Friendly and helpful staff and close to all amenities
The bathroom was spotless, but extremely mall
Comfortable and clean. Room cleaned every day. You can book tours with reception at same prices elsewhere. Good breakfast on rooftop every day from 630 am- 1000 am. Overall I was happy with the facilities and enjoyed my stay.
Nothing to mention except no swimming pool but it is not an essential for me but some May like that option.
A good location and friendly staff
Bathroom very small and the hot water didn't seem to work (but it's hot weather and a cool shower was no problem)
Friendly staff , close to everything and very comfortable
While not a problem for us the fact it had no lift would be a problem for elderly. A pool would be good on hot days
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They sorted out our Vietnam visas and bus service. They were very happy to help us with everything. Including having a shower once we got back from the temples even though we had checked out. Couldn't have asked for nicer staff. Lovely hotel and lovely country
Cannot even say a bad point about this hotel!
Location was good, staff friendly, big clean room.
I missed a pool! It was so hot. And breakfast wasnt that much.
Air-con not cold enough in such a hot weather in Siem Ream this moment ........ services needed for the air corn in room.
Hotel was beautiful, staff was helpful, and they took care of me end-to-end for the 4 days I was there - driver picked me up from the airport, took me around all the temples wherever I asked (separate fee but very reasonable), and back to the airport at the end and made sure I never got lost. Breakfast was good (with variety of choices) and the restaurant where it's served is on the top floor and has a pretty nice view. It's just a couple of blocks from the night market - close enough you can walk there if you want something but far enough it's still quiet.
It's not on the temple edge of the city - you have to go through town a bit to get to the temples. Minor disadvantage, though, and I would happily stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much. It was one of our best hotels during our trip through Thailand and Cambodia. The hotel staff is very attentive, polite and helpful. They arranged for us transfer from/to airport free (tips to the driver are up to you), whole day visit to Angkor on tuk-tuk, trip to Tonle Sap fishing village etc.. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is also good: not in the very center for Siem Riep, but only 10 minutes walk from Pub Street But what we liked the most is the hotel relax atmosphere: the lounge hall, the nice garden at the hotel entrance, breakfasts on fresh air at the restaurant on the top... It's the place where we'd like to return once again. But
Hotel quite attractive Good roof terrace but Bar not open, a pity Reception staff very helpful
Terrible breakfast poorly served, meal included fresh fruit but this was not brought out unless you actually asked for, even then 3 out of 4 days the staff forgot to bring anything to eat the fruit with! We guess supervision of breakfast staff is non existent, certainly did not see any 'Management' when we breakfasted Internet connection very poor, we were lucky that our room was very close to Reception so we actually got a signal. Other guests said that they had to come to the Reception area to 'log on' -poor
Helpful staff, stylish, plentiful facilities ($2 bike/day), 10 min walk from city center, strongly recommended!
No complains at all.
Location and friendly staff
Unbelieveable bad breakfast service.. Very noisy region. Poor facilities.Low cleanliness.
The staff were very helpful and nice. The included breakfast till 3pm was great!
it's very calm. and you can go to central location(pub street) by walk (it takes 7 minutes). You can have breakfast until 3pm. it's really good for wake up lately.
breakfast is so poor. you can go into the hotel after taking your shoes off. they don't serve sliper. it's so uncomfortable.
central location near the buzz of the town, but still sufficiently far away to be in a quiet area. Very nice and warm decoration, very clean rooms (but breakfast area could be cleaner). Would have loved to stay longer.
Wifi is not always reliable, but good enough when you are a bit patient.
The staff! Amazing, so helpful :)
Central handy location
The breakfast and breakfast service can be improved. Both were less than adequate. Addition of juice, omelette, filtered/brewed coffee (may in be buffet format). One must: the rooftop floor needs "mopping" - sweeping alone is not good enough as walking bare feet on floor with food spills is not acceptable.
Lovely staff Tasteful interiors
Wifi is pretty bad Need more plug points in the rooms
Nice staff, everything you need at a reasonable price.
Limited breakfast opptions, bus tickets were easier to arrange at agency acties the street
You can have breakfast on the top floor and watch the sunrise. Not far away from the old market and pub street.
Located in the old city centre, and a bit noisy. The decoration and hotel facilities are outmoded (maybe someone will like it, but I think it should not cause our stay inconvenient.....) btw. If you need to leave the hotel before 6:30am, the hotel cannot offer you the breakfast taken away.
The hotel location was convenient to move around on foot. There was a good variety of food to choose from. The restaurants were sufficiently clean and the food was good. The town people were helpful and we all felt safe even walking in the night.
There was no information that the hotel had no lift - I had elderly members who had to struggle up to the second floor where our rooms were allocated and roof top for breakfast was another torturous climb for them! Except 2 staff, most were unfriendly. They served us unwillingly, perhaps, because they had little comprehension of English. Even the front desk staff on the day I was checking out appeared so grauchy and had no smiles at all. We booked 3 rooms. 1 room had a leaking bidet which was repaired by next day. The same room then leaked of a sewer pipe, which caused a persistent stench in the room. The staff attempted to camourflage with fragrance oil but to no avail. The bathroom was constantly wet because of this.
Very friendly staff very helpful. Walking distance to city centre and short tuktuk drive to busy Pub st. Close to Angkor Wat temples.
Poor Wi-Fi inside rooms.
The staff was extremely friendly and really helpful. No matter what I needed, they would help me out whether its calling a tour company, getting a tuck-tuck, etc. The wooden theme was beautiful and the room was clean and smelled of jasmine every time they cleaned.
The room had an open air window but it didnt matter since the air conditioner worked well.
The location was excellent for getting away to the Angkor temples and was within walking distance of Pub Street
The bed linen had seen better days
