At first during my check in, the room was big, everything looks good. The night when i came home, i try to make water to the bathtub. I waited for it to fill. There are lots of mosquito in the room, i borrowed spray from the front desk, and after sprayed the room , i went to hotel restaurant for dinner . when i get back to my room, while changing, there is a huge spider jumped from the bed, and i was shocked. I ran out and seek for help from the front desk again.. i find myself quite annoying as i keep looking for the front desk. after he caught the spider, he say this spider give no harm then went out the room. I went into the bath tub and i saw a small lizard in the water and i was so digusted by it. THERE IS TOO MUCH SMALL INSECTS inside the room. i am fairly dissapointed...
Hotel food was good.

We had a very large room with a very tiny TV. Mosquitoes everywhere need to spray bug stray around doors on a night. Laundry is expensive cheaper round the corner. Sunbeds need a wash and the umbrellas are dirty and ripped so need changing. We were unimpressed with our Tuk Tuk driver they arranged for us to see the temples, he didn't give us and information and at one temple we were walking round for about 20 minutes looking for him. Other than that I would defo recommend staying here
Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms are very large and clean. Although the paint used on the bathroom floor peeps off and sticks to your feet. Breakfast is great especially the pancakes. Great deep pool very refreshing after a day out. Only 7 minutes walk to pub street (yes we did time it) roads to the street are fine well lite on a night.

Not too busy, very relaxed atmosphere.

My room (first-floor, at the end of the left-wing, havving a private garden) is close to a construction site. Though they don't make too much noise, still makes me feel a little bit worried. Also, we saw geckos climing at the window near the bath tub. But luckily it's at the outside part of that window. Still we fear to go out and rest at the garden. The shower head needs to be fixed. Water is spliting in a weird way when we turn on the shower head. One more thing, it is very far from the old market/pub street, and the way from the pub street to the hotel is kinda remote and dark at night. We usually took a tuktuk to go. Never tried to walk alone.
The general services are good, very nice, cozy place to live at. Quiet at night. Queen-size bed. Free wifi and the speed is good.

There were mosquitoes but you can ask them to spray your room before you get back.
The free pickup, easy tour arrangement and cheap.pack breakfast for you at 5 am. Good wifi

service is not always consistent; breakfast was good the first day, but not as good the next; showing sink did not work well the first day, but got better the rest of our stay
a small, quiet and relaxing hotel with friendly and helpful staff a bit far away from the center of the city, but accessible in tutu;

Nothing really. The hotel failed to pick us up from the airport due to a breakdown, which meant we had to pay for a taxi, but they apologised about this.
Modern, clean hotel with good service and great breakfast! Good location too, away from the hussle and bussle of Siem Reap, but close enough to wander in and soak up the atmosphere. Maybe get a tuk-tuk back though, as it's bit of a walk back in the dark!

Size of the hotel is to my liking. As a solo traveller I enjoy staying at small hotels where I can talk to the staff and learn something about their culture and town. The staff were more than willing to engage with me as an individual and this made the experience all the more enjoyable.

It's a bit far to walk to the town center though this should not be much an issue considering there is a tuk-tuk standby 24 hours in front of the hotel. Breakfast quite basic but again should not be a major issue.
Location is quite nice if you prefer quiet environment outside the bustling Siem Reap town center.

Orange juice served during breakfast (wich is great though) not fresh.
Landing point is just amazing and highly recommended! Situated just out of town and Ankor Wat is also close enough. Spacious and teriffic rooms, very clean and with the best bed and bathroom we had during our 3,5 week trip. Staff is also very welcoming and friendly (especially Wisna). Reception made several reservations for us they did a great job every time). The pool was lovely and always very clean. Clean towels were always provided. Take the hotelcard with you when going out, Tuktuk drivers dont always now how to find the place (this will provide you with an exellent sight seeing tour though). One way 2 pax tuktuk to town only cost $2.

Hot water was non existent. It is OK if you end the day early and shower. But not with a full day's program. Staff were helpful, but could do nothing about it. Pool could do with some moss removal.
Helpful staff and cosy environment.

The hotel takes a large share of every tour or transportation (up to 50%). Better book in the city (here you also need to bargain though) and be informed about typical prices (e.g. Taxi to the boarder should be around 30$ or less, not 50$).
Nice and clean room with a balcony towards the pool. Delicious breakfast a la carte. Very good value-for-money. Distance to the city is walkable or take a tuktuk for two dollar.

We booked a 'Garden View' room. This view was in fact a concrete wall with some flowers in front of it. No big deal, but don't expect too much. The hotel's neighbourhood is quite dark at night (no lights), so we prefered to take a tuk tuk to get to town (10 minutes - 2 USD).
Our room was very spacious and came with a huge bath. The room was perfectly clean and the airco worked good. The staff was very service oriented and arranged for an airport pick-up, a tour to Angkor Wat with a private guide and a bus ticket to Phnom Penh. The pool was a nice bonus and the Wi-Fi signal was very good in all areas of the hotel. Four well deserved stars.

The staff was amazing and very cool and kindly very talkative. And the room really confortable and charming.

Nice hotel. Not far from the center. About 15 minutes to pub street or night market on foot. Tasty breakfast.

The smiles from the staff.. Good attitude.

maybe a little expénsive, but Siem Reap is not a cheap place anyway with those. Millions of tourists coming to visit Angkor from all over the world!
nice, relaxed and chic atmosphère throughout the hôtel, with dédicated staff.

if I search something of negative about the hotel, I can say the location. The hotel is located not really close to the area of old market and pub street. I think is not a big concern because you can use tuk tuk to move and in 5 minutes you will be everywhere in Siem Reap.
The Landing Hotel is a perfect choice for a romantic trip in Siem Reap. The structure is small and every service is easy to use for the guests. Every minute that you spend inside the hotel you will feel more relaxed than before. The rooms are big, clean and elegant, our room had a shower and a big bath. I read some review of other customers who complains about Wifi and Aircon but in our experience we can confirm that both services worked all of time very good. In the hotel there is a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the quality of food is high but the prices are not cheap. Every tourist should to remember that if you are visiting the south east Asia pensare di paragonare the price of a meal here with the price of a meal in Europe or America is wrong because the costs of living here is different. We really appreciated the free service of shuttle from/to hotel-airport. The hotel plans escursions on the Temples area. At end, I would like to spend some words for the driver of tuk tuk who works with the hotel. We shared our trip with him from the start, when he have come to airport to pick up us till the end when he brought us to airport to back home. I would like to reccomend Rattol because is a good person, funny, available and very polite.

The only down-side of the hotel was the location, far from the center and in an area our taxi driver advised to avoid walking through at night. But this didn't bother us so much since we went there only to visit Angkor Wat and the tour guide picked us up from and dropped us off at the hotel.
The hotel was very nice. The room was big, clean and confortable. The restaurant and pool area although small were very well kept and you felt like in a tropical forest. The staff was very fiendly and helpful and spoke good English. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast (a la carte) were very good and surprisingly cheep.
