Very well kept hotel in a good position for most places of interest. Nice spacious rooms with big beds and easy connection between rooms when one is a large group like ours. The pool was refreshing and much appreciated by the kids after the heat of the day, but not exactly an idaelly situated one to cater for our rather playful and noisy bunch.

Bad internet connection other than in the dining area on ground floor, so not much use for us in our rooms. Not exactly the friendliest of people working in the hotel, who seemed to be a little fed-up of their guests.

I have stayed in this place 4 years ago, and loved it back then, so even tho there were cheaper places to stay, I decide to stay here again, and what a mistake.

First of all, worst staff in the entire Cambodia, and Ive travel Cambodia extensively. Extremely rude and lazy. As soon as I got into my room, a guy came out of nowhere and took one of the towels and the pillow. I mean he could at least tell me or ask me. If you want a towel to go to the swimming pool, u have to bring your own shower towel as they do not give you a towel - ridiculous!!! When I order my breaskfast I asked to not put something on my food... obviously the staff didnt pass my message to the cook as for the 4 days I was there, the food didnt come as I asked, staff clearly doesnt give a damn. Also, they put me on a room with no window... I asked polity if they could change my room, sleep one day without natural light, I can survive, but 4 days and paying 15$ a night I believe I deserved a bit better, but they put me on the last floor (5th floor no elevator), on the worst room ever, without internet, and it was SO hot in my room that as soon as I would get in I would start sweeting... eventually I end up having only a couple of hours sleep per night, thing is, its low season and the hotel was pretty much empty, so no excuses like there was no more rooms. Basically, you can get much better rooms, for the same price. I am so glad I eventually changed hotels and sadly will not recommend this place anymore even tho 4 years ago I had a lovely stay. Their staff needs urgently to be replaced.

The staff are charming and hard working. The little garden is beautiful.. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well decorated. The pool is a great luxury for this price range.

If there are rowdy guests in communal area the sound carries to the bedrooms at night in this otherwise quiet location. Maybe just a few notices pointing out how the sound carries and asking people to keep it down after 10 would make people more aware..

Swimmingpool is small but great in hot times. Relatively cheap drinks for sale. Free tuktuk airport pickup.

Even though it is considered a hostel, felt more like a hotel. Comfortable A/C rooms, and breakfast included for a very very good price. And their tuk tuk driver they have that took us to Angkor Wat and the floating village was incredibly nice. Nice pool as well.

I booked Jasmine Lodge but when we arrived they said they gave us the room at Jasmine Family Hostel where 4 minute walk and opposite Jasmine Lodge. J Family Hostel looked more new than JL. Room was clean and enough space for 2 persons. Breakfast was ok with baguette, fruit with choice of butter and jam or fried/scramble egg/omelet. Price and room are decent

We won't get the room as we booked. the first day we arrived the guy who at reception gave one room to be at Dom, room that has 3 2-storey beds and AC was not cool enough for big room and no TV in the room and had to climb up at 4th floor. That's bad for first night for us. The guy (at reception) asked me to change the room to give to 4 new comers on the time we were leaving for the tour that made our driver to wait as we had to pack. The coordination in booking has to be improved.

Comfy beds, free breakfast was tasty, pool!

Service is a bit slow and staff is laying around a lot but really that's nothing that would stop me from returning

Location is great, close to Pub Street and the centre of town but quiet enough to sleep and relax. Young man at reception is very friendly and helpful and arranged many things for us

I did not like going up to my room after a swim and finding one of the cleaners wearing my partners hat. In our culture that is very taboo! Not only that but we received no apology and for the rest of the trip worried about other members of staff trying on our things. Was also disappointed to get twin beds after booking for a double

The room was spacious and clean, the hotełs garden area was nice and relaxed. Not overly expensive and a reasonable breakfast included.

The lady on reception was super rude and unhelpful, which made me not want to stay any longer. After asking if we could see the room our answer was 'no, it's booked so you pay for it'. Although my room was nice it was not the one I booked. There are heaps of places in siem reap to stay with lovely staff for less than this place.

    - Swimming - Breakfast

-No lift in your hotel, make your hotel not comfortable if we get 5th floor,, - Maybe you can add for your breakfast menu 'noodle' or rice

The room was large and comfy. Shower had some funky retro tiling and was really clean. Comfy beds. Excellent free breakfast and we had a delicious $2 dinner there too. Swimming pool, pool table and cheap beer. staff were very helpful and friendly. It's just located on the way into town from the airport, back from the road it was surprisingly quiet and 5 mins walk to town. Friendly town all around, we had a great time.

    Nothing, this place was great.

    Location and laundry service.

Bugs and ants in the room. Rooms are tiny. Lots of mosquito. Breakfast thats included is lacking. Ended up eating breakfast outside. Very strict on guest visitation and sleep over. Will charge extra. Rooms weren't ready for check in. Had to wait 2 hrs total. Wifi had weak signal in rooms. Will charge 3 perecent merchant fee for visa payment. Overall guest house quality at hotel price.

The boy at the front desk was very emphatic and nice.

Most of the staff were quite unpolite and uninterested to help. It took very long to recieve ordered food or drinks. The pool looks way smaller in real life and you are placed in rooms that look way worse then shown on booking.com. No hoty water as promised- rooms very smelly and walls very thin. Very dissapointing experience.

The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable

When we arrived late evening to the hotel it occured that our rooms are not available despite of having it booked almost two weeks earlier. We have been offered stay in other hotel which was quite far from Jasmine Lodge and no hot water.Email communication is rather difficult with hotel stuff. I have sent email to them and no answer !
