1:everybody were extremely polite 2:the hotel offered a free tuk-tuk to the city center and back(from 6pm-10pm) 3:very clean.we even saw people scrubbing the swimming pool floor!!! 4:big room(we stayed in room 211) 5:they were kind enough to give us scarfs as a present when we checked out.

1:there was ONE male receptionist, that wasn't so polite or helpful.we wanted to book a tour to Angkor Wat temples from the hotel.and because of him we ended up going outside to a random touristic agent. 2:poor WiFi(especially at the pool) 3:at the swimming pool there was a lot of noise in the morning.I think there's a garage next door.I don't know if they can do something about it. 4:poor breakfast choises.

The hotel was clean, the staff efficient and friendly. We were given chips and lemon juice on arrival and a bowl of fruit everyday, also free bottled water. In the evenings we were presented with a story and sweets. The pool was lovely and clean. The breakfast was basic but sufficient (sausage, eggs, tomato, rice, noodles etc..) They provided free Tuk Tuks to the town after 6pm and any trips you wished to go on they would sort out for you. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to my friends.

It is a bit far away from town but Tuk Tuks are cheap in the day and they are free from the hotel in the evening.

    Liked the free tuk tuk

Our ceiling in our bathroom was leaking and had mould on it. The shower temperature was uncontrollable.

The staff is professional, friendly and informative. The breakfast was great. The pool was awesome after a long day in the heat. The room was spacious and clean. Great value for the money.

Negotiate hard with the tuk tuk drivers. They will tell the rates are set but it's not true.

The Gloria was a great place to stay, except they hadn't received our booking from, but they found us rooms straight away, unfortunatly for us they were on the third level which involved a lot of stairs and honestly we are not getting any younger. But as value for money it was wonderful, the free tuk tuk into the night market was great Mr Van was a lovely man and he was always on time to pick up weary shoppers and take us home. It is a little out of town but honestly this was never a problem. The pool was wonderful at the end of a hot day out.

Best hotel so far. We arrived after the worst 24h from Vientiane(Laos) to sr! They gave us fresh chips, lemonade and cold towel to refresh ourselves ! The staff are all so nice like everyone without exception. The restaurant might be a bit pricet but was really good. The room was very clean and they offered fresh fruit, little stories each night (very nice attention), water bottle, etc. The wifi was very good where we were on the first floor. I took the massages and they were great except the first one I wanted a 90 min massage and the employee ask me if I can do an hour only because she was tired... The pool is very nice and clean. Our tuktuk driver was very nice. His name is Sarath and he doesn't speak much but we can see his kindness! The tuktuk service from 6-10 is very useful :)

That we weren't able to stay longer.

Pool was amazing after a hot day at the temples, comfortable rooms. Free shuttle to the city Center in the evenings.

Location - it was neither near siem reap city centre nor close enough to the temples. Reception, although friendly, were quite disorganized making check-in and out process long. Lamps weren't working in the room and were never fixed/replaced so room was dimly lit. Although clean, we got a stained towel which they replaced immediately after we told them. Same breakfast served for all 4 days we were there. Wish there were more lights near the pool to read.

Breakfast buffet needs eggs and milk widely available. Also pickup request on arrival was ignored (maybe unread email...)

This is a wonderful hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Although it is slightly out of town, the fleet of tuk tuk drivers brought us in and out whenever we wanted. We had our own designated driver, Mr. Ay, who took us to all the ruins and was fantastic as he was so attentive. The large pool was blissful after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend to stay here.

Try to get a room on lower floors as top floor a hike in very hot weather.

Staff were very welcoming when we arrived. They let us do early check in because we had tour booked. Very friendly and tried their best to help us. Rooms were clean and spacious

Air conditioning did not work. So they gave us a fan. We ate supper at their restaurant. Food was very tasted but it took over an hour for us to get our food. We booked massages and they were a joke. I would not recommend a massage there. No elevator so be prepared to do stairs

price, friendly/helpful staff, free evening tuk tuk to central Siem Reap

Location, not much in the area and central Siem Reap (Pub street) isn't easily walkable.

Staff was super friendly since we arrived! We got the room at 8AM and went straight to the pool (which is amazing!). Room was nice and big enough, huge windows. We got a little souvenir at check-out which was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel, you pay so little for that much you get! Free tuk tuk available in the afternoon!

Location is not the best but for 2$ you get to the city center. Breakfast was very nice but could be improved. There were few asian dishes that nobody ate however only one croissant per person. Cocktails at the restaurant were quite bad.

The staff inside the hotel were very good. The pool is very clean and absolutely fantastic. They give you a nice scarf when you check out.

I didn't have the greatest experience with the Tuk Tuk drivers. I was not told the Tuk Tuk to downtown is free at night and one Tuk tuk driver had me pay. When I learned it was free I told reception and they got my money back. But when I was taken to the airport by another Tuk Tuk, they dropped me at the gate and I had to walk the rest of the way to the doors with my luggage. I didn't appreciate that. I felt it was retribution for complaining about the other driver. So, remember that the Tuk Tuk at night to pub street and the night market is free.

Staff were wonderful - from the greeting with cold water and fruit, to the turndown service at night with a bedtime story and candies. they were eager to serve - happily booked bus tickets and had us picked up. The site was immaculate, including the pool which is always a telltale indication. As others mentioned, we often called by the pool after the day of touring. Beautiful building architecturally - with sweeping staircase and dark woodwork. Tuk tuk drivers always available.

While we liked not being in the centre of town it is quite a dusty tuk tuk ride into town or to the temples. It is not easy to walk from the hotel to other venues. Got our tuk tuk driver to stop. Once on site it is a 'glorious' oasis.
