This hotel is a quite oasis at walking distance from most of the center activities ... Decorated with a lot of good taste ... Congratulations !
Nothing ... Just keep it as it is !
I like everything about this hotel, the best is bathtub on the terrace, you feel like in your owen house.

Great location, great rooms
The staff were friendly and agreed to everything but it seems that they didn't quite understand what we were asking for and only later we realised there was a miscommunication
Location is excellent. WIFI was very good.
Room location for a 68 year old was terrible. Placed on third floor with only a metal stairway leading to the room which was poorly lit at night. Asked for change of room - never received it.
Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Easy to get around either by foot or tuk-tuk.
Steep climb up the steps to the room. The actual hotel position was confusing as similar named hotel was next door.
The location was very convenient for access to markets etc without being right in the noisy thick of things. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, wifi signal was particularly good. We enjoyed having the use of a decent size pool too. The management clearly have a concern for social responsibility and ecology, e.g. (good quality) shampoo and shower gel in refillable stone jugs rather than plastic bottles, and suggestions for contributing to the local community, which we liked.
Rather steep stairs to upstairs room might have been troublesome for elderly guests, but weren't an issue for us.
Friendly staff Very good food Proximity to night life Comfy room Lovely view from room on second floor Overall an excellent experience
The stairs to the top are a bit dangerous especially during the rain- yet view is lovely and worth it if you have no mobility problems
- staff is very friendly and helpful, which makes the atmosphere very relaxing - the location is directly situated in the cozy and hectic city center, yet the hotel offers an oasis is quietness - the breakfast contains delicious Khmer food (also western options) - the chambers are spacious, elegant, and unique and, depending on rooms type, with bathtub on balcony - hotel supports with arranging day trips, for example to Angkor, of which we were very satisfied. (Excellent female tour guide Se Saven)
we liked our whole stay here and we would be very pleased to return to Siem Reap in this hotel
Location at the end of a dark alley in a very poor neighborhood. Room old, small, outdated, same for bathroom and both mosquitoes infested. Checked in at 11 pm and checked out at 8 am and paid for 4 nites. Checked in a wonderful 5 stars hotel resort for almost the same price and no comparisons here...
Pool and breakfast were both very good. Room size, balcony and view of pool made for an intimate stay. Close easy walk to city centre. Can recommend tuk tuk drivers
Two female guests had a heated argument - shouting and door slamming at 1:00am without regard for others. They should have been told to leave the next day, but we're not.
this is a small resort but good service, the staffs are all kindly and friendly. The resort is located inside a small alley and not find easy but location is near downtown, you can walk to old town just 5-10mins.
Staff very friendly Excellent food, good breakfast Great bar service Nice pool Bug spray in rooms Good location to visit sights and walk into town Close to Costa Coffee!!!!
the quietness, the location is very close to the town,
the wifi is a bit slow
The staff are very friendly and helpful Wonderful large and clean pool Great breakfast which is available until late Walking distance to town Great cocktails
Nothing at all
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms and balcony. Nice swimming pool and very intimate and relaxed atmosphere. We had booked for 2 days them booked for two more we enjoyed it so much and were so comfortable in our room. Staff were great and met the owner who was very friendly and helpful.
Some of the food we ordered was a little cold when it reached as it is prepared at owners other resort that it very close by. The food was nice though and it was only some that was a bit cold.
The staff were so helpful, such a pretty place to stay, great location, amazing value for money, great food.
Size of pool area.
Excellent location in a quiet street, but so close to everything! Brilliant friendly staff, great food & cocktails! Beautiful refreshing pool. A truly unique and intimate experience staying here.
Housekeeping were a little slack somedays. The room was a little bit dark.
The swimming pool
Not good value for the money. For what they charge they should really take better care of things. The cleaning of the rooms was poor. The whole place is a bit "run down", in desperate need of a paint job!
location was down a nice quiet alleyway down beside old market, which was great for seeing all local sites. Staff were friendly, nice hotel to stay in, in Siem Reap, I would ask for a room high up away dining area. bicycle and tuk tuk hire nearby to see the beautiful Angkor Wat.
The stairs leading upstairs are fairly steep, was ok for us, but probably not ok for those with young children or with a disability.
A bit noisy with other guests Windows didn't really close
Friendly staff Great location The luxury Attention to detail The peacefulness Large rooms well appointed Great food
It is a lovely hotel, unique and unkept very well. The pool area was really nice, with lots of greenery around. You could hire a tuk-tuk through the hotel very inexpensive. The hotel offered massage services by the pool--one of the best massages I ever had ( and only 13 dollars an hour). Breakfast was great. The menus wasn't bad either. A bit more expensive than in town, but still very reasonable. Hotel located just a few minutes walking from the Pub street.
Pool was a bit too cold. Cocktail drinks and not the best tasting.
