Evey things is very old.
Room( 2 star) not gd.toilet not gd...etc.
Cleanliness not up to much
room dirty aircon did not work fan only for 10min at a time staff not coorepetive
Cleanliness: the bed-sheets have stains and holes, the bathroom dirty. Instead of fried eggs as shown on the hotel website, only a tiny cup of instant noodle-soup was served. For such an awful breakfast we have had to wait over 30 minutes.
So cheap; $8 a night for large ensuite double with fridge, tv, drinking water and towels and breakfast included! Probably the best value place in Siem Reap! Peaceful area but still only a short 5min walk from town centre. Friendly staff who always greet you with a smile.
Bathroom was dirty. Sheets not changed or towels replaced for the whole stay (7 days)
Only 1.5Km. from city centre. quite location, spacious rooms.value for money.
very nice staff, clean room, but shower water is a little bit cold. this hotel is far from night market, it takes you 15 minutes to get there by walking. but it's not a big problem.
wifi is slow, and password always change.
Breakfast included in price and they arranged us a free transport to the airport (which wasn't included in price).
We didn't have electricity for 24 hours, mosquitoes are everywhere, no mosquito-nets, hotel is a bit dirty...
Not much...honestly, the breakfast was good. There were many options and everything that we had was great. But to be fair, you could just visit the restaurant for breakfast. Prices were extemely reasonable anyway! The AC in the room was nice, but other places have this feature. I will not sugar coat this review, because that glimmer of hope is what caused me to book in the first place.
First of all, the free pick up from the airport was a joke. we called and no one answered the phone until the fourth time. then we were told the guy had to ask the manager and we were asked to call back in ten minutes! when we did this, we got no answer again, and after 3 more tries, we paid for a tuk tuk. The hotel was clearly not booked. Dark and dreary like a ghost town, yet we were given the room on the top floor, at the very end of the hallway. There was a thin film of dust on things in the room, and the water would just randomly stop working. Once it happened while I had shampoo in my hair and my husband had to go down and get a key for a different room so I could finish my shower. When it is working, the water pressure is horrible, even by my extremely low standards. the shower hose holder is very low, so you must hold it in your hand as well (this varies by room). The receptionists knew next to nothing to help guests. And I'm not talking about difficult questions. I'm talking about which direction toward Angkor Wat, which is two turns away. The excuse was that he hasn't gone. I asked where to rent bicycles because we wanted to go early in the morning. He had no idea. There are 80 places to rent bicycles on the same street. It was just unacceptable. Also, the location was about a 20 minute walk to the markets/restaurants/pubs where most people go during their stay. We had no problems walking, but there were more convenient accomodations. If you really want to escape other human beings, don't need any assistance with getting to know the area where you are staying, don't care about hygiene or cleanliness, and want some good exercise, you found your spot.
Very helpful and nice staff. Good location, close to nice restaurants. Great breakfast included in room price! Very cheap!
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Terrible smell in the room.
Staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast has wide variety. Cafe is also meeting point for taxi drivers. Easy to get a taxi to border
Room was totally different from photos. Old, worn out and damaged. Sqeaking air condition units all through the nights. WiFi was weak and slow.
Location! Good breakfast included in room rate.
Wi-fi on 4th floor weak signal. Staff friendly but communication in English could be better.
Excellent value for money, breakfast included, good location, staff is helpful although their English is very basic
Nothing, everything was fine
Friendly stuff, big hotel with own courtyard. Breakfast (Omelet + bread + coffee). Stable WiFi. Cheapest ! Anyway you are here to see Angkor )
Big Hotel but it has fallen apart. Dirty bathrooms, old furnitures and etc.
Room had unclean linen and smelt smoky.
Food specially for vegetarians is not available.
the hotel was great for how cheap it is. It even included a breakfast. Rooms are spacious, you get towels, wifi available, staff super helpful and always smiling and always ready to serve.
nothing major. but bathrooms could have been cleaner. wifi passwords changed every other day.
Fair room for what you pay, we stayed in plenty of hotels in siem reap and this was the cheaper and the best. Friendly staff. Includes breakfast.
The bathroom needs better cleaning.
The location is good. It takes 15 minutes walking towards pub street, old market and another 5 minutes you can reach the night market. Renting a bike is just 2 blocks away from the hotel and you can ask the owner if you want to purchase a mini van tickets for 4usd for poipet border departing at 8 and 9 in the morning. The rest are ranges from 6 to 9 dollars.
The staff will great you most of the times but they will charge you more if you seek for assistance or make transactions to rent a tuk tuk as well as purchasing bus tickets. Try to speak slow and add some sign language for them to understand you better. The rooms needs to fix sch as the drainage system for their bathtub and the pressure of water. There is no lift. So if they give you room on the 4 th floor, make sure to get all uour needs to avoid going up and down.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Wi-fi not working, no elevator, and room was on the 4th floor.
Well the only think what works from the list is just water and electricity.
Very cheap, i paid 8$ per night, including simple breakfast in restaurant next door. rooms was big. quiete street (about 15minutes walk to Pub street). friendly reception staff
I was only 1 guest in the hotel (50rooms) arrived at night and they had to switch on all the lights, bit scary ;-) Room not so clean, lots of dust everywhere, bathroom poor and dont feel comfortable in there. Water presure in shower is actually NONE, if you lift the shower then water stops which makes the procedure very difficult of course...
