Room was large. Plenty of storage. Bed comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Flat tv good.
Bathroom decor, tiling old.
Everything the staff, the location, the accommodation and the food all very high standard. Would recommend to anyone and will stay there again.
Spacious, comfortable thoroughly cleaned rooms. Welcoming staff, always with a friendly smile. Airport pick up and other trips were very efficiently organised. Lovely pool in a great tropical setting.. Restaurant is good and very reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant.
A minor point - the pitch of the floor in the wetroom caused minor flooding when we used the shower.
The staff were excellent, friendly and willing to do anything for you. The room great with good facilities The food good with plenty of choice at excellent prices. Excellent choice for breakfast Swimming pool perfect after a long hot day A quiet part of the town with easy access to the hustle and bustle Always a tuk tuk on hand.
Swimming pool Room was big Help on tours and tuk tuks
Value for money Construction quality impacts on the comfort (water pressure was not good, walls and doors were not very thick)
Excellent service, location, breakfast and room
Everything, from helpful staff to hotels' tuk tuk drivers. Position is good, breakfast is ok. Rooms are spacious with great balcony. Pool is also very good.
Nothing really, except hot water seemed hard to get at some times.
Location,10 mins walk from pus street The hotel was amazing, great pool, great room, great breakfast and excellent staff I can't recommend this hotel enough
We arrived late evening at Siem Reap bus station (4 km out of town) and the hotel-owner pre-arranged with us for a free tuk-tuk pick-up service. This was highly appreciated because we had an exhausting 14 hour bus ride. From the moment that we checked in at the hotel, the warm-hearted front desk staff aimed to please. We were amazed when we got to our room. Everything was just so perfect: spacious and a very comfortable double bedroom and sitting area, stylish and beautiful décor and a huge bathroom with a build-in bath tub as well as a nice spa-type shower. Our room was on the second floor and the balcony overlooked the big crystal clear swimming pool surrounded with lush green palms and tropical vegetation. The rooms and surroundings are far more beautiful than the photos on the internet! The hotel owner also pre-arranged a day-trip tuk-tuk for us to Angkor Wat. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious and of an exceptional wide variety. The food was delicious. One of the male front-desk staff members went out of his way to phone and reserve a table for us at Genevieve restaurant and we could not ask for a better place to have our dinner. We just loved everything about La Niche and will treasure these wonderful memories. Highly recommended. What a memorable stay!
Our stay was much too short and we did not want to leave!
The pool was very welcoming after visiting Angkor Wat, good location, would recommend.
nice staff, good breakfast, nice rooms, pool and flowers...
weird pricing for temple tours. $8 for half day means 0700-noon. $15 for full day which means 0700-1300. anything after 1300 was considered extra time and u get charged $20 for the tuk tuk. odd and unfair pricing but otherwise, hotel and staff were fantastic!
small hotel, lush pool, In-hotel tuktuk drivers (fixed prices), Modern rooms
Several dead fish in the pond next to the restaurant, each day of our stay. Restaurant not on par with hotel, we tried several times, but were not convinced (especially the amok was quite flavorless). But many other dinner options in close proximity (5-20 min walk)
Lovely little hotel to stay in, the atmosphere was lovely with rooms looking out on to the pool.
Stunning little green hotel, surrounded by green. A lovely pool, which was very refreshing in the heat. Great breakfast, with lots of different varieties. Tuk tuk takes 1 dollar to go into the Old town. About a ten minute walk away. A laundry place just next door, cheaper than using the hotel.
This is a superb all round hotel but it is the excellent staff who make it & for whom nothing is too much trouble, including our excellent tuk tuk driver mr Bun Heng. Our 8 year old boy said the hotel was fantastic the best he has ever stayed in which is testimony to how child friendly the hotel is. If you want to go to this hotel don't change your mind, if you want a tuk tuk ask for Mr Bun Heng these are words from an 8 year old who felt homesick signed by Ralph Collis
Nothing everything is fine oh and the pancakes are delicious but do fill your tummy up! Singed:Ralph collis, age:Eight years old
Good pool in attractive setting, with friendly and helpful staff .A calm, relaxed stay
We had a wonderful stay in this charming hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull, the restaurant serves great food and the pleasant pool provides a welcome break after a long day in Angkor Wat. The location is also good; within walking distance from the inner city, but still far enough from all the noise. The hotel even has its own tuk-tuk drivers. We can highly recommend this hotel.
Service, location, ambience. They even packed breakfast for us for an early morning trip to Angkor Wat. Friendly and accommodating staff. A tuk-tuk away to the Old Market.
We booked room massage for three. However, one masseuse even used our bathroom. She should have asked permission to go out and used hotel's restrooms. Masseuse seemed to be in a hurry to finish the massage.
After the city views I enter to the hotel territory with feeling of getting to the paradise. All is green. Good swimming pool. Friendly staff. Suitable food. Very easy to get to Angkor complex by one of hotel's tuk-tuk. Romantic place, I like it.
Bed sheets can be better, all other is ok.
Helpful and kind staff. Good location. Nice place to stay.
When we arrived we were greeted with a refreshing cool drink, and immediately noticed they relaxed atmosphere around the place. The Pool was beautiful and clean and at the centre of the hotel. It's surrounded by palms and tropical plants. Towels are provided poolside. Rooms are spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast is awesome - a great way to start the day. We could walk to the old market in about 5 minutes - we hardly used a tuk tuk around town, even though they have hotel ones right outside. You can book tours at the front desk. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
Bed was firm, but that appears pretty normal for south-east Asia. We booked a tour of Angkor Wat and paid for a guide. We got a guide they hadn't used before and he was below average. We gave them this feedback and they received it gratefully. This in no way reflected poorly of the hotel, but the guide.
Setting, staff, pool, room, close to town but just on edge of it. Helpful advice and arranging of tickets and tours.
the day shower and toilet room is badly in need of a refurbishment, let the place down had nice light lunches there but our one dinner was disappointing food wise
Nice staff, Nice Hotel, pretty good location, fair rate
Everything!! Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and reasonable. Pool fantastic! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!
