Great breakfast, Spacious, well-equiped room, Very friendly staff, Beautiful Garden, Very good and pleasant tut-tuk Tours to the Temples: We are usually not Fans of booking more than the room at the hotel - here, the Tours were simple great!!
Good & quiet location Always a tuk tuk outside Lovely staff Nice food
Wifi was ok but you had to log in every time which is annoying. My partner said he found bed a bit hard. The rooms are fairly dim. They should change the red lamp shades
Decoration. Apart from noise but within walking distance to town center. Big room. Nice mattress. Great value for money
Internet speed. Road cleanness around hotel area
very easy to walk into town or take a tuktuk
Pool, service, nice large room with great balcony, and quiet location. Good breakfast.
+ Helpful staffs + Good pool + Good Tuk Tuk service
- Breakfast offers poor choices - Rooms are dark, more lights expected
Staff were very friendly, best breakfast buffet we had in Cambodia. Great spot to come back to after cycling around the temples all day. Great pool area
Pool area was relaxing. Breakfast was good for Cambodia standards.
Dead Cockroach in room. Poor shower facilities. Towels were not entirely clean. WiFi was very weak in the room, but stronger in pool area.
Great Massage. Pool. Restaurant. Staff kind and helpful.
A nasty german tourist that gave the lovely staff a hard time. If you are nice to the people in Cambodia then this country will reward you with a spectacular experience.
Pool is nice! Food was great! Good breakfast! Staff was friendly!
A little too far from Pub Street or downtown to walk. Tuk tuk ride was 2 minutes.
Breakfast good and towels at poolalso cocktails at pool specials daily
the aircon not so good rooms very dark lights not strong enough gloomy to much greenary around pool difficult to get to sunbeds
Big room Nice staffs
Not much choices for breakfast. No elavator, so I had to carry by luggage down the stairs, but it is only 2 floors. In town but a bit far from Night Market and it was dark in the alley. Beds are a bit hard.
Staff were extremely friendly and sorted out all day trips and buses for us at a great price. Breakfast is excellent and accomodation is lovely with great happy hour drinks served by the pool after a long day walking around town/ruins. Would definetly stay again
Staff very friendly and with a great breakfast. All rooms look out on to pool area..we had second floor . easy to get tuk tuk to town nightlife..about US 2 ...
Air con in our room was not really cool, and took a while to cool the room down.
Very good and helpfull staff, who helped us organize day trips around Angkor Wat and Siem Reap. Nice room and swimming pool with palm trees and flowers around. Good food as well. Great value for money. The location is quite good as it's within easy walking distance to the centre, but outside of the tourist hotspot and off busy streets, so it's in a rather quiet area.
The room, the pool.
The personnel was the most rude I have ever met in all the holidays! Do not book with them the Angkor Watt trip. The guide barely knows english. I could not understand 10 word he said! The car that is is supposed to be with a/c is not, but this is because of the driver's rudeness. Long story short: we booked a Angkor Watt tour with them and paid 100usd for 4 persons. The guide has a very bad English and the drivers is very rude. After we said to the manger all we had on our minds and what was not ok, they did not believed us and there was a whole discussion in 2 days with everybody like we were in a trial room. After that all the employees were very rude to us and talked to us with their back!
was nice to have a pool in such heat
aircon was poor and dim light bulbs making rooms gloomy
Good location near downtown, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, good breakfast, decent internet service.
Not a luxury hotel but good value for the price you pay. Some people might find the bed too hard,
excellent service from staff.
can't keep the mosquitoes away
- location is great, pub street and night market is a 5 minute walk or a 2$ tuktuk ride away. - swimming pool is amazing, like a tropical jungle paradise - breakfast is okay - staff is always smiling and greets you all the time
- pillows can be more comfortable/softer
Lovely rooms and outdoor area. The pool is awesome. Good restaurant and great complimentary breakfast. The hotel has their own Tuk Tuk driver, can book them to take you around for reasonable price. Very close to Angkor park, which is a bonus.
There are hotels closer from siem Reap busy center but this hotel is not too far from the action, only a 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes by tuk tuk. This is like a small Oasis of tranquility. The pool is beautiful, rooms are big and well decorated with free amenities, staff is very kind and respectful and the food is really good at the restaurant. If you need a guide for personal tours, ask for Mr. Buhn, he's reaaly kind and humble. This was my favorite hotel during my 2 weeks vacation in Thailand and Cambodia. I am happy I made yhis choice.
The staff were friendly and the welcome drink very refreshing. The pool was small but nice and very much appreciated after a hot day touring. The shakes were quite good. The bathrobes pretty!
Our ground floor room felt sort of bare and not private or cozy enough (maybe second floor rooms are better). Breakfast was average and could improve with better fresh juice offering among others.
This hotel is a little gem away from the busy town centre. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The rooms were very large with nice beds, tea and coffee in the rooms, fridge, tv, robes and slippers. Nice bathroom with shower/bat and a separate shower. Excellent buffet breakfast and also the option for cooked food, also reasonably priced menu through the day with offers on drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a few minutes walk away from the town but it's really not a problem as it means the area is quiet. Pool is also lovely and very refreshing after a day at the temples.
Nothing!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Excellent and helpful staff Very good Breakfast Perfect swimming pool
