Pool Dorm room was comfy Food was great Staff were friendly Location was great Quiet
Water pressure was not great. Twice the shower and toilet didn't work but we're fixed straight away. They are training some new staff and their level of English is not great. Patience is needed as they are trying their best!
Great place, absolute value for money. Breakfast included, amazing swimming pool and big room. Very fast wiFi, even in the room on the 4th floor. A lot of places I've been only have wifi in the reception. The food in the restaurant is amazing and great value for money :)
Room simple but ok
It looked messy all over the reception area. Pool table full of stuff, plastic bags, and all in all does not look like anyone cares. Dirty cups around pool never picked up, still standing next morning.
The hotel and room itself were decent. Very clean, nice rooms, nice sized pool. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it filled you up for the long day at Angkor Wat. The location is not the best if you don't like walking a bit, but it's only 10 minutes walk from main street and 20 minutes biking to entrance of aw.
The staff was very rude, uninterested, not helpful and overall could have made the stay very poor if it weren't for the nice rooms. It seemed like they were just trying to get every penny possible out of you, including charging 0.50 cents for butter or jam. They also did not offer any free coffee as promised between 12pm and 4pm. I was also scammed by one of the workers when buying drinks. Plus, they did not pick us up at the bus station as promised. The dvd was broken in the room and the list continues. I was very unimpressed by their hospitality and it was not as enjoyable as I would have imagined with the name Jasmine family hostel. I would recommend the room and pool, but maybe find some place better closer to the main street (there are plenty of places). I hope that the manager or owner says something to the staff of the hostel, because it almost ruined our experience. Thanks.
Cheap and quite place with pool, 10 min on foot to the Night Market. The pool is greate after Angkor. Also, there is no noise from city center. Royal Palace is 5 min on foot. Greate place!
On airport road which is really busy but you dont get a lot of noise in the hostel .aircon worked a treat after long days at ankor the Small swimming pool was nice .breakfast was fine .han on reception was very helpful and always happy .for the price really good value in a good location 1 dollar to town if you haggle
We stayed in the dorm and it was so worth the money. Yummy breakfast, nice pool, helpful staff, chill atmosphere and bikable distance away from Angkor Wat.
Good bed, good swimming pool and option to get a massage for $5!!!
We really enjoyed the pool.
Breakfast: sounds like they are offering buffet breakfast, but you only get one choice. Room: lacked artificial light and safety deposit box. Staff: very unfriendly. Location: 25 meters into a dark alley and not very close to the village centre.
Has decent pool
For a location called "family hotel" they were the first in our 2 week trip to charge extra for a child that doesn't need an extra bed. The staff was completely not interested in talking and it felt like they were annoyed and forced to work. Breakfast was ok, but for both times we needed to specifically ask to also serve food for our son. Seems the place has seen better days, everything was run down and overused, and staff replaced with bored teenagers.
Rooms are spacious, cozy and superclean. The swimming pool is great! Very young staff. They do what they can...
Staff dont receive any customer service trainning. Food is really poor.
Room was only cleaned once when I asked them to
It was cheap, can't fault that The pool looks ok
Staff have an appalling attitude and very poor English language skills Dirty, no - filthy - sheets Very few power plugs in the twin rooms Looks nothing like the pics Breakfast was rubbish Need to wade through a mud street to get to the hostel = covered in mud by the time you get there Way too far from the night market and pub street, which is where you wanna be
The garden and the pool were lovely, such a relaxing environment
The computers in reception could be upgraded and the internet connection and speed improved. I ended up going to a local internet cafe.
Staff were allot of fun and very helpful
Near at the beach/shops/7-11. Two swimming pools.
too dark at the large swimming pool in the evening.
Nice swimming pool, clean rooms and constant aircon
Despite rumours of Cambodia being cheap the food ect here wasn't as cheap as I expected
Room good, small but enough went you use it just for sleep. Clean, and towel ok. The swimmingpool is very good ! The food good aswell, breackfast good. People nice. Price good.
Staff initially a bit grumpy, but softened. Don't book the hotel bus.. It's nothing like a hotel.. More like a coffin
nice pool, free breakfast, they change towels, clean place and nice view if rooms are on top/dorms.
the shower is a problem esp. for room that are upstairs/dorms. and i think the ac needs cleaning coz even if it's 18 degrees celsius, it's still not cold.
Unusual in its venue, this hostel has a nice small garden with a great pool in the middle of it. Apart from the great community area, the hostel offers hot shower, western WC, enough place to pack your stuff. Rooms are clean; have A/C, fan, TV, mosquito screen. They have good wifi. At the reception desk they can arrange bus tickets etc.
The bed sheets tend to be a bit old and overused. No safe in rooms; there is a not quite available "safety deposit" at the reception. Try to book a room on the upper floors as the ground floor tends to be noisy because of the community place.
FooD, the pool and the possibility to upgrade from a fan camera to the same one but with AC for 5 dollars a day
Laundry service they didn't have it ready on time and we have to take it wet
Nice pool, ok wifi, clean in general. Nice big room.
The staff mixed up a lot of the orders.
Clean room and bathroom, delicious food.
No elevator, lighting is dim, weak wifi.
