The hotel is situated slightly outside the center of the city this is good as it creats a peaceful atmosphere. The staff and facilities were also very good. The pool was a nice break from the heat and the staff recommended fantastic restaurants while organising transport to get there and back.

You could find better accomodations in Siem Reap for this money. Pool was small, the hotel was far from the night market and from the center. Bathroom needs refurbishment.

The hotel was as described - very cosy, great boutique feel, and very quiet. The staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much to ask of them. There were tuk tuk's available with the hotel , so always able to get anywhere - one driver in particular was great - Dee!

Whilst the staff were extremely friendly, they did seem a little inexperienced. Also the rooms were very dark with very little natural light. The hotel is about a 5 min tuk tuk drive to the centre, but you wouldn't pay more than 3USD per way.

    The style of the room

The staff : was not really helpful when she told us the creditcard system was down. The quality of the uitilities (flushing) The neigborhood ( there is too much noise from next door in the early morning) The smell: you can smell the neigbor cooking in the morning with coconut oil

Staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel is very lovely and comfortable.

A little bit far from the old market, you should take a tuk tuk car.

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating of our requests! They allowed us to check in early and check out late to accommodate our itinerary -- thank you so much! The welcoming gift of fruits was also really nice. The villa also lets guests borrow books, so I borrowed "Temples of Cambodia", which nicely accompanied our itineraries during the day to the various wats in the area.

Cambodia generally has many mosquitoes, as this place is located in the outskirts of the city, there are a few more mosquitoes in the garden. However, the front desk has very good mosquito repellent you can borrow

General atmosphere is very pleasing. Cleanliness.

Staff - they tell you one thing and change it later. It happened to us with rental car and guide charges. They say the computer has wrong information. We booked 2 rooms - 1 double and 1 single occupancy. They gave us wrong rooms. Food was okay. Not much choice. Gave us bad / spoiled fruit which gave us upset stomach. Next day asked for fresh fruit and they did give us good stuff. They spray lots of chemicals in the room - roach killer etc which was quite strong. The guy came with us to show us the room when we checked in, said that the fruits and the chips/nuts packets are complimentary. We ate fruit and one bag of cashews and were charged for the cashews. I guess it more like they don't know English.
