For the first day we had no water in the bedrooms due to lack of water in the city (that's Cambodia!). The staff told us that they would solve the problem within two hours but that lasted one full day. Hopefully, they solved the problem and delivered free drinks for us for the inconvenience. Really nice staff!
Is located just a 15-minutes-walk away from the old market. Fantastic suite fully equipped, including a washing machine! Nice bar and pool. Quite cheap cocktails (was an offer for Buddhist new year week).
Stuff is little bit slow but this is Asia...
This hotel is pearl in the city, very nice stuff, friendly owner from Belgium always talking to guests, helping them with the trips, transport, etc. We had night bus and could stay there until evening, using the swimming pool which was really worth to use. Delicious food!
The only downside was perhaps the breakfast. There were four of us staying, but only two of us were automatically included for breakfast so we had to pay extra. As the breakfast wasn't great, we didn't want to pay extra, so we ended up going across the road for breakfast.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel so much that we ended up extending our stay by a day. The family suite that we booked was enormous with a balcony and sitting room as well as our own washing machine. The swimming pool area is fantastic too. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged for us to go to a local circus - which was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Service at the restaurant was extremely slow.
Location, pool, clean rooms
Staff were friendly but consistently useless. Kitchen which we paid extra for was missing all necessary items. Remote was missing. We were in family suite but they only ever delivered two towels (for a family of four ). Towels by the pool always ran out. ...these sorts of things that were frustrating but not so awful. I still wouldn't recommend based on the service, however.
Just about 5 recumbency at the pool Please get more staff for the kitchen, waiting for over 30 minutes untill the first on the table gets her breakfast is to long! Make a sign that the ground around the pool is slippery.
Under 10 minutes by car to downtown - 30 minutes by walk Everthing is new and I like the style Nice rooms, nice pool
Very friendly staff, always willing to help, cozy, great value.
Very noisy both work being carried out outside and noise from adjoining rooms. Key did not work in room door properly. No effort to fix it. Never enough toilet paper Staff did not appear to understand guest needs. Decor was an unusual mix of styles. A recent renovation that did not appear to be cohesive.
Proximity to relatives we were visiting.
For a young family, traveling on a budget. The pool was a great end to each amazing day at Angkor. The staff were lovely and the cafe opposite does the best value breakfast so far.....
breakfast is not part of the package
People are warm and accommodating, clean place, strategic location, comfy bed and spacious at a reasonable price. Highly recommended if you want value for money!
We are staying on the 3rd floor and the wifi has a poor signal. Even on the reception area, wifi is not very good.
Great staff service, very hospitable and accommodating. The room is very spacious and clean.
Only complaint would be the price of the breakfast, would have been nice to have breakfast in hotel. Instead we went across the road for half the price. Everything else was great.
Lovely pool, friendly staff, very clean spacious room.
It is far from being a 4 star hotel The rooms smelled so bad we had to change 3 rooms and then we offered to "upgrade" for another 25% of the price. We did not have much choice we did that and moved to the next hotel right after breakfast. Breakfast for kids cost 4$ while in much better place u could have breakfast for 2... The way to the hotel was really bad and muddy. Sorry, but is don't recommend this hotel.
The welcoming was real nice and warming, but then we got the bill that charged as the drinks they served us... The swimming pool
Location, rates, friendly staff.
the staff, the rooms, the pool, the overall service, the price. Awesome place, will visit again.
mood outside the hotel
They spoke french the price the location touk touk service cleaness
Not include breakfast
Everything is good.
The location isn't the best although the walk to pub street isn't that long. The breakfast is too expensive!
The pool was a great place to relax after a long, hot day exploring the ruins. One of the staff members really impressed us with his language skills (he spoke at least 3 languages) and was happy to practice with us.
The place of stay
Power kept going out in the building and the wi-fi would go out along with it. English communication was a challenge with most of the staff when it came to booking excursions and bus to Bangkok.
Room was spacious and clean. A/C worked great and the pool was splendid.
A little far away from the main 'pub street' area. However it is only a very short tuk-tuk ride away for 1 dollar.
Very clean, comfortable hotel. The manager was most understanding and attentive of our needs.
I booked for a triple room and end-up paying for an additional folding bed $20 per night. No elevator, our room was at the 3rd level.
Very clean room, staff were friendly, there is a swimming pool located near the main entry of the hotel building.
The room has no sound isolation, you can hear everything from the corridor. Staff barely speak english.
