One of the BEST cheeseburgers ive ever had!
Nothing, it was great.
Quite good location, you can reach all bars, restaurants & shops within a 10 min walk.
Bathroom, especially the toilet was dirty & wasn't cleaned during my stay. There was also a serious mosquito issue in the bathroom with literally 100's in there. If we didn't have air-con in the bedroom then we would have been bitten a lot. The bin wasn't empty. Room wasn't cleaned. There was also a major mosquito issue in the bar that could have largely been stopped if they kept the fans on but they kept turning them off which I understand they do to save money but even with mosquito repellent on we were bitten many times.
Nice bar area, and they serve nice food.
Service is slow, in 5 days staying they didn't clean the room once
I stayed here twice. First time everything was great. Second time, however, the bathroom was not so good - flushing of the toilet never stopped & pipes of the sink were leaky.
Bicycle for rent were only ok for short rides around town.
Green Town is well situated and easy to navigate from. The room was big and the shower was hot- although basic the room was everything you really need. The restaurant was excellent, good food and very good prices. The extra facilities were also fun with bike rental, pool table etc.
The only thing I can fault is the TV in our room- it was small, 'broken' (we managed to fix it by fiddling with the wires of the antenna plug) and only had three snowy channels. Not a huge deal but could be annoying for some people.
Not much I can think of
Surly staff,no airport pick up ,TV was a joke, bathroom water still on floor, sheet on top of a blanket on the bed ! Really depressing room, never again would love to know who is giving this place good reviews
The staff are amazing and very friendly. I had a tour guide that canceled on me last minute and they were able to arrange a tuk tuk driver for me with no hassle to take me to the temples that I wanted to see. I had a room with only a fan no ac and it was more than comfortable.
The only thing I didn't like persay was that the water in the bathroom didn't seem to drain out after showers but that was all.
Grubby and substandard rooms, dirty linen, smelly towels, poor security. Definitely not recommended: moved out after first breakfast. Possibly suitable for backpackers but not for a family holiday
If you need the Internet, forget it. Toilet paper? Forget.
It's one of the few budget-friendly place in Siem Reap
Not really clean
