Staff hardly knows English. Its better you communicate with them in sign language
Since , Siem Reap is a hot place. Its better you take A/C Room. Hotel Staff very good. Good behaviour. And Breakfast is also tasty and healthy.
One of the night there is no electricity but it is only for short hour. The staffs work hard to get back the electricity.
The staffs are friendly and willing to help. The room rate of USD 9/night (fan only) comes with breakfast and clean bed, even though the facility is not new, it is economical to stay. This is the second time I stay in this hotel, they make feel at home.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, when we went for the sunrise in angkor wat they gave us some breakfast to bring along and hooked us up with a tuktukdriver they knew. Atmosphere at the hotel was great! You have to get a ride to go anywhere, but they offer free tuktukservices so its not a problem :)
Next to the biggest local market, friendly and helpful staff, not situated in the center of the town but don't worry as the hotel always gives you a free transfer to the center and also to the airport! Very recommended!
Helpful staff, good location, tasty food in the restaurant
Verynice stay, good price, nice staff.
Diner at the restaurant was very tasty and super cheap but I suggest you go early as you may end up waiting a while if you go around 8:30 PM (rush hour I guess!). Sometimes, Internet connexion is weak.
Everythig but most of all the staff! Good breakfast, comfy beds, clean and big rooms & bathroom. Great value for money! Free transportation in tuk-tuk from the accommodation to the center. They also provide daily excursion in tuk-tuk to the temples (15$ per day excluded entrance fees)
Very nice staff, very helpful for the tourist. Very clean rooms, free tuk tuk service to the airport. The hotel is a bit to the side from the very city center. The breakfast could be warmer. But the overall rate for the paid money is at least 9 out of 10..
Good place to stay for backpackers
local road construction cut the cables to the internet twice during my stay so there were periods of no service.( not the hotel's fault. building is a bit dated so though well maintained my room had a tub where a shower would have been a huge improvement..
The location was great. set back just enough from the market to be quiet. The staff mostly had fair or better English. The restaurant served excellent local foods at a very good price compared to other local restaurants, and the breakfast was very plentiful and good.. My bed was very comfortable in a clean room and the 24 hour service rally was.. They got a tuk tuk out to meet me at the boat docks.(12 klicks) on very short notice. Air conditioning worked great and was a real blessing for someone coming from a much cooler climate.
No elevator. Bit far from city center No Aircon, but fan in the ceiling was very helpful.
Very good price Very good WIFI Free airport dropoff
Try to book a room with a/c. We usually are happy with just a fan, however March is extremely hot :-) Internet connections on the upper floor is not that good, but still alright :-)
This place is just fabulous if you are looking for a budget accommodation. We extended our stay by a few nights and truly enjoyed this guesthouse. Staff is just lovely and always helpful. I work in hotels myself and everybody was always welcoming and super friendly. The location is a bit out of town, which we did not mind at all. They provide free one way tuk tuk service to old market (all their tuk tuk drivers are superb) and a tuk tuk back is about 2$. The breakfast was good too. We organised our bus tickets to Phnom Penh through the guest house and also booked their drivers for 2 days of temple sightseeing...Everything was really great!
Location was quiet but not in the center but they offer tuktuk service to the center
Great service, clean room good bed, nice bathroom! For thid price great value! Quiet location
The hotel is a bit far from Pub Street, but, since they have free tuktuk to the centre its not a problem at all. The place is good to get to know the real cambodians outside the touristic part.
The tuktuk driver Tcheon is the best! He helped us a lot, very friendly and really nice company to go to the temples. The hotel staff is fantastic, the rooms are nice, enjoyed a lot.
Nothing major but the road outside is under construction bringing dust everywhere but they do a good job cleaning the rooms! When that is over theyll be the best in town :)
My room was very big so was the bed and bathroom...for the same price por more I couldn't have that room in Thailand. It as also very clean.. no moldy tiles no dust no stained walls. Amazing! The staff was top of the top very friendly always smilie and helfull. The restaurant serves good food and the breakfast included in price is also nice!
even though they said they need you to ask them to clean ur room and I never asked in 9 days it would be nice if they ask me to give me fresh towels for shower or something like this, just my idea
breakfast is very good for free, free coffee or hot water for drinks. Staff can wash ur clothes fro $1 for 1kg and fold them nice
Rooms were cheap, amazingly friendly staff, cold beer in the fridge and a sloth area out the back. The location isn't ideal but they give you a free tuk-tuk into the city so it isn't a big deal
Not getting a bicycle on my check-out day.
Room and bathroom was spacious and clean, quiet. The restaurant was well-priced and breakfast was yummy.
It is far to center of Siem Reap.
Free breakfast, wifi, bicycle
There is a free shuttle to the City but you have to pay for the return ride.
Breakfast is okay and rooms are clean. Even though the sheets look really old already.
It is located outside of the downtown area on a very dusty road (so bring a mask or scarf). You will pay $6 USD for a tuk tuk to drive you downtown and back. Also, although they advertise that guests can use their bicycles, they were never available. However, you can rent a bike from practically anywhere for $1 - $3 USD (depending on the type of bicycle).
The guesthouse itself is a very good value. (Corridors have a bit of "The Shining" vibe going on).
Sauber, preiswert, absolut nichts zu meckern
A big hot bathtub to soak with a book in - rare in Siem Reap budget hotels where showers are the norm. Close to a busy local market on the Phnom Penh road but surprisingly quiet in the west-facing rooms, 2km (an easy cycle) away from the tourist-oriented old market and pub street in the centre. Friendly and helpful staff. An excellent (overworked!) cook hidden away in the kitchen.
The market is very near.
Wifi didn't work well in the room.
Helpful staff, free bikes to rent, pretty quiet location. Arranged boat tickets to Phnom Penh.
