The hotel is very good. Staff is extremely friendly. They provide a free transfer to/from airport and after 6 p.m. free to/from transfer to the city center. They arrange tuk tuk to visit Angkor Vat (13 USD per day for yuk tuk, 25 USD for an english speaking guide). Massages are good and very cheap. Food in the restaurant is very tasty and cheeper then in the city. Really good choice to visit Siem Reap.

Breakfast is from 6 a.m. but when we came there at 6.10 we have been told that cook has not arrived yet :) Cambodia

The pick up service at airport is included in price. The tuk tuk driver (Mr. Sarath) was very friendly and helpfully.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly; we enjoyed having Mr Koksal as our helpful tuk tuk driver; it was lovely to meet bubbly Sophy who works at night in the restaurant. The location is quite good to go to Angkor Wat, not so good to go to town but the hotel provides tuk tuk transport to town for $3 and free from 6pm to 10pm. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

The bath tub was not level and water ran along the edges of the wall and the bath onto the floor. Everything else was perfect.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some could not speak great English but they worked hard to understand exactly what it was we were looking for.Location, though it is not in the downtown Siem Reap, is only a 5 min Tuk Tuk ride away. The room was large and had cable

An extremely warm welcome on arrival set the whole tone for our stay at Gloria Angkor. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, particularly Pahl! The hotel was very nice inside, and the room extremely comfortable.

The hotel is a little way out from the centre of town, but that really doesn't matter given the affordability of Tuk Tuks. Compared with the hotel's otherwise high standards, the food served in the restaurant was average.

The area suffered of several electric power failures, but the Hotel had its own generators. At first we complained about the poor water pressure in bathroom and it was fixed within an hour. Then we ordered a private guide and tuk-tuk driver from the reception in the evening and they were ready for us the next morning for the whole day in Angkor Wat temple area. We got the impression that reception coud arrange everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent.

courtesy, friendly, service, smile, and the cold towel with ice water each time return to the hotel, it is great to feel relaxed after your adventure the exotic temple, sites, scenery and the city.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Our tuktuk driver Vibol was very accomodating. He helped us go to where we wanted. It is definitely value for money. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent wifi connection. Cable entertainment was also excellent.

Tuk tuk outside the Hotel asked us for money to take us to downtown which was supposed to be free. However, we complained to the Hotel staff and they quickly fixed this.

The service at reception and the staff, particularly 3 guys Phol, Bun Yong and Brach and 2 ladies Oun and Sophia, better than what I have received in some 5 star hotels. For $20 there is breakfast, a decent enough spread. Coffee, fruits, snacks all day long and a cold towel and juice everytime u come back after a hot day, fantastic Tuk Tuk set up with frree rides at nite and well priced tour packages. A great place to stay all the room amenities work well and a bit away from the city which keeps things quiet. A place to stay and admire for their performance and efforts in meeting your comforts. Congratultions.

The comments about the hotel staff are true. They are indeed friendly and they try their best to give good service. Most of them speak English. They are very helpful and accommodating. The price of the room, food, and tours are just great... big, comfortable and clean room (they even have bedtime story printed every night), quiet place because they are far from the busy pub street ; good food at very reasonable price (it's even cheaper than eating in restaurants outside); and dedicated tuktuk driver from arrival to departure (the hotel provides free airport transfers, and free shuttle to the market from 6pm to 10pm). Although they serve the same kind of food for breakfast everyday, I didn't get tired of it for the 4 days I was there. Breakfast is available the whole morning, plus they have free snacks the whole day. You can even get as many bottled water as you like, which is very important for a very warm place such as Siem Reap. Overall, we had a wonderful experience! The gift at the end of our stay is a pleasant bonus! Oh, and the wi-fi signal is strong anywhere in the hotel! :)

The hotel is not really walking distance to the market and tourist places. You have to ride a tuktuk, which is reasonably priced anyway.

The staff and Mr Ay tuk tuk driver were excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful going out of their way to ensure guests needs are seen to. Great value for money. Breakfast satisfactory, same each morning. Free tuk tuk to and from Night Market and restaurants. Free pick up from bus station, probably from airport and river. Free drop off at airport. Hotel has relaxed casual atmosphere.

Location a bit out of town. Dining room open but staff not always present to take orders or provide account for meal. Towels and soap not always available in room but quickly supplied on request by very obliging staff.

The service of this hotel is far above expectation. You can't imagine how much service you get, until you've been there. It is the ideal spot to do the Angkor Wat tour. Beyond the good good service the rooms are big and clean. Specially the bathroom was the most clean one we had on our of four weeks in Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodja.

The view from the rooms at the back of the hotel are nothing special, but keep the curtains shut and enjoy the nice room.

The staffs are really so friendly and kind, neither humble nor pushy, I really appreciate the enthusiasm from their eyes! The decoration and facilities are of good quality! Thanks for the little presents. Strongly recommend this hostel!!

The driver picked them up at the airport and sent them to a guesthouse instead of Gloria Angkor Hotel on the arrival day without informing any of them. The gm Kim Sophath said they would offer them special discount but No Discount when checking out.Promised free airport shuttle was charged.Do not recommend it!

Big, comfortable bed, pretty wooden panels in the hallways, marble floors. Computers with internet in the hall. Very friendly and able Tuk- tuk drivers.

Staff of the hotel was mostly clueless about services they were providing, did not understand English (with an exception of one guy), took forever to execute any task (bringing a glass of juice in the restaurant took 40 min), forgot to bring in towels, etc, etc... The shower curtain does not prevent water from splashing all over the floor. Unpleasant.
