I spent 5 days here and what can I say? Wow, the staff are so accommodating. Always willing to help with everything. They wanted to learn more each and every day to make my stay as comforting as possible. All facilities were very clean and working. There was ample advice on travel plans for day outings. Prices and food at the restaurant were very, very good. I just wished they had a pool. Oh well, one can dream
Not much to complain about. Maybe the pillows, but that is such an individual thing.
The staffs and tuk tuk drivers are friendly and always have a smiling face. They give free pick up from airport and drop off at airport from 7.00 am until 10 at night, for other time you have to pay USD5 for this service. Everyday they offer free transport to old town (one way only), you have to pay USD2 or 8000 riel to return to guesthouse. I like their room rate, as solo traveller, I only pay USD9 per night for a fan room. Local market selling all kind of fruits is within walking distance. The breakfast is good, besides main dish, they give French bread (long in shape) and fruits. Most importantly, they make you feel like home and a part of their big family. I would stay in this guesthouse if I visit Siem Reap again. Old town is The breakfast is good.
The water pressure in my bathroom is not strong.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. When I arrived I didn't have KHR or USD so the staff paid my tuk tuk fair from the airport and I reimbursed them the next morning. A nice gesture. They also let me use their adaptor to charge my belongings. Breakfast included is more than sufficient. On site tuk tuk driver offers comprehensive tour routes of the temples and free transport to the night market. Location is 10 minutes away from the night market and pub street so a bit more relaxed. Wi fi is strong. They provide bottled water each day.
dont have AC in the room, just ventilator.
The breakfast was really good. The staff is very kind and friendly. The pick-up service is perfect and free. The mattresses and pillows were AMAZINGLY comfortable. Our room was super clean, no bugs, no nothing. I totally recommend this hotel, which might not be perfect, but for what you pay is just awesome!
The staff is super friendly, but they want to sell you these "tours" for 20 or 25 dollars per person that include NOTHING, but the tuk tuk (which you can rent for one day and go wherever you want for 15 dollars regardless of the number of people or places that you want to visit). As I said the breakfast was really good, but the portions are not like in the pictures. And, besides breakfast you can eat at the restaurant, but you have to pay and I found the food kind of overpriced. 3.5 dollars for a chicken sandwich (which is super big and delicious) when you can have a whole meal in a cute restaurant in downtown for that money.
clean, helpful staff, free transport from the airport, good breakfast, very big room. Optimum value for money
The staff always tried their best to accommodate guests. They were so pleasant. The value for your money is unmatched...free large breakfast a la carte, free airport pickup and drop off, and free drop off to the Old Market. Get a room with air con. It's worth it. I enjoyed Cambodia a lot. The people make a trip memorable. This is reflected in this budget-friendly hotel.
Wifi is not too fast, but this is typical in most of SE Asia.
Staffs are so polite and helpful.
Hot water is not stabile
Not far from Angkor temples Family restaurant - breakfast and dinners quite good :-) Staff is very friendly and try to be very helpfull so even the poor knowledge of English seems to be not a big problem.
Way to the hotel from main street is by the narow, dirty road
The staff at the guesthouse were delightful- they are all very keen to learn English and are very eager to please. The breakfast which is included was perfect and on one of the days the staff gave us a massive plate of mangos for lunch on the house whilst we chatted to them :) I would recommendthis place to everyone and would never stay anywhere else in Siem reap- do not be put off by its location as they offer free tucktuck a into the very centre town which is only a 3 minute drive away :)
love everything there. especially the friendly staff and the convenient free bicycle rent.they also offer free airport pick up and free one way ride to the old market by tuktuk.they helped me book the int'l bus to bangkok. The free breakfast also tastes great!I will definitely come again if possible!
the water from the shower in the bathroom flows too slowly...maybe they should increase the water pump pressure ....
I don't know whose fault is(booking.com or guesthouse ) but room whom I booked on Internet ,and room in which I was-this is not the same room .It was all a lie. From hot water, sitting area, kettle, nothing was there...(all this was written on booking.com)Very old ,dirty room.GOOD Photoshop ,somebody did good job, well done
This was our third stay at Green Park and it was great as always! The staff are a lot of fun and speak pretty fair English. The rooms are always spotless and the AirCon was truly a blessing after traveling around Siem Riep and Psar Leu market which is only 50 meters from their door. This is a locals market not the tourist souvenir stalls. Bargain away, it's a lot of fun. PS:whether we are going to Pub Street or not we always use the free tuk tuk service and then walk to where we want to go......tip the driver maybe 2000 riel, they really appreciate it.
Good staff and nice rooms
area with dirty and bad smell market, far from center, strange staff
Perfect. Room was comfortable, clean and big enough. Air conditioned and hot shower deprived me of tiredness. Staff was great. The free brekkie is awesome.
Nothing but some people are noisy untill the midnight. But not so much.
Staff are really friendly and helpful. Restaurant is good and cheap. Tuk Tuk's are always available and they offer free tuk tuk into the main town which is about a 5-10 minute drive.
Started off with a fan room but had to change to a room with air con which was much better.
Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The rooms are very big and comfortable. Wifi was good too. The first room they gave us had a problem with the AC, so they let us pick another room from the ones available. They have free bicycles available and tuktuks for free to the city center (just one way)
It´s far away from the night market and pub street but its 15 min by bicycle. The bicycles are very old and in bad state generally. Check the breaks and tires before leaving. If you plan to visit Angkor Wat by bicycle I suggest you rent a good one.
Excellent staff, great and big free breakfast including meal, fresh fruit, and drink. The hotel also provided two free bottles of water and free coffee and tea daily. We used the same Tuk Tuk driver at the hotel; was reasonably priced and he took us to all the sights.
Air conditioner was not the best and barely kept room cool. Rooms are old and need makeover.
Staff Food in the restaurant
Spacious room, large breakfast selection, tasty dinners at decent prices, usable wi-fi, great value
Shower has chest-high hand wand and no curtain, staff was flighty at times, safe in room didn't work and no safe at front desk, laundry service fast but below average
The place is exceptionally well maintained and clean. /the air conditioning in the room worked very well. The staff all speak reasonably good English and were always willing to help. The free tuktuk to Pub Street is very helpful as were all their drivers.
I cannot think of anything! Plan on going back again and again!
From the pick up to drop off, the stay was amazing!!! Room was fab and spacious! The tuktuk drivers and receptionists were so so helpful!!! And although the guesthouse is a 10 mn drive to pub street, its a free shuttle ride, so hey can't complain!!! Would really recommend this guesthouse!
The location is good for light sleepers cause its on the backside of national road 6, only abt 2 km to the city centre area. One receptionist called O2 is extremely friendly and helpful.
One staff does have attitude problem, and you need to be patient for breakfast.
There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. For such a cheap price, you really get a luxury room. At least if you are on a budget... The staff was very nice and helpful. Always smiling! Free shuttle service to the city and free bikes! They also give you a good price for the tuk tuk to the Angkor Wat. Definitely worth it!
