed the hotel about guided tours to the Angkor temples and only got a reply three days later, when I was already staying there and had already arranged the tour with them face-to-face, so it was awkward to receive that response.
Breakfast was not a buffet, but a la carte with two complimentary options (plus coffee/tea and juice) - any extra had to be paid for separately. One day they forgot my request of a 4:30 am breakfast (they can arrange this on demand if you are booked for a sunrise tour), but they were quick to fix this and prepared a box with my breakfast to go.
The big windows are useless in the room located on ground floor (people ca see in your room unless you keep curtains pulled).
The hotel is nicely located about a mile from the centre of Siem Reap (2 USD by moto tuk tuk), so it was very quiet.
They can arrange a variety of tours to the Angkor temples (with or without a guide, half days, full days, sunrise, sunset, by car, van, tuk took, etc.). I don't know whether the prices are cheaper elsewhere but I found the total amount very reasonable, also considering it was hassle-free (booked at 10pm for the next morning!). Also, both the driver and the guide we got were extremely competent.
I was very impressed with the spa services.
