The personal tried same tricks with the room and price, be careful.
Interior, garden, pool (a bit small)
Room wasn't cleaned until we asked them to do so; there was no shower curtain so when you take a shower the whole bathroom is under water
Tip: shower at night as there is no hot water in the mornings.
They had big family rooms, nice breakfast, pool, and a friendly helpful staff. It is a little away from the center but there were always tuk- tuks close. Even though they didn't clean our rooms during our stay, they did replenish items if we asked.
We had a room on the Road side, pretty noise. The pool is quit cold, as it only gets Sun in the morning. We went to the pools at the bigger hotels.
Nice family rooms. It is good value for the Monye.
Pretty much everything
The staff was not helpfull, rude at times... Lots of misunderstandings. We wanted to stay for a week but they threw us out after 2 days. We asked that they ckeaned the room but they never did. The pool was very small and only had 5 chairs around it
They Don't clean room in 4 days Not nice staff Bad breakfast Dirty place
The bed was nice
Hotel. Common area is dark and very crowded. Swimming pool doeant get much sun at all. Around 11am sun is blocked by the hotel's building. Internet works very bad and had poor or no reception in the room. Room bulb didn't work n we had to spend a night in dark until they could change it. Sorry but for half the price I stayed in a much better located place in Siem Reap ans much better. This hotel is overpriced and with what you save going somewhere else, you can pay 2 dollar to go to a decent size swimming pool in town :)
Swimmingpool is always a plus tho it was a very tiny one.
bad internet connection, staff mostly can't speak english, they can't organise the buss transfer we had to waited early morning more than 1 hour more than we discussed.
nice building, good rooms, usually clean,
We stayed 5 days. The first 2 days we were in a room at ground floor - no privacy at all. We asked if we could stay less than 5 days, but the owner wanted us to pay the whole amount, even if we asked to change as soon as we arrived. The last 3 days we got a room ai 1st floor - better - but the sink was completely losing water and I really hated the there was no tent for the shower. Far from the town center, good positions for visiting the temples.
The price was very good, the food good and cheap, the swimming pool and the pool table were good for the kids, there was a friendly atmosphere among the guests.
Not much really, great value for price. Missed a lift as were on top floor but no biggy.
Perfect size pool for apre temple dip. Staff very helpful , good sized rooms, hot shower and walking distance to town and other attractions like cool circus.
Family room was clean and spacious. Kids loved playing in the pool after being out all day and we loved relaxing there with $1 beer.
Way too much expensive, I've stayed in guesthouses much more cleaner for much less money, nicer staff and better location No way I would recommand it. Not to mention the pool the size of a post stamp. Don't always believe the photographs !!!!!!
I'm afraid not much
-hot water is patchy -power went out twice (not just hear across the city, not there fault) -wifi can be poor in your room
-nice having a pool table to just chill after a long day (needs a little up keep) -pool is nice -short walk to pub street (15-20) -quiet at night -delicous Khmer food just to the right of the hotel and excellent priced
Costs extra 3% to pay by credit card Breakfast was only poor and no options to change items on the fixed list Persons swimming in pool and making a lot of noise at 3am.
* spacious family room * good breakfast included * clean swimming pool - great for the kids to take a break from the hustle and bustle * pool table for the kids
Simple breakfast, some staff could improve
Refreshing pool, bike rental, Tomy the tuktuk driver, nice wooden furniture, very clean rooms and facilities
For the price it was terrific... Good location and friendly staff. Tuk Tuk driver Chantha was great!!
Prices of tours in their Travel office are very expensive in compare with Travel agencies in the centre of Siem Reap. Their staff is always trying to get some extra money for the tours, never believe them that the price has been recently changed and you must pay double price.
I would recommend to the hotel to start offering breakfast buffet instead of a la carte choice. Both us and the rest of the guests were waiting for the breakfast way too long.
excellent value for money well maintained pool
The staff were temperamental, they were mainly interested in the tv at reception and wouldn't wake up one night to give us out passports when we had to leave early the next morning. Breakfast was really slow
The location was good, a little further out but not far to get to the main centre at all. 15 minute walk or 5 minute tuk tuk costing $2. Modern comfy rooms with English channels on the tv
We accidently spilt some orange juice on a sheet....and at 6.30 in the morning a young man checked the room...discovered the juice on the sheet and asked for money...he said it wouldn't wash out. We refused...not sure if management are aware of this but it put a little dampner on the stay...Punters in Siem Reap seem to suffer from Cambodians asking for more...all the time.
Value for money...little walk to the centre...15 minutes but we enjoy walking.. .breakfast adequate...
Comfortable, helpful staff
Not much. Airport pickup service is just included from the airport. Not to the airport.
Room is quite and clean. Pool is so good to refresh after a day in Angkor Wat. Food is also nice. Lee the tuk tuk driver of the lodge is very frindly and honest. He drove us to the temples and airport.
swimming pool and good breakfast
